I need to contact the stores manager and I just need to hear an apology from him. He gave me poor service and was out of line. Demanding my phone out of my hand, yelling at me to give him my phone when I made the call to talk to Ping. Yelling at me to give him my phone, it was very unprofessional of him and I'll never forget it. I had a crack on my club face, I ordered the driver through ping just needed help getting it shipped out to them and I was totally fine paying a shipping fee. I ended up going to Fresno Roger Dunes and they took excellent care of me.

He definitely doesn't care about helping the customer. I'm not sure how a manager can be this unprofessional. We've provided everything Juan has asked for and he still won't give us a refund. I live an hour and a half away and he's refusing to credit my account with the online receipt in hand. How is this helping the customer? Now I have to drive to Selma to pick up the shoes and return them. What a joke. I would highly recommend shopping anywhere else.

The breathability and stability of the shoe is fantastic! She carried them around the whole store and had her heart set on getting them. When we got to the register the cashier told us that she wouldn't be able to sell them until the 24th of that month. Mind you there was a whole wall of Bluey Crocs. I understand that some products have blocks on them by the manufacturer and there's nothing the store can do. But they offered no apology to us or our visibly upset daughter. A manger walked over and offered the same explanation "there's nothing we can do". The manger did not offer us an apology either. This was their fault and they took no accountability, offered no apology, or anything to remedy the situation. Do not take your children to this establishment because they simply do not care.
