Then, I looked at the price tag and "Bam!", reality struck! As cute as they are, be prepared to pay a premium for these shoes. There were beautiful and unique pieces of clothing. Designer, Marc Jacobs and Markus Lupfer were my favorites. I took a picture of a fox dress for our own N. Virginia director, Gretchen Fox. So, you can see this is truly a specialty store. The salespeople were warm and helpful. I would ask the owners to order some larger sizes. All of the pieces seem to give that whimsical and chic vibe with high quality material. They also have a variety of sizes, so don't be afraid to check them out and try it on (there's one dressing room in the back). The owners allow you to peruse at your own leisure! We saw I few items but didn't want to wait so we went to Marshall's nearby. That line was long too but they had much more registers open. Anyhow, back to Ross -- I returned at 7 am on Christmas Eve and was able to purchase the items we saw the night before. The person on the register- Teresa was friendly and kind. (Don't worry, I ended up getting my friend a gift card!). I remember when this store used to be Bed Bath & Beyond, and I was so excited to discover that they turned it into a Marshalls. I couldn't wait to check it out. And it did not disappoint! The displays were neat and organized and filled with all sorts of beautiful, tempting things to take home. It's a little bit smaller than some of the other Marshalls stores I've been to, but I think it was laid out well. I wish they had more shoes in my size though. They had a pretty decent selection of shoes but nothing that I could wear. Back to my luggage... It was the first thing I noticed when I walked in the store. They had a rather impressive collection of suitcases available in a wide variety of styles.... Something to suit a broad variety of tastes. I spent an obscenely long time deciding between two equally gorgeous red luggage sets before finally deciding on the one that I bought. The suitcases appear to be of good quality in addition to looking absolutely stunning! They were also a really great price. I think the 29-in 8 wheel spinner suitcase was $79.99, while the smaller 25-in 8 wheel spinner suitcase was $69.99. Unfortunately, I was short on time so I didn't have the chance to spend as much time in the store as I would have liked. I did notice that the bath & body section had lots of seasonal pumpkin and autumnal themed products. And of course, the store was chock-full of Halloween displays and decorations. Everything from candies to door decorations to interior decor... If you're into that sort of thing. What I appreciated the most is how kind and friendly the staff was. While ringing up my purchase, the cashier asked about my upcoming vacation and offered some great recommendations for some of the places that plan to visit. As I was leaving, another one of the managers stopped to compliment me on my choice of luggage and engage me in a brief but enjoyable chat. As much as I appreciate an efficient transactional experience, I appreciate a engaging and personable experience that much more. It was a wonderful shopping experience, and I'll be returning for the vibes alone!

Each section was in it's own little area and racks were filled. Even though racks were filled, it was repetition for every single item they had to offer. With that, they weren't in order, sizes were mixed and I had to do an extensive search before finding my size in the item I had my eye on. Once I had found my item I headed to the front of the store and stood in a line that was longer than it should have been. I stood there for what felt like eternity. I would have had a decent time doing so, but that aisle of misfit items was not enticing.

But the staff were so great- they made shopping fun for me, they would pick out curated outfits for me- I would say oh no I don't think that's me and they say please try it on for me - and I would and would discover they were right and it looked great on me. I liked and appreciated the staff so much, I would take them out to lunch on their day off. The last nice experience I had with them was in 2019. Since then with staff turnover ( they use to have long term dedicated employees). But the newish employees are horrible - they have no business being in a customer service role- they aren't helpful, not friendly, and seem pretty judgy. In any case, personnel quality, quality of clothing, quality of styles has declined so much. It's sad. .....but on the positive side they have saved me lots on money!

I just came into this Kohl's to make an Amazon return. It was a bit busy when I walked in, and I…read moredidn't realize that this location had an upstairs, so I saw an employee downstairs and asked them where to make an Amazon return. They were friendly and helpful and told me exactly where to go, and told me that when they just came back down from upstairs, there was no line at the Amazon return "counter". I went up, made my return, and they actually apparently give you a 20% Kohl's coupon when you make Amazon returns there. Not sure if that happens every time or at every location, but it did in my case. The downside is that I don't visit Kohl's often, so it expired before I could use it :( womp womppppp I will say that the check out line was long when I came in and was actually longer when I left (it took me about 10 minutes to make the return as the employee was working through a couple of previous returns they had already accepted - just processing those). Either way, I mean I would probably go back if I was in the mood to shop at Kohl's, but this particular location felt a little cluttered and closed in to me for some reason. Maybe because it was a 2-story, I'm not sure.

No one reached out to me. I decided to call this company over and over the phone not in service. I sent emails. I went on the chat online. No response ended up getting someone on Instagram so after that, I did end up receiving my order and let me just say I could have waiting longer for the item because it's horrible!!! first of all the material of the dress looks cheap. I normally wear a medium sometimes I would get a small however that dress is not a small no a medium. It's more like a large. It's long. It's big it's just so ugly.
