Joe A, I believe was our sales man. The older gentleman with glasses. I hope that's his name. lol was very helpful! He didn't pressure us in buying the cheaper set or the expensive set. He let my son hit a few balls and that was great. He gave my son some pointers and I appreciated that a lot! My son was happy and he felt comfortable because he was nervous. I need to contact the stores manager and I just need to hear an apology from him. He gave me poor service and was out of line. Demanding my phone out of my hand, yelling at me to give him my phone when I made the call to talk to Ping. Yelling at me to give him my phone, it was very unprofessional of him and I'll never forget it. I had a crack on my club face, I ordered the driver through ping just needed help getting it shipped out to them and I was totally fine paying a shipping fee. I ended up going to Fresno Roger Dunes and they took excellent care of me.

Firstly, I ordered med rare -- it came out well done, not a hint of pink. They did cook another one for me. It's a thin, less marbled steak -- not the best steak. Did I mention it was $38?
