I called ahead & spoke with a sales person named Bill. Asked if a Jeep Grand Cherokee I saw online was still available. He told me it was. I said I'd be there in an hour. When I arrived with in the hour Bill told me that the vehicle was sold and that those people had been there for 2 hours. When I expressed my disappointment that I was straight up lied to, I walked out the door. The manager then got up from his desk charged across the floor & out the door after me, with fist doubled and screaming at me Like he wanted to fight. Did not catch the managers name but he has a long beard with a white stripe in it and tattoos on his arms. Customer service here is a joke. read more

I promise if you bring your CDJR here for service you'll be spending more in repairs or just flat out trading it in, which is the point this place has brought me to after one visit. My vehicle came here for a simple service job and came out of their garage broken, the service manager Ted and regional director Matt have no interest in fixing the problems their shop caused. Also when asked if they have cameras to prove their mechanic did not alter/damage anything else they said they weren't sure, coming from someone who works in the auto industry this place has by far the worst service department I've ever encountered. Ripped me off for $1100 for vehicle repairs. Never go here for anything. Filed complaints with BBB and State Attorney General of PA. Misdiagnosed the issue then tried to get me to buy a $15000 transmission. Didn't even bother to test drive the vehicle. read more

Beware consumer! This garage ruined my transmission in my truck by not putting filter in correctly. We did a through investigation of what they did and several experienced transmissions shops stated that yes they ruined the transmission . I called to talk to them about it and the service dept hung up on me. They are very dishonest. I had all documentation from a real transmission repair shop in court and they lied there as well. Service has gone downhill in the last year. The quick oil change is a joke. You can't get an appt and I feel they wait until your warranty has expired on purpose before they schedule an appointment. My engine light has been on for 4 months. My gas cap was not on correctly. Just needed it turned off and said I had to schedule an appointment - which I Could not get until after the warranty expired. Then it's a 150.00 charge to tell me what I already know. I was very displeased with this dealership over their get a $50 gift card if you do a test drive. I drove all the way out to the airport and looked at their Ram trucks, handed the form over to the salesman and never did get a gift card. When I called the card people, they said the dealer never turned it in. When I called the dealership and left a message for the sales manager, I never got any response. If they cannot handle a simple situation like this, why would I trust them with a $50,000 new truck purchase? read more

We just got a new Dodge Durango at this dealership and it was the best new car purchase experience I have had to date. Everything felt straight forward. Even my trade in was hassle free (was a fair price and I didn't have to haggle for it or anything). For the new car we agreed on a price and the car wasn't available last minute but they found the same car with some more options but didn't raise the price in order to keep the original deal which was really nice. You also get free car washes for life of the car which is great. read more

Just purchased a new jeep from JR at car right this week. My friend purchased from him a week earlier and only talked positively. I HATE purchasing cars, so I was skeptical. I went in and saw JR, very enthusiastic and willing to listen. Took us on a long test drive and was very accommodating. He hit me with a great deal and I simply could not refuse. All I'm saying is they are working for the customer and willing to go above and beyond. Trust me, take your time and go in educated but they are easily the best car dealer I have been to. read more

I originally posted a wonderful review because I did have a great buying experience, price was a little high but so is everything else in this world right now. However, I've now had my car for about 4 months and am now more $$ into repairs than I am car payments on a vehicle that was "just inspected". When I drove it the 45 minutes home, I began to hear excessing brake squealing and a tremendous amount of dust all over the front wheels. I contacted the salesman and asked for a copy of the inspection report that said the brakes and rotors were just replaced as well as 2 control arms. Okay, sometimes that's normal to hear, I get it. I cleaned the dust off really good and it stopped. After a few days, it started to do it again. Cleaned them again and it stopped. I clean my car about 1-2 times a week so it was good for a little while, or so I thought. Eventually I noticed a clunk in the front wheels when going over bumps (nothing huge, just minor imperfections in the road, or pulling into a driveway etc). Took it to MY mechanic who test drove it and found that 2 control arms were broken. Okay so, my confusion is that the inspection report I have said those were replaced and I had not hit anything to cause that. I tried contact the dealership to ask why that was because they should not have gone bad that quickly. Left a message for service and never received a call back. I texted the sales man, he also never responded. I was not going to risk mine or my daughter's safety by driving this car around waiting for a response from them to see if they were even going to help fix it. I contacted the insurance company that I purchased the extended warranty from because my paperwork says they'll replace arms but I need to pay my $100 deductible. Have the repairs done at my trusted mechanics shop and the insurance company says they wont cover it. They only cover parts touched by oil. Okay so now I have a bill for $700. Drive it away and the next morning I hear the clunk again. Took it back and they checked everything else and could not find anything wrong. The owner told me that since he couldn't find anything wrong by having it on the lift, he suspects the shocks are blown out. This is now an additional $900 in repairs. If this vehicle was just inspected by them before they sold it to me, they should have been aware of all these front end suspension problems since they replaced the control arms! I also referred a friend who purchased a vehicle from them a few days after I did and they never mailed my referral check either! Once they have your money they don't respond! I will never refer anyone to them again. read more

Was quoted $1150 for brakes/rotors, which is about $450 more than local mechanic. Said I didn't want to do their service due to high prices. So they charged me $60 just to look at the brakes since I wasn't going to use them. Should have known better to go to dealer but thought they may be helpful since OEM brake pad literally fell off vehicle. read more

So, as my wife stated in a previous review, they offered us a Jeep, we accepted it, and was set to take delivery. This mysterious electrical problem occurred after we drove it, with a wireless scan tool plugged in, and it showed nothing abnormal on the live data. The reason I am posting is because there is nothing wrong with the Jeep. This is a classic case of bait and switch and these people should be ashamed. Luckily, my wife was smart enough to take a picture of the contract and if I don't receive a phone call or some form of communication, my lawyer, who is also my brother, the BBB, and every forum and auto dealer listing on the internet will have reviews posted on them. And I have a big family to write reviews. And as of 1.15 PM, the Jeep with the mysterious electrical problem is still online, for sale. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. These people have the worst customer service I have ever delt with in my life. I had my van towed there I spoke with Brad (worst employee of them all) hes a liar and a bully. He charged me for something he never told me about. Then I tried for 4 hours to get a hold of him and the entire service department just played games by transferring me from voicemail to voicemail because Brad new he was lying so he was trying to avoid speaking to me. I left 4 messages for brad and one for Mike. He is literally the worst service tech I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and if they dont want to keep losing customers they should let him go. Most of the bad reviews I've read are about Brad and Mike and their horrible service "team". I will make sure that no one I know ever goes back to this place for ANY service and I would STRONGLY suggest that you stay away from this "dealership" read more

Car Right is a slightly upgraded JD Byrider. My experience at Car Right is making it tough to ever want to purchase another vehicle from a dealership. During my 2 mile test drive I figured out the A/C doesn't work, even though Car Right advertises it does. Second the ESP/BAS warning lights up on the dashboard meaning I'm driving a vehicle with no brakes. Thanks Car Right. To top it off Car Right wanted me to pay for the repairs and work it into my payments. I honestly hope the Better Business Bureau gets involved before Car Right kills someone. read more

Recently I was forced into having to look for a new car because of an accident and my car was totaled. When I walked into the dealership a fellow guided me to talk to a female sales associate. During our 5 minute conversation she called me honey, sweetie so many times I lost count! Telling me how great she was and they work with other dealers and that they bought out the Kelly dealership. Someone should send her to sales and customer service classes 101. Every time she called me honey, sweetie it was a slap in the face of disrespect. Needless to say I didn't buy my car there but did buy a 2015 Town & Country that I love. She should get rid of her ego and remember who has the dollars to spend. I won't be back. read more

I have to admit I had a horrible first experience with Car Right when they first bought out Kelly Cars (my initial review is below), so when I had to deal with their service dept again to get my fuel tank fixed, I was very hesitant. There was an issue with the warranty I purchased through Car Right/Kelly Cars and the paperwork was never filed so when I started to experience issues with my fuel tank I had to go to the dealership to have them fix the warranty. I went to the dealership at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night and Ian (Sales Manager) helped me on the spot. I gave him all of my paperwork and he had my warranty straightened out by the following morning. He offered to have his service department look at my Jeep if I was willing to work with them and give them a second chance. He remembered my from my previous visit and promised me that was not how they truly operated. He said they had been dealing with similar issues like mine from the previous owners from months and promised to make it up to me. I took my Jeep in the following morning and the service dept completely replaced my fuel tank in 3 days. The completely detailed my Jeep and, knowing I was taking a trip that weekend, topped off all of my fluids and tires. I didn't pay a dime for the work because it was all covered by my warranty. Ian went above and beyond to make up for my first bad experience with Car Right. read more

The guy at the parts wouldn't even answer my questions and when I finally got to him he just hung up on me. I then drove over there and went into parts to ask about getting a new key. Customer service was horrible. The people were rude and dismissive about a problem that was clearly caused by work that had been done at this service department. The service manager was NEVER available to discuss the problem, and refused to return phone calls. Upon picking my car up which was not fixed correctly, I was told that my car was given a 10 point inspection that concluded that I needed my breaks and rotors replaced. I had just had this service completed My husband who was a mechanic for many years checked the breaks and rotors anyway to find out that yes.....they were brand new. However, my back windshield wiper blades were broken and my blind spot detection light was burned out but these 2 things were not detected. They went right for the easy money maker of replacing the brakes and rotors. I am completely disappointed in the service that I have received at this establishment, and I do not intend to ever do business with them again. read more
