If you have a size 10 to 12, it is hard to find a pair from time to time, still always worth checking. There are some diamonds in the rough. They used to carry more sporting goods and fitness products, but slowly phased them out for mostly shoes and clothes. I followed them down to the pool and asked why the rude cold shoulder. Kyle the manager said he had a bad cold. I raised concerns about the crooked liner where the light was installed as well as two of the bases on the uprights were not installed correctly. He said he would look at them. I was in my garage with the door open. They left without a word. I still have a crooked liner that I will see for the next five to ten years. I will demand that they correct those. I want what your commercials and advertisements display, a professional install , done correctly. Then my happy family enjoying what I paid for. I paid for the furniture to be put together when we purchased it. However when everything including the pool was delivered it was the end of January and blustery cold. The delivery people said they would come back when it was warmer. I said ok , I can just store everything here in my garage. Today the people came to put together the furniture and complained that the first delivery group got off easy and should have put the furniture together then. I am so DISAPPOINTED!!! I just hope the furniture isn't scratched or poorly put together. Leadership starts at the top and a team is led by example!!!!!!!!!! Jahnavi helped us, and it was so different from my own first time in the store. My mom had to go totally barefoot (gross) and then put on store supplied socks? Gross. Then pressure was applied for my mom to buy these store supplies socks that have been on other people's feet for $9? Gross. Then we were told that men's wide shoes and women's wide shoes are the same, but the men's wide were too wide. Jahnavi seemed to not believe this statement from my mom. I don't know why my mom wasn't fitted in women's Hokas at all, there was more pressure applied for my mom to buy the exact shoes that I have, which she didn't want. Then there was pressure to upsell her on insoles when she had to have shoes special ordered. The whole thing was just weird. My mom is old. It feels like a pushy salesperson was taking advantage of her. I told my mom to go in the evenings when the nice, younger guys are working because they don't bully people.
