I needed a new bike and thought we'd see what they had. As we were browsing the selection, Corey hollered over to us asking if we needed help and I hollered back, "what's the price on this one?" He came over, gave us the price, we talked about its features and had a good conversation. He put it on hold for us since this was our first stop. We came back the following day to purchase it. He wasn't there but a nice, younger guy took care of us, ran the bike through their inspection and away we went. The cashier was very friendly during the purchase and the bike fit in the back of our SUV perfectly. When we got home, the seat hadn't been tightened so I slipped a bit as I got on the bike. We also had to adjust the handlebars and raise them up a bit. I thought Corey said they'd check those when we came to pick the bike up, but that's okay. We're pretty knowledgeable with bikes and took care of those ourselves. All in all it was a good experience and the bike was even on sale. To end this review... a comfortable bike was what I was looking for, the price was decent, so we ended up finding one that fits my needs. read more

Online I Purchased a new Nishiki Colorado Comp 29" bike here with an a great sale coupon deal a month ago. Same day i ordered the bike I arrived in store for pickup and I got to pick out of two already built bikes. One had minor imperfections the other bike was perfect. I made sure they knew which exact bike and sale number code I wanted with no accidental switch up for the imperfect bike.. After orders were received and confirmed I'd for pickup. The bike got mechanically checked on spot for pre sale inspection, then off I was with my new bike to the front cashier and politely double checked before leaving the building! When by the Stanley cups a worker let us know if we needed any help to let him know. When by the shoes the kind worker asked if we needed any help. What a difference a new location makes! This new location looks amazing, and is across the street from the old one, which is now a discount location for Dick's. While I am still have trouble finding XL sizes for shirts in colors like purple and pink (I'm still a man, but do enjoy those colors against my skin tone). That aside, the store is massive, well kept, and looks great. The employees were helpful and attentive. Let's hope it stays this way. The only bad thing I can say is that the registers were running extremely slow, especially for new systems in a new spot; but, that aside, this is a dope place and you should spend your cash for sporting goods here. read more

When I called 2 times in the row they bin ensuring me that they they have the adults rackets on inventory. When I sent my daughter to pick them up turns they do not have them.. Love love LOVE Dicks sporting good stores, especially this location and all the great employees. Most of the employees came from the previous location across the street, so it's great they are all well trained and not new employees fumbling around to learn some thing new. They are all very helpful and friendly, even if the majority are high school/college kids. Dicks is great for the rotating clearance they consistently have. If there is something in the clothing department you like/love at Dicks it will eventually have a red sticker on it. I've found that if you're patient enough to wait a minute, it will eventually be a discount with a great discount. I've scored $400 North Face ski pants (2 pairs!) for less than $120 for both. Today I got my daughter a $80 Slazenger golf outfit for less than $25, a North Face 3/4 zip coat reg. price $60 for $14.97, and a ton of $20 Nike t-shirts for my boys for less than $5 each! I spent $76 and had a $10 off $50 and a $10 off $25 coupon that they let me combine, bringing my total (in case your math skills aren't up to par) to $56! Sign up for a Score card and rack up your points to earn dollar off rewards to use towards future purchases. They also mail out really great coupons too, or you can google "Dicks coupons" online and usually find a $10 off $50. Another tip is to do the survey at the end of your receipt to receive a $10 off $50 coupon too. The store is huge, well organized, and really does carry everything. From clothing, shoes, hunting, camping, bikes and multiple water sports equipment, you're bound to find it here. Two things I keep mentioning to the employees, and have for years is more dressing rooms and a self price checker, to check if things are *maybe* cheaper than the sticker says- but maybe that's just the obsessive thriftiness in me. I placed an online order for men's lifts. Had them in stock and got an email that they were ready. Went there yesterday at 3:00 PM to pick them up and was given women's lifts and the wrong size. I mentioned this to 3 cashiers who told me I had to go to the back of the store and find the shoe person. They were busy chatting to themselves - no one in line. (In fact only 2 other people in the entire store). After a few minutes, someone arrived and they disappeared into the back room and came out with the correct ones. Had to go to cashier to the front of the store where 3 cashiers were NOT doing anything. What kind of online ordering does this to customers? I did tell them I had a sprained ankle which was taped and I was limping and no one seem to care. Won't be buying anything here in the future. They don't seem to care about customers. I did contact the store while I was driving home and was told, No manager was available to talk to. read more

Great selection. NO floor staff to be found for about 10 minutes of wandering. When I finally found someone, she made eye contact after I said "excuse me" and TURNED...AND...WALKED...AWAY! This is pretty much the norm if it's not a holiday. Took away a star because I was in fitness section for 20 minutes. Not one person offered to help. This store just lost a $1200.00 sale. As I was walking toward the exit, 3 employees made eye contact. None offered assistance. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I wouldn't recommend buying anything online from this store. Placed an order a few weeks ago it never delivered and was rerouted back to the warehouse. They never called me to let me know, the claim my card was credited back which it was. But I also paid with a gift card that I got no refund on. I called to talk to customer support on this and I was told she was going to look in to it and call me back in a few. Never once got a call back. read more
