Everyone else seems fine, all the people working on the floor are helpful and kind, it's truly just the cashiers.

The list she looked at to find the exclusions was huge. You basically get to use the coupon on an off brand shoe. Easy for women as they have many brands to chose from. For men, there were literally no shoes that weren't on the exclusion list. You have to give it to DSW, that's a great ploy to get someone to the cashier. I'll always buy my shoes direct from the maker or via Amazon going for. I'd rather pay more than contribute to shady marketing. Bye DSW.

A couple hours in the new shoes convinced her that they were too loose in the heel, so we returned them and bought two different pairs a half-size smaller. A couple hours in those and she realized they're too tight to wear all day, so we returned those, too. Overall we spent about an hour and a half trying on shoes, bought four pairs, and returned them all, but every employee we met in our three visits to the store was friendly, competent, and professional.
