The Prescription is the deliverable patients get to do the Eye Exam and that is what we paid for. We called back and they said that is how they do Eye Exam here. They have to charge us for the fitting, before writing a prescription, whereas it is unnecessary as we did Eye Exams every year and nobody is doing this! Both me and wife have got our content lens for years, and we told the Doctor our current contact lens size etc. Excessive billing is throughout the healthcare system and we are disappointed this provider charges for services not only unnecessary but also they did not perform it. We will write a review also in VSP to remind of people - look for another provider! Plus - we tried to look up the Doctor's name in American Academy of Ophthalmologists, and could not even find the name there! PS: - just saw the horrible responses from the Provider on Jan 23 below!
