The young lady who helped me watched me walk to help figure out what type of shoe (neutral, support etc.) would work best for my feet. She brought out pairs of sneakers and explained what they did and why she picked them. To help get a better feel to the shoe I was able to walk outside the shop to test the shoes. That helped me tell differences between each shoe and helped me pick a shoe. I went with a pair of ASICS. Just a heads up they are a bit more pricey than the retail value of the sneakers. I would shop here again when I need shoes in the future.

I was assaulted in this store by an employee. He grabbed a shoe roughly from my hand and grabbed my…read morefinger at the same time. I'm not sure why he did it. I came in to get shoes for my daughter. I was given one shoe for her to try on and I asked one of your other employees if I could try the other shoe. She ignored me and so I picked up the box next to her and the male employee (the one who assaulted me) told me I couldn't have the second shoe. I asked him why and he said because people steal them. At the same time, he was preparing the second shoe for me to have my daughter try it on, so I took it from him and he suddenly roughly grabbed it from my hand and grabbed my finger at the same time and then took the shoes inside. I was absolutely stunned that he did that. I'm almost 50 years old, a father of three, and a physician and healthcare executive. To be treated like a common criminal when I'm just trying to have my daughter try on shoes is unacceptable. Don't shop here.

Came in twice today! They moved locations in the mall to a much bigger location which was needed…read more They are right down from Dillards, next to Banana Republic on the upper level. The store gets pretty busy however they get the line moving for checkout fast. Our first visit, I had ordered the leggings online for in store pick up. Order ready within 45 minutes so we headed over. Since the line for the register was long, I found a staff member working the floor and they were able to get my order without me standing in line. I like shopping online for pickup as you can find sale items. Found two pairs for $89 each, saving $10! Second visit was because I needed to exchange the size I originally bought. Since my leggings were final sale, I called before heading over to the mall and the staff member said they could exchange them. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member asking if she could help. I told her what I was doing and looking for. She helped me find the correct size. This time I tried them on in the fitting room and the fit was soo much better. Everyone I had an interaction with that worked there was soo pleasant!! The new store is very spacious and has soo many options. Staff at the fitting room area help to keep the line flowing.

We came for new pink ballet slippers and pink tights for the recital coming up. Kids grow so quickly. As always, the staff greeted us with a smile and were friendly. They took my kid to the shoe area and measured her right away when we told them what we needed. They grabbed her the tights we needed so quickly I did not even see it. The last pair of tights we purchased from them lasted almost the entire. (The other place we used to go to had tights that we needed to buy every month as they tore or split.) The tights they have in stock are crazy high quality and last even with my kids' super clumsy ways and rough treatment. The pink ballet slippers with pink tights cost about $35.
