This Lulu is in a convenient location next door to Starbucks. I've purchased a few items here in the past 3 visits. First time in the store to look at the men's stuff. Despite three young women up at the very front saying hello and gossiping among themselves basically doing nothing, it took 15 minutes before somebody else said hello and asked me if I needed any help.... Any one of those girls could've walked over 5 feet but chose not to as they were deeply and involved in their gossiping non-work related conversation ... Anyway, the clothes seemed like they were put together well, but everything felt like plastic. The clothes are all basically synthetic, nylon and polyester blends... not the most comfortable feeling on the skin. So, this was my first time here. I didn't really know anything about Lululemon except for when I hear about them from other people and my sister, who is a huge fan. I just thought it was overpriced gym clothes. I can totally see why people wait for hours and would spend so much money here! I won a giveaway thru a Yelp event and one of the prizes was a generous gift given by Lululemon for a shopping spree! I scheduled a time with Brittany who is the manager there. I was greeted by Faven and Nicole, who were so sweet and friendly! Brittany scheduled a time and day with me to have the store to myself! So, they opened it up for me before they opened it up to the public. Faven gave me a tour of the big, organized and clean store. She explained the different sections of the store. Some clothes were made for running, some for yoga, just to wear or even comfy work clothes. I didn't know some clothes were made just for running or just for yoga. I love the softness of the fabric and how stretchy some of the clothes were. I also liked how some were tight enough that it tucked in my tummy, it was still very comfortable and I was still able to breathe! When I tried on the clothes, I tried sitting, standing, jumping and squatting to see if the pants would roll down or be uncomfortable. Sure enough, they were so comfortable and didn't move! I felt like I wasn't wearing pants! Faven made sure I was doing good while trying on clothes. She offered to get different sizes or colors if I needed it. I really thought I was going to be in and out of the store before I scheduled my time here. There was so much to try on with different lengths and colors. I honestly loved their customer service and the clothing that they have to offer. The quality of the fabric is excellent! I was also excited to see men's clothing as well. I told my husband about the clothes, he said because I was so excited he felt like he really needed check this place out as well. I can't wait to come back to buy more. I love this store! It's very nice and they have lots of items in stock but the customer service is very terrible and could be better. I had a worker come up to me 8x asking if I needed help and each time I was telling her I needed no help. It started me make me feel uncomfortable. Then it came to a point where she was taking items out of my hands and putting them behind the register. I felt discriminated. I went in to do a quality check on one of my shorts and they took my shorts and I had apparently bought them on sale. She lied to me and told me she couldn't price match the exact same shorts. I said okay went to grab a new pair and was just said it's okay I'll pay the difference and the cashier at the time did it and I paid no difference. He was rude as well but he did it. Really nice store! Everything is organized very well! Tons of cute workout clothes! Their clothes can definitely be used for going out and about too! The workers were very nice and easy to talk to. Found a really cute red sports bra that had great uplifting words on it it in a shimmer red. One of the workers said they had matching pants and brought them to me to try on. Tried them on and they were super cute! Thought about buying them until I saw the price! My goodness! The sports bra was over $50 and the pants were $118. I was shocked! You buy the brand. I get that, but just couldn't do it. Great clothes and workers. Recommended for those that don't mind the expense. Not worth it to me. Prefer the bargains. read more

The new store is huge! It's been a while coming, and even 2 weeks after the grand opening it was super busy when I came in to make a return. There were probably 10 people in line. I was on my way to lunch so I decided to eat first -- when I came back a little bit later it was just as busy, though. I had a quick browse and they have a good selection, lots of stuff in both the ladies and mens sections. The only thing that I found a bit lacking were the color options, particularly in the leggings department. An employee did stop and ask how I was getting on while I browsed. The wait in line was quite long, probably 15 minutes, so if you're short on time it'd be best not to come on a Saturday at lunchtime. I didn't mind the wait too much except for the Mirror display (their work-out product) - which kind of yells at everyone as they come in the store and was quite tiresome to hear repeatedly while in line. Oh, and there are about a million opportunities to impulse buy accessories in line - you have been warned! I've had good experiences at this store in the past, they've always been friendly, which I think is pretty vital when their wares are sold at a premium. I usually shop online since I know my sizing and it's easy to see if they have the colors and sizes I'm looking for in stock. That means I end up mostly returning things to this store rather than shopping here. They've always been friendly and quick with returns. My most recent was a debit card refund and the money loaded onto my account right away. I've also had success with their order to pick-up. I was in a hurry to get a new yoga mat awhile back and I liked that I was able to see what they had in stock from the website, order, and collect it a couple of hours later. I've noticed that Lululemon also has good relationships with many of the yoga instructors around town -- of course it's partly marketing, but it makes the place feel accessible. It's great to see them collaborating with local instructors and studios and making an effort to be part of those communities. All in, nice store, I'm glad we have it. read more

I didn't get the second person's name I wanted to point out, but Sara and a second person who went to UCLA (Go Bruins!) helped me shop quickly and efficiently in men's and women's yesterday. I needed 4 things but also purchased two presents for upcoming birthdays, made an exchange and also found some cute basics for my upcoming trip thanks to their help and willingness to search in the back for me to find sizing. Their product knowledge helped me get what I wanted thru determining my shape, their shapes and sizes, respective purpose and overall preferences for comfort and performance. I love this store in Fresno because they're friendly! Lots of people here remember my name so that must mean I come enough which I'm not sure is a good thing! Yes it's pricey but I just can't go back to other brands after having owned Lululemon. The pieces I do invest in are staple something for the gym and also athleisure wear when I travel I love the "on the fly pants". Yes they offer complimentary hemming for all products that are simple to hem. Not shirts with insert of sports bras though. The service is excellent and people remember you and refer to you with your first name. I leave here happy all the time. Today, if you're reading this... come! I normally don't write reviews for retail spots, but I had such a great experience at this Lululemon! First of all, this store is huge and they have a great selection of both men's and women's clothing. A very recent convert to the world of Lululemon, I was excited to see they had a huge and well-stocked assortment of women's clothing - from socks to shorts to scrunchies and everything in between. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products and what functions they serve. With so many different fabrics/"lines" of clothing, it's always good to know which pair of shorts works for running, and which don't! They are willing to help you find your size (even checking store mannequins!) and get you a fitting room as well. Overall, I had a great experience with this particular Lululemon, and I will likely be back the next time I'm in Fresno! read more

My first time shopping here and to be frank I was pretty nervous about shopping here because the shopping center tends to be in general very snooty. Much to my surprise I walked in was immediately greeted and welcomed and was asked if I was looking for anything. Rebecca helped me out and she was so wonderful. I was waiting for my sister because she had told me to hold her things she had she was going to the bathroom or fitting room I had forgot where she was going because I was so excited looking at the clothes, I kept walking back and forth because I had seen all the new winter stuff they had took out, your lululemon employee (Brittney) came around me and asked not once but 6 times if I needed help with something I had appreciated the question the first time she asked and if I really needed help I would have asked her myself. she kept staring at me and my sister and telling all the other employees to "look" at us which was very uncomfortable she kept following us non stop and it was horrible to find out she was the Manager there! When we finally got to check out, she started scanning our items and one of our shirts came out cheaper and was on sale and she said "I could've sworn it wasn't on sale I just saw it" (the shirt was on the sale rack) assuming we had changed the price The lululemon stores all have cameras and she had every employee following us and staring at us so why would she assume that? Another item was scanned and she also made another comment "I could have sworn this shirt had a Sensor" assuming we had taken it off or something like how rude?? That's so disrespectful, I've spent thousands of dollars at Lululemon and shop there frequently. She was targeting me and my sister because we are Hispanic and our skin color is different. My daughter loves this store, it's usually the only reason we visit this shopping center even though there are some great stores here. There's usually a good number of staff working. i have always found them to be friendly and talkative. i think they try to find the balance between being over bearing and too lax. Their return policy is phenomenal and one of the reasons i don't mind paying more for the brand, i know they will stand behind it. The staff was very friendly and showed me the shelves for the size smaller that I needed and got me a dressing room right away. I have to admit I was skeptical about this brand before. As a college student, it's hard to let go of $90+ dollars on a pair of cropped leggings but I have to say they've made a believer of me with the quality and the service first at the Santana Row location and now here. I felt so basic getting excited about Lululemon coming to Fresno, but the timing is right for this underrated city of ours. The store is roomy and clean, and there's a great selection of items including men's and women's clothing and accessories.
