Located right off High St. in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Short North, CRC is a haven for anyone that enjoys running, walking, or heck, even skipping. From a Brooks sponsored treadmill for testing out shoes, to accessories and great, quality brands, I find it would be very difficult to walk out of here not able to get what you're looking for. Additionally, the customer service was the absolute best you can ask for. Safety precautions were set in place (staff in masks, social distancing, etc.), my running needs were addressed, and fabulous recommendations were made. I've been a fan of Brooks for a while now, but haven't ran in them my entire life. When I arrived I planned on just getting a newer version of what I already had. Instead I walked out with something totally different and more appropriate for my needs as a runner. To add icing on the cake, the brand I went with offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If ultimately it doesn't work out, I'm confident I'll be able to go back and find something that will.

The prices are higher but for the quality and cool factor it's worth it! The staff was really friendly and happy to have us in their store. They were happy that I was taking photos for Yelp and encouraged it which I liked. I loved the memorabilia that decorated the walls. The old Apple computer on the table was sweet!! Go check it out and surf the web on it haha!! I was told that it's just a shell and there is an iPad in there, still really cool!

What really struck me to keep purchasing more t-shirts was the quality. Every time I get a Homage t-shirt it lasts longer than my Kohl's t-shirt for some reason. I think you pay for what you get. So recently Homage had a really good sale I couldn't resist and the reason why because it was supporting my own community to wear this particular shirt in general. It was a t-shirt for a good cause that said, "Stronger Together." Now why would a shirt have this slogan? Recently the Jewish community has seen a lot of bad things happen outside of the community and they wanted an organization where they could raise money for a cause near and dear to them. They got together with Homage and made that happen. They are almost completely sold out of this shirt and I'm so proud to have gotten one because I love giving back when I can. This was a really good excuse why not to. Thanks Homage for supporting a good cause for the local community!

I recently visited this store and staff were far too busy on their phones to bring out the other…read morehalf of the shoe pair I wanted to buy. After repeatedly walking the store length multiple times searching for an associate, one finally bothered to get the other shoe..of the wrong pair. When I pointed out to the manager that over 8 staff were on their phones, she tried to turn the situation upside down and accused me of being intoxicated and refused me service..and called the police. The official report details the reality of this situation. I contacted corporate and offered details and photos about the incident..they never responded back to me about any desire to rectify the situation, despite the details were captured in a police report! This store is their closest one to their HQ..and they didn't even bother to do anything about the situation. I encourage anyone visiting the store to expect the same behavior..DSW could care less. What's the point of a large selection if the staff won't bother to bring the other shoe from the back. I WOULDN'T GET ANOTHER PAIR OF DSW SHOES HERE IF THEY WERE FREE.

This weekend they are offing 20% off everything. The staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer our questions. The place was packed with people wanting to make their purchases. The store was very organized and well stocked. We were told by an employee that if the store didn't have the right size in stock they would order it for you and also give the 20% this weekend.

There is one employee in particular, (I believe her name is Kelly,) and she's incredibly nice and helpful every time I've gone in. She's very knowledgeable about the different styles and merchandise, and always offers advice and ideas about what to pair with what. She is always willing to check the back, as well as call other stores and check online when you're on the hunt for something. She's also very knowledgeable about different body types and offers suggestions based on that. All of the employees there are very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. They always offer to help if you need anything, and start a dressing room for you. There are some other Torrid stores I've been to where they hate taking online returns. Thankfully I've never had that experience here. This store is very clean and organized, and even for a relatively smaller store, it is well stocked. I like shopping here, and would definitely recommend it!

My wife was shopping at the Shoe Dept on East Broad in Reynoldsburg yesterday when she approached…read moreby a man who said that he was the manager wrongfully accused her of disorganizing an isle, called her names and threw her out. He then locked the door at 830 PM when the store closes at 9. I was sitting in my Jeep when she came to me in tears and upset. I went to the door which was locked to find out more of what happened. At that time two gentlemen saw what happened and we began to talk amongs the 4 of us about the situation outside of the store. As I was outside using my phone to find the the to corporate, the store employee unlocked the door and told us to get off his property, used unprofessional language towards us while other shoppers were in the area and threaten to call the police. I was afraid that he would try to get physical with us and I didn't take kindly to disrespect especially when it overblown and that it was directed at my wife so walked to him to protect her and he locked the door again and went back inside. At one point he let another couple in and they left a minute later. Reynoldsburg police came we talked about the situation we were giving a 2 year trespassing warning. I personally never shop there so it doesn't really bother me but my wife who is a frequent customer vowed to never buy anything from this company again. This person who this company entrusted to manage your store had an evil intent to humiliate my wife publicly and we will no longer purchase anything from this company again. She at point will probably never go into a shoe store again without feeling apprehensive about it.
