Diego's team came to a location I provided and cleaned my car in two and a hours. My car was stuffed with pet hair and I was looking for a detailing so I could trade it in. They did a wonderful job and got all of the pet hair out and left every surface feeling clean. Communication with Diego was quick and scheduling was easy. He always kept me in the loop, even when his people had trouble initially finding my car. Here are some small ideas for improvement. One spot they missed, that I realized days later, was the headliner. It still had streaks from where my sunshade brushes the headliner when I'm moving it from the rear seats to the windshield. I'd also like a reminder for customers that the process may take a while and to turn off the door lights, my battery needed a jump after they left (minor, and this is honestly my fault). Excellent job by the crew in interior detailing my car that hadn't been professionally cleaned since pandemic started because this area doesn't have good interior car wash businesses. I was afraid the dirt wouldn't come out of the cream floormats, but that car was sparkling from the inside when they were done. Cleaning a car is probably the last thing ever on my mind and to-do list... but needing to return my vehicle whose lease is at it's end tomorrow, I needed to find someone to take care of the dirty job of cleaning the car. I booked Diego's service to do the interior and exterior wash/detail of my car, and well Ohio weather doesn't always cooperate... so the team showed up to my home on a snowy cold blizzard day. They were a little late (no worries the weather was awful), but Diego did give me an ETA of their arrival, and when they showed up I was greeted by a very nice team. Even though the weather was awful, Diego's team was still willing to spray down and clean the outside, but in the end we decided not to, because the weather was not going to get above freezing and with messy roads it would have been a waste, so I opted just for the interior. The team was quick and within an hour or so the job was done. The interior was spotless and no part of the car was missed. The car even smells better than when I got the car brand new in 2019! I'll definitely call on Diego and his team for my future car detailing needs. They're worth every penny, and for the hard work they do, their prices are totally fair. read more

I would not recommend Diego for the Extreme Detail package. If you care about the details like door jams, wheels, windshield, wipers, license plate, then you are not going to be satisfied with their extreme package. They did a good job washing, vacuuming, and polishing so I can see where they are getting the 5 star reviews. Diego did come back out to try to touch up these items but unfortunately it turned into me telling them what to do when they are supposed to be the professionals. read more

Great service all the way round. I had let my truck go for about a year with not cleaning it, and it was time for a good cleaning both inside and out . My truck had dog hair all most everywhere, very dusty and smudge marks on the windows from my dog. Mr Diego's crew worked their magic and it came out looking like a brand new vehicle right off the factory floor. The outside of my truck had a pretty decent size scuff mark on the side and they were able to fix it and make it look like it was never there. The crew members very friendly and after seeing the work they do you could tell they definitely take pride in their work. Just bought a 2004 Lexus RX330. Years of wear, inside and out. Plenty of chips, scratches, etc on the exterior. Diego kept in good contact, and gave me a realistic assessment of what could be done. Since he would work on the vehicle all day, I dropped it off at his location. Picking it up at the end of the day, the inside looks new, amazing renewal of the carpets. A boulder was thrown through my car window when parked on the street. The window replacer did an ok job of cleaning up the big pieces of glass but I still felt that there were tiny pieces everywhere I touched.
