Did a google search for mobile detailing as my truck is too big for most car washes (and therefore most detail shops). Reviews for Diego's auto spa were already great, so I took a shot. So glad I did...Awesome service. Above and beyond what we wanted. Crew busted their butt's and were extremely meticulous. Went with extreme detail on my 2020 Ram truck becasue it's black and the fine scratches were really showing up & the interior was in major need of a deep clean. All I can say is, it was darn near showroom shape when they were done. I've had some really good detailers work on this truck and others in the past...all with great success. These guys top them all. Oh and text them last minute to see if they could squeeze in my wife's 2018 Pacifica (black too)...they sent a 2nd crew who were equally as meticulous. The van looks fantastic which I know wasn't easy as we have 2 kids and 2 dogs that are regular occupants. Will be using them again soon. No question. read more

Ok....put in your mind the image of a van that essentially looks and smells the same as the dog van on the Febreeze commercials. Well, that was my car. It smelled like a dog (something I never noticed until recently) and it looked pretty terrible. I am honestly horrible about keeping my cars clean, and the only car washes they typically get are of the gas station variety. So, for the first time, I decided to have my (almost 10 year old van) detailed. I had Diego come out, and he did an AMAZING job! It was incredibly reasonable, he came to our house for the service, AND he made my car seem like it was almost new again! I honestly couldn't be happier! As a surprise to my wife I asked Diego to come out and provide the extreme detail package on her 2018 4-Runner. He got here at 9 AM this morning and left a little after 6 o'clock. To say this car is clean is an understatement. I purchased this car new and I am not sure it was this clean when I purchased it. Yo! I totally depend on Yelpers and today ya'll was put to the test! I contacted Diego one week ago on Monday via text... he was willing to get my car in on Friday 03/24/23... his website says the service is weather permitting so, I was feeling sour as it was raining 5 days straight & Friday's weather report said 90% chance of rain... so on Thursday night he contacts me & I tell him that I don't want all of the doors open on my (brand new) car in the rain... so, Friday comes and it didn't even rain... Diego's service is not in "real time" the way I would expect because he didn't contact me to do the full detail anyway on Friday... Sunday had perfect weather for March but, I guess they don't do weekends... he schedules me for Monday at 8:30 am (huge inconvenience as this is my gym time) so, it pouring down rain and I contact him to see when is his next availability--thinking he would say 2pm which was the time he confused me with earlier before he said 8:30am... He said NEXT MONDAY--I said no thanks! I was so angry I didn't just wash my car on Sunday--which mainly just needed a solid vacuum cleaning from using it to move 12 loads... matter off fact, I was treating myself to this service as part of my move and to protect myself from a sciatica flare up... then, he said Thursday & I didn't respond because I was already googling items to help me protect my back while washing my own Highlander... (could've got it done for $75 including soap)... then he replied again that I could come to his garage which is 20 minutes away... well my husband cleared his morning meetings to drive me over there & I hopped off the treadmill... so we find his garage among many other garages... a guy is there to accept our car... we come home to work and it's still pouring down rain... 2 hours later Diego texts we can pick up the car & it's $193... so I'm thinking because we dropped the car off it's a better price--we had to reschedule around $1000 in wages so we were tremendously inconvenienced during tax season... so, I'm also thinking that for that price--I want to get all four of my vehicles full detail... man, we get there & my car is filthy outside--he talking about he thought I only wanted the inside done... now at this point I have cleaned out all of my personal items from my Rav4 and was ready to get that one done too (for $193 or less because it's smaller)... so, Diego wants us to wait there for 45 minutes for them to finish the Highlander--no absolutely not--I could not because my husband is a very important person and he had rescheduled all of his meetings for the afternoon (he was on a zoom meeting while we stood there)... so, Diego tells me to leave the Rav4 at the garage and to drive the Highlander home and he will have his worker bring me the Rav4 when it is finished... the Rav4 is 16 years old but, still a really great one owner car--it showed up dirty--I had to micromanage them to get the details and they were on my narrow street using my electricity and they put the vacuum cleaner away before I could show them the entire ceiling has dog hair in it... so, I was like 97% happy with that car in the end... they don't remember details like vacuuming the steering wheel or getting the sticky stuff out of the cup holders... it's basically the same service I get for $20 in St Louis but, I am grateful that car is safe at my house... so, they start working on the exterior of the Highlander and they have to redo the interior... I'm 99% happy with the Highlander... they didn't do air freshener which was okay because the air freshener in the Rav4 was terrible... they also don't go shiny interiors so the rubber looks "natural" instead of new... well, I'm an accountant who doesn't want to micromanage anyone so, I would probably not use the service in the future as I feel it's not a good value even if you are disabled (like me)... my husband wants to schedule more cars with Diego... I will give Diego credit that as long as you keep working with him then, he will keep working with you... personally I think this is a car wash & not a full detail... if you are not too picky then I guess these 76 other five star reviews are true... so for two SUV's I came out to $488 & I had two workers that I gave a $100 tip too... if I was happy with them I usually tip 25% but, I had to give them something... Diego prefers you have cash for the tip & he basically accepts every form of payment... now to get back to work until 1am because having a professional wash my car was very time consuming... read more

My wife's Traverse had probably not seen a proper cleaning in 2 years! Kids, work, life etc. She scheduled a complete inside detailing to be done to spruce it up. When they showed up the morning of the cleaning they were professional and courteous. The car was in the street and he offered to take it over to the local park for safety reasons. After a considerable amount of time doing their thing the traverse was back out front and spotless on the inside. Seriously it was like they swapped out the old interior with a new one. We just recently moved to Ohio from Texas and had driven our car up here for the move. We have a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL and during the packing and trekking up here it definitely needed some TLC. We looked up detailing companies since we are new to the state and area and came across Diego's business. We felt comfortable moving forward with all the positive reviews we read about the business. We had to reschedule from original date due date due to a conflict on our part and Diego was very accommodating. He texted the day before to remind and confirm us and then texted again the day of to inform us of his crew's ETA. It was extremely convenient that they can come to us rather than us having to drive to a location for services. The crew arrived and immediately got to work. They were very professional and respectful of our property and when they finished, Diego texted us to let us know so that we could inspect the work and let the crew know if there were any areas that needed to be addressed further which was definitely a great example of customer service. We inspected the car and it was as if we had just purchased the car 3 years ago!! It was immaculate and smelled like a brand new car!! I definitely recommend Diego and his team and will utilize his business for future needs over and over again!! Diego's Mobile Auto Spa is as luxurious as it sounds. The short version: I needed my car cleaned and a combination of poor planning and untimely events made me an impossible customer. One thing after another made it harder and harder on diego and the team but they were EXTREMELY flexible and it made all the difference. With no more effort than some texts from the couch my car is clean and looks cleaner than when I orginally bought it. Here's the long version: My car was set to be appraised a week later to be sold. I failed to plan accordingly and apologized for asking so late for an appointment. Although there wasn't any availability, I was able to get on a waitlist and when a spot opened up 2 days later I confirmed an appointment with Diego. Alas some unfortunate timing meant I would be called in just an hour before the appointment to work. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get the car cleaned but no sweat there, Diego and the team were able to work around my inability to plan. By getting the keys from my roommate, they were able to work on the car. Then an ungodly downpour started and rather than the team giving in and canceling the appointment (if they had canceled I would've been SOL) they offered to take the car to a nearby shop and finish the job. True customer service is understanding what the customer needs and not asking them to lift a finger to get the job done. And this is exactly what Diego and his team did. Saving me a ton of time and effort. I drove with my cat around 4000 or so miles in this car. Car was covered in a layer of cat hair...and some sticky grime from roadside food during those long trips. All of it is completely gone. I don't write reviews but if you use this service, you might find yourself writing one. It's that good. My car needed some SERIOUS love. It hadn't been washed in a while and I own a huge dog, so on top of the dirt there was fur everywhere. I have used other auto detailers in the past and have been satisfied with their work, but not completely. I decided to try someone different and found Diego's at the top of many lists. The only thing that bothered me was that all the reviews on Yelp were five star. Well, they definitely earned them.. I had a 2016 Town & Country wheelchair conversion van that we purchased used and a 2017 Toyota Camry Hybrid that i wanted detailed. We had the minivan only detailed on the inside and the Camry was done inside and out, with their Quick Detail. They showed up at our house on time with a crew of three and asked us if there was anything they needed to be made aware of. My wife mentioned that the windshield on the minivan had several stickers on it when we purchased it and when we tried to take them off, a lot of glue was left on the windshield that we couldn't remove. When they were done, about 2 1/2 hours later, the minivan looked fantastic. The windshield was clear from side to side and top to bottom. All the vents were spotless and dust free, they looked showroom ready. The entire interior was spotless. They couldn't do much with the floor since it is a rubberized material with a lot of wear from the previous owners power wheelchair, but with what they had to work with, it was the best its been. I will definitely have them do the exterior when I decide to move forward. The Camry looks like it was pulled off the showroom floor, inside and out. It is my wife's car and she was extremely happy. She is as detail oriented as I am. You do have to take all non-vehicle items out of the vehicle before they start, but this gave us an opportunity to clean out what isn't needed. Diego's is by far the best auto detailer I have used in the past 35 years. I highly recommend their services if you are serious about how well you vehicle is detailed. read more
