I wasn't expecting much, but charging $20 for frozen food dumped into a fryer & also microwaved is a less than desirable to me. My companion's burger came with no condiments & although our sever said the fries were fresh, they were really greasy & soggy. It was all disappointing to say the least. I get why people like this place. If you drink, it looks fun, affordable, & you probably don't care what the food's like. The bar was full for 1 pm on a Wednesday. If that's your gig, I'd say it's the place to go. If you're looking for fresh food, I'd say keep on walking.

A week prior I also had to contact them as we were given 1 small ramekin of sauce for 26 wings and blue cheese instead of ranch. John, the manager that night, made that order right and refunded $5. When I called 8/22 about the missing wings (2) and not receiving all flats on the 6 piece I spoke to a female manager. She was argumentative and did not fix the issue whatsoever. I was planning to stop in today 8/23 even though it's a 45 minute drive. She said it would be her there today, and honestly not looking to argue. Wasn't looking for a full refund. Being charged for product not received is poor business practice. This is a coaching opportunity for the kitchen, expo, and apparently the manager as well. I have been in F&B for 19 years and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I have never been argued with for a problem I did not cause. She said the "all flats" didn't show on her end, I explained it shows the charge ($1.00) on our receipt. We continued to go in circles, so I decided to end the call.
