The cashier was very friendly during the purchase and the bike fit in the back of our SUV perfectly. When we got home, the seat hadn't been tightened so I slipped a bit as I got on the bike. We also had to adjust the handlebars and raise them up a bit. I thought Corey said they'd check those when we came to pick the bike up, but that's okay. We're pretty knowledgeable with bikes and took care of those ourselves. All in all it was a good experience and the bike was even on sale. To end this review... a comfortable bike was what I was looking for, the price was decent, so we ended up finding one that fits my needs.

Same day i ordered the bike I arrived in store for pickup and I got to pick out of two already built bikes. One had minor imperfections the other bike was perfect. I made sure they knew which exact bike and sale number code I wanted with no accidental switch up for the imperfect bike.. After orders were received and confirmed I'd for pickup. The bike got mechanically checked on spot for pre sale inspection, then off I was with my new bike to the front cashier and politely double checked before leaving the building!
