Stopped in here, the staff was friendly and the wait wasn't too long before we were taken into the back to start the vision screening. Everyone was pretty courteous and there was a minimum of chit-chat as we moved through check after check. Doctor came through about 2/3rds of the way, did a check of the eye photos and looked into the eyes, checked a few other items and laid out some straightforward vision items. Front desk deals with the billing, charges (copays) and collects upfront. While I prefer getting a receipt right away, they told me they'd email me instead, which took a bit of work - I had to actually go back and get it in-person the next time we visited since a promised email version never was sent to me - a blemish in an otherwise good experience. read more

Truly fantastic experience. Came here for an eye exam in November, and then just bought a new pair of prescription sunglasses from here in June. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to take the time to explore different cost savings and frame fit options. I felt very taken care of, supported, and respected. My frames were ordered and delivered in just one week, and it was fantastic. read more

My family has worked with this office for years and have never been less than completely satisfied! Everyone is nice and professional. They accommodate our slightly crazy schedules and really listen to our needs. I only have the highest praise for Professional Eye Care. read more

They are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about everyone there. From the receptionists to Al to Dr. Golden. My daughter has been going there since she was 8 years old and is now an adult. With a complicated prescription, they have always worked so carefully to make sure her vision was spot on. My husband has also been a customer there for many years and has great trust in them. read more

Saw Dr. Andrew Golden (O.D.) here. Great guy. I have a very rare eye disease, but he knew all about it as well as the various treatments. Dr. Golden has taken over for Dr. Rose. read more

I bought a pair of $600+ glasses here and when I first got them they didn't measure my eyes correctly so I couldn't see AT ALL. Eventually they corrected the situation and I loved my glasses. Two years later I came to have them adjusted Bc they were coming loose and the person who fits the glasses doesn't work certain weekdays, which is inconvenient. I came in another day and the receptionist was missing for awhile, so I left after ten minutes. I will never buy another pair of glasses here because of the poor customer service read more

I told her that my vision WAS NEVER CHECKED! She spoke to the Dr called me back and once again said.Dr said you are fine!! IMAGINE?? N E V E R - Will I E VE R go back - Nor should anyone reading this review!
