CHRISTMAS REVIEW; After experiencing Di Donato's charismas magic in 2020, I've been eager to come back. My family purchased tickets for the Christmas experience for the day after Thanksgiving. We opted for the first ticket time at 4:45. Parking was plentiful, and if you pre purchased your tickets you could obtain your arm band at the ticket booth with just your name. Once under the arch & warmly greeted, we were directed to the train. Even thought it wasn't completely dark when we arrived, the lights were still magical and my kids loved the train. With admission you get 1 train right which does 2 laps. After the train we made our way to meet Santa. It was a private meet and great with a great looking Santa. The kids were gifted train whistles. Next we walked around the display to enjoy the falling snow, meet frosty, purchasing hot chocolate and meet mrs. clause. Outdoors probably took about an hour. Afterwards we made our way inside for the included bowling. After about a 10 minute wait we headed to our lane and had a great time. Di Donato's knows how to create some Christmas magic! read more

We went during the Santa event in December. it was super cute. It's $23 a person online tickets(fees) During the week is slow so it's not crazy crowded. Weekends it sells out The ticket gets you like a 10 min ride around a bunch of nice lights. Than you go into Santa's workshop and meet Santa. Than you go back into the court area with the lights where you can walk around and they have frosty who dances Meet Mrs Claus and she gives a cookie And they have a snow machine (nothing crazy lol ) Than you can go into a toy shop too After that you get one free bowling game w shoes included. They have food for sale. A bit pricey in my opinion but the food was good. They have a reindeer ice cream that the boys loved. Overall it was fun. this place really has stepped its game up in the last year. The new arcade is probably one of the most affordable I've ever been too. The seasonal train rides are great for kids. We had a birthday party here which was very affordable. The ice cream is also very good. My only criticism is that they use a lower brand soda for their fountain sodas so your "Pepsi" or "Coke" is like Dr. Cola. read more

We came here for the Christmas spectacular. The magical holiday express greats you when you first enter. We boarded immediately as there was no line. We were impressed that the train actually went around twice. They have a cute hot chocolate hut in the center of the little "town" they have created. I was hoping that it was included but I ended up spending $4 for two small cups. The cutest part of the magical village was Santa's workshop and headquarters. They went all out for this. read more

We came here for the Easter event and it was really cute!! Well organized, very covid friendly, they even wiped down the train after every passenger. We booked our tickets online and ended up not being able to go that day, they were able to let us switch our day no problem. I know they have a Fall and Christmas event too, we did drive an hour there and we're finished in an hour or less. It's small but I would go again. Lots to do there but it's well organized so goes quickly and we could've done things twice. If we didn't have toddlers with us I would've went in for bowling, the food smells coming from inside were amazing haha (and I've seen their food pics on FB looks good too) next time we'll do it all! This seems like a local hangout. The lanes are decent. Despite an impressive menu, the food is terrible- do not eat here. The fries were full of grease. The mozzarella sticks were huge and greasy. Even the soda tasted flat and just off. Just come for the bowling and eat elsewhere. read more

What made me the most upset was that we were not able to have the bowling guards up for people over the age of 12. I asked twice and they straight refused. We came here for the Easter event. They were so welcoming to the disabled person we were traveling with! I can't say enough about how well trained the staff was. It's rare I encounter businesses where I don't feel our disability is a disability to the business. The woman who greeted us helped us get on the train. Another employee insisted on taking a picture of us. Really fabulous crew working here! Everyone was all smiles and so pleasant. After the train ride we did the egg hunt. My kids had a blast. Then we met the bunny. The bunny didn't flinch when I asked about holding the disabled person for a pic. The disabled person was so happy in the bunny's arms. I can't say enough positive about the way we were treated. Can I hug the owner? Seriously, thank you for training your staff so well. Then the kids rode the bouncy slide. After we visited the ice cream shop. Amazing homemade flavors and wonderful staff. I highly recommend this place! If you are traveling with a disabled person, you will be welcome here with open arms. The bald guy with the glasses (Jim) at the front desk that I'm assuming is the "manager" is a HUGE asshole! Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. Zero people skills does not belong in this line of business, clearly can't handle being under pressure when it gets busy because he talks to customers like absolute garbage. It's a shame because if it weren't for him ruining my experience I probably would have returned as the rest of my experience went pretty well. Visited here on Saturday 1/27/18 to celebrate my aunt and my cousin's shared birthday. My aunt wanted to do karaoke which they have on Saturday nights in the lounge. We arrived around 9pm and decided to get some wings while we waited for our family to arrive.The wings were exceptional ! My expectations weren't very high as most wings you get from a bowling alley aren't worth discussing but these were delicious. They were fried first and then coated in a mild hot sauce. They had several different types to choose from. When my family arrived we all enjoyed singing and watching others sing. The staff in the lounge was very friendly and welcoming. My only gripe is when my fiance and I decided to step out of the lounge and bowl a game, our lane kept malfunctioning. I would bowl a frame and it would not record it. Then I would have to re-bowl and of course I wouldn't get the same number of pins. Our lane just keep getting stuck so a staff member eventually transferred our game to another lane but by that time the score was all messed up. Overall, I'd definitely return but I am wary of malfunctioning lanes. I would definitely mention my concerns when they assign us a lane next time. read more

This review is for the bar and grill only. I stopped in tonight cos I was craving some wings and the other reviews said the food here was really good. When I walked in to the bowling alley, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bar and grille was a completely separate area from the lanes: it's a glass-enclosed area so you can still see into the bowling area but can enjoy the lounge without the sounds of bowling balls tearing down the lanes! The lounge is spacious and modern, with seating not only along a large bar, but tables, booths, and an enclosed patio area with a fireplace. The menu is extensive and even though I knew what I wanted (wings, remember??) it still took me a while to peruse what they had. I placed my order to go and enjoyed a Yuengling while I waited. There were six flat screens positioned throughout; not sure what they normally broadcast (it was the Olymics tonight). Tator tots were amazing. Wings? Eh. They were ok. Too heavily breaded for my tastes but the hot sauce had a good flavour (and some good kick!). I definitely want to go back and hang out a while longer, especially on a weekend night (not a random Wednesday). read more

Great place to bring family & friends to bowl, but food is extremely overrated and looks nothing like the gastropub food shown on their website. Staff extremely friendly/spread thin especially with COVID. With only one server on and the place pretty crowded, our friendly waitress did her best to service the entire alley. It took over 35 mins to get our soft drinks and more than an hour for our food to come out. They need more staffing which I'm sure is tough for them to find. The quality of food is why I give this place 2 stars. They advertise that they are like a gastropub. Although the menu is extensive to suite everyone's needs, the food is mediocre at best/very disappointing...not like Lucky Strike in Philly. Perhaps they had a chef, but now just a line cook. I'd recommend eating somewhere else before you bowl since a few in my party didn't feel well after eating their meals. Will go back to bowl next time only. read more

This bowling alley is way to dark over the lanes. You cannot see the arrows to bowl which ruins the entire game! The projector screens are right above the end of the alley where you can barely see your own pins. Terrible experience in my opinion. Will not be coming back. read more

Staff was very disrespectful. Mainly behind that main counter handing out the bowling shoes and golf clubs. The two males behind that counter on Friday 11/15/19 were disgustingly rude and nasty. I believe one was the manager on duty. They do not belong working in such a busy place, they could not handle it. I do not recommend this place at all! This review is for the bowling and Galactic Glow Golf. The bowling is very reasonably priced at $2.50/person/game and the shoe rental is $3.50/person. They have plenty of balls that range from 6lb-16lb. We had a great time and no issues. The Galactic Glow Golf was $7/person and it is only 9 holes. It is 3D with glasses and kinda fun but in our opinion not worth the cost. The money is better spent playing a few more frames or grabbing some food at their snack bar. I would rate the golf at two stars. They have a restaurant and full bar as well. I have not tried the food but I am told it is pretty good. Everyone who had food at other lanes seemed satisfied. Happy hour is 3-6 mon-Friday. read more

This place is nice inside accept the lanes. The lanes are very sticky and need you'll need serious powder to side. The lane action is horrible. This place will make you second guess your bowling skills. It needs a lane haul over ASAP. Customer service wasn't bad, other than the dry personality on the phone. read more

My group of 7 went here tonight and it was fantastic! You get so much for your money! The bowling alley is very clean, and all staff members were super friendly and helpful. The Christmas lights were awesome. My children absolutely loved the train ride! My almost 5 year old son has Autism and I have yet to get a picture with Santa, until tonight! Santa saw that he was very hesitant and not wanting any parts. He took the time to make my son feel comfortable and even got him on his lap. This was absolutely priceless for me!! I will definitely be visiting again and recommending this to family and friends! read more

So much fun! Plenty of open lanes. I love the atmosphere, great music and food selection. Fun for groups, families and dates. Unsure how much lanes / shoes are but I played three rounds and rented shoes and my total was $20. I feel like the price was slightly high.. but who knows. It's been eons since I've bowled. The magical holiday express was great. The alley bar and grill had horrible service. We were a party of 8,. 4 kids , 4 adults. First it took a long time to bring our drinks. Then it took almost an hour for our food to come out. When it came out all but 2 of us got our food. 1 adult and 1 child waited for over an hour to get their food. When the food came out it was too salty to eat so we just left because at this point we were disgusted.
