Located right off High St. in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Short North, CRC is a haven for anyone that enjoys running, walking, or heck, even skipping. From a Brooks sponsored treadmill for testing out shoes, to accessories and great, quality brands, I find it would be very difficult to walk out of here not able to get what you're looking for. Additionally, the customer service was the absolute best you can ask for. Safety precautions were set in place (staff in masks, social distancing, etc.), my running needs were addressed, and fabulous recommendations were made. I've been a fan of Brooks for a while now, but haven't ran in them my entire life. When I arrived I planned on just getting a newer version of what I already had. Instead I walked out with something totally different and more appropriate for my needs as a runner. To add icing on the cake, the brand I went with offers a 30-day money back guarantee. They began to argue with me and I had to end up taking out my phone to show them their own website. It was pretty shocking actually that it came to that. The picture I showed them on their website was the exact model I described and they still couldn't find it in the store. I ended up walking away and finding it folded up on a main display. This weekend they are offing 20% off everything. The staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer our questions. The place was packed with people wanting to make their purchases. The store was very organized and well stocked. We were told by an employee that if the store didn't have the right size in stock they would order it for you and also give the 20% this weekend.

They were detailed and informative every step of the way. We bought our boat, sight unseen and headed out to pick her up. But there were surprises....Mark and Hunter! My goodness....such incredible people! We had a small hiccup with our trailer but everything came out perfectly. Hunter made us feel as if we were family and helped us get all our necessary gear for our first ever boat. Mark!! How we wish we could have brought him home for private lessons (and a day on the lake! )! He took us out on Buckeye Lake and introduced us to our new boat, no rush, took whatever time we needed. The one thing about all 4 of the men we worked with is that no one made us feel stupid for knowing very little about boating. They answered every question without judgement. I wish they were closer, they were a wealth of information and felt like friends we've known forever by the time we left. I love digging through the clearance racks, I usually find some I can't live without. I found a great pair of jeans for only $5 but they were 2 sizes smaller than my waist now..so it was a no go but the price was to die for. I wanted to squeeze those jeans on for that price it was a steal but I just couldn't get them on comfortably so I had to let them go. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful.
