They refused to give us ANY paperwork so we could submit to vision insurance until bill was paid in full - which is not a huge problem, but they did it so rudely. We were not even late - we had only just received the statement from medical insurance. Such a shame people have to act this way.

Everyone was pretty courteous and there was a minimum of chit-chat as we moved through check after check. Doctor came through about 2/3rds of the way, did a check of the eye photos and looked into the eyes, checked a few other items and laid out some straightforward vision items. Front desk deals with the billing, charges (copays) and collects upfront. While I prefer getting a receipt right away, they told me they'd email me instead, which took a bit of work - I had to actually go back and get it in-person the next time we visited since a promised email version never was sent to me - a blemish in an otherwise good experience.

First, they are almost impossible to get in touch with -- interminable hold times, and although you can request a call back when it's your turn, they almost never call back. Then when you finally do get them on the phone, they say they'll take care of your problem but never follow through. I've spent *countless* hours over six months trying to get them to fix an incorrect bill, which they acknowledge is incorrect and keep promising to send a revised claim to my insurer but they NEVER follow through. I've had to spend countless hours on this over the past six months having the same conversation over and over again with them, to no avail. It's like Groundhog Day. And all the while they keep bombarding me with past due notices. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I wanted to enroll in the portal so I can view my results, etc. As of today 12/17/24 I am still getting nowhere with accessing the portal.
