Once I took the dress home, I noticed the dress was missing over 30 sequins in very visible places because they had been glued on. When I tried to return it within three hours of buying it, despite the website stating that she will accept returns, the seller was very rude and refused to accept the return. She stated that returns were only for online orders, which is stated nowhere on her website. She should not have a written return policy that is a misrepresentation of her actual policy. She offered to replace "some of the missing beads," which is a terrible offer. Why would I accept a partial repair for a $2,000 dress when her workmanship was of poor quality in the first place? The sequins would just fall off again! She also told me that I should have checked for the missing sequins myself! The seller is saying if she sells you a defective product, it's YOUR problem and you assume the risk, which is a horrible business practice. When you pay thousands of dollars for a dress, you expect it to be of good quality. She offered at most a $400 refund, which is unacceptable. She also accused me of trying to make a profit because I was unhappy with another dress I had purchased from a different owner, which honestly made no logical sense as I was just trying to receive a refund for a dress I had barely worn and purchased a few hours before. I highly recommend that you avoid shopping here. The dresses might look nice on first glance, but are made cheaply.

When I came to pick the jumpsuit up, I tried it on, and noticed that they made additional alterations around the chest area. I asked them WHY when I only came in for a simple alteration but they then gave me "their professional opinion". It really pissed me off bcus now I cannot move my arms around in that jumpsuit bcus it definitely causes a nip slip---ofc I wear nipple covers----but BEFORE that alteration I did *not* need to worry about that. They even saw how easily my nipples were slipping out but offered no solution. Just sent me on my way..... terrible customer service. I'm never coming back here again.

She is very kind, works with your schedule, and does stunning work. I had a last minute change to my dress (Went from sleeves to straps) and both Miriam and Ramya were so accommodating. Lydia gave us good customer service, but she was not available the morning we were scheduled and we were assigned Burgan. Burgan was very professional and a big help in selecting the finishes and fitting. We enjoyed working with Burgan, and placed the order. We have ordered several custom suits from different companies. We really appreciate the vast selection of high quality fabrics and professionalism of the staff at Enzo. They have custom suits available as low as about $600 but on average the suits run about $1,200 and up. The suits are well worth the splurge. The aesthetic of the location is sleek and modern. The experience feels elevated and is what you want when you're spending over a thousand dollars for a suit. Note to management it would be appreciated if clients are consistently offered water or a beverage during every visit. I highly recommend this location. We are looking forward to receiving the new suit. I will update this review once we go through the final fitting. TIP: There is a $100 referral discount which is a nice incentive to spread the word.
