This dealership deserves ZERO stars, yet that is not an option here. I was in talks with a sales rep by the name of "Tracey", who did a great job of getting pictures and a video walk-through of a used Infiniti M37 for me. The vehicle had just come in the day before. I had no problem with the price or the condition of the car. She informed me that the car needed to go through the shop for the 120-point inspection and that she would follow up with me the next day. The next day rolls around, and I don't hear a peep from her all day. I suddenly get a text from her saying the car was sold sight unseen. Here I thought I was first in line, ready to purchase this vehicle. She never mentioned to me that there was a "line" of people out the door, ready to buy this thing. The other buyer managed to skip the line and get ahead of me. This sounds like a totally unethical business that would allow such practices to go on at this dealership. No etiquette whatsoever.......a total waste of time. No wonder they only have a crappy 2.5-star review here on Yelp. Avoid this dealership like the plague, guys. ***Note, Update to Owners' reply" as of 5/18/26: That is absolutely NOT true. Total Lie. Tracey, the sales rep, did not offer me the opportunity to put down a deposit, nor did she say that was the procedure to lock down this car. READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO MOON TOWNSHIP FORD!  Do not take your truck or car here!  Worst experience I have ever had at any service center, repair shop and maybe any purchase in general. Unreliable, zero communication,  and untrustworthy. We dropped our truck on June 10th, and were told it should be ready the end of June or early July.  They did not end up even having the warranty claim filed until the end of July, during which time they said they filed the claim multiple times and when we checked with our warranty company they hadn't.  We had to ask multiple times for a basic detailed breakdown of the repair.  When they did send it near the end of July, it required 40 hours of work.....our truck wasn't ready until August 22nd...ALMOST 3 MONTHS from when we started and almost a month from when they said it would take 40 hours!  I tried to reach out to the Service Manager and General Manager and neither even responded.  The service department rarely answers the phone, and our rep rarely called back when we left him voicemail. When he did he was always "busy".....how many times can you tell a customer you are busy with other stuff before you indirectly tell them we dont care about you?  I am shocked the General Manager and Service Manager would not even respond directly to a frustrated customer, particularly one that is dependent on their truck for their livelihood. We full time RV so we had to rent a truck to pick up our camper while our truck was in the shop.  It cost us about $2k for the month.  Since Moon Township Ford delays caused it, I asked for help.  You would think they would be apologetic and want to make it right....nope......had to negotiate.  They ended up agreeing to take $1k off and when I picked up the truck they had not applied the discount, stating labor rates had changed and it should have actually been $1k higher, so the original price quoted ACTUALLY included the discount.  I ended up showing the invoice they sent before we started negotiating and they acknowledged the "mistake" and took the $1k off.  Shaaaaddyyy. Overall, bring your truck or car somewhere else, even if it is a longer drive or tougher to get into. You could tell this place is a disorganized mess....paperwork all over the office, horrible response times.  The shady communication was the topper. I post mostly positive reviews, and have posted other great experiences at other Ford dealerships,  but couldn't ignore this masterclass of what not to do!! read more

I'm appalled by the unresponsive and fraudulent nature of this service center. As a Director for a large corporate firm, I believe that businesses reflect the values of their leadership. While this review is limited to Falconi Moon Twp Ford (we've had excellent service at other Ford dealerships), this is also a review for Service Manager Rob and General Manager Allan, as well as Pat. We had our truck break down near Moon Twp on June 9th. As a full-time RVer, my truck is an extension of my home. When we dropped it off on June 10th at Ford, Pat warned us that it may be a few weeks before they had a chance to get to the truck. The estimate we were given for the repair was early July. We moved in with family, thinking it would be a couple of weeks. We quickly found that Pat did not answer his phone and was impossible to get ahold of without pestering and nagging. I hate being in that position, but I expect some form of communication when a call back is promised. It was six weeks before we even had a diagnosis for the repair, even though we were continually assured they'd get to it "next week." When we stopped getting any return calls and were not getting any revised timelines, we reached out to Rob. While he did not respond to the first voicemail, he did respond to the second. It was quickly apparent he wasn't up to speed on our situation and he gave the same vague answers. Then he also stopped returning calls. We're not jerks, we just want to know what's going on with our truck. When the answer is repeatedly "maybe the week after next," we need to be able to plan around that with some level of confidence. We need some information. While both Pat and Rob had leaned into the excuse that working with warranty companies can take time, we were able to verify with our warranty company that the diagnosis and repair information hadn't even been submitted. We followed up with Pat multiple times, pestering him to submit the necessary information to the warranty company - this doesn't feel like it should be on us and we don't want to pester. We finally saw some action and verified the info had been submitted, approval was given only a few days later. Although Pat had told us they were still waiting on them, a quick call to the warranty company verified that approval had been given the day before. Pat then managed to find the approval "in the wrong inbox." C'mon man, why are we the ones doing your job? Pat then asked us to sign off on the invoice, but we had to pester him (multiple unanswered calls and texts) for an itemized invoice instead of a single dollar amount. Why the games? Is it on Pat? Is it on Rob? The mechanic? Why was this process so drawn out and difficult? We then reached out to General Manager Allan. We thought perhaps a GM would be appalled at the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability at one of his shops. We honestly should not have been surprised that we received no response. What we did receive was a text from Pat, "Can u talk?." He was upset because he had gotten in trouble and had to work with his manager and mechanic to give us an actual timeline. So, while a response from the GM would have been valued, at least we had a timeline. The new timeline put us at the end of August (spoiler, it was ready 8/23). We asked once again for a detailed invoice and received it. 40 hours of work. 11 weeks. The total cost of the repair was $18k. In addition, because the repair took over 2 months, we had to rent a tow vehicle to move our RV out of storage at the end of the approved period of time. The rental cost was $2300. We asked Moon Twp to help us cover the cost of the rental, because it was their delays that had caused the situation. We would have been able to make different arrangements if we had been given accurate information. Even if there had been a margin of error, we could have figured it out. With the lack of any reliable estimate, we were put in a terrible position. After having to negotiate, Moon Twp eventually gave us $1k discount. Except they didn't. We paid over the phone after confirming the final amount included the discount. When we received the receipt, the total amount did not include the discount. Pat told us labor rates had changed mid-project, so the discount was in the background. WTF? Fortunately, we had that itemized invoice we had fought so hard for and were able to clearly show the discount had not been applied. Pat's response "my bad, I must have made a mistake." Cool. My family was stranded for 2 months and then forced to rent a truck for an additional month due to the inaction and lack of transparency from this company. I'm upset about the time it took and the games that were played, but I truly resent the person I had to become to get answers. I don't want to call everyday. I don't want to contact your supervisors or the GM. I just want you to call me when you say you will, give me the information I ask for, and do the things you say you'll do. read more

I find it interesting that many reviews shown here are so old and irrelevant to todays service and sales staff at this particular dealership. Knowing this place, turnover has occurred in some of these staff positions. That being said, a complaint of weeks out for service appointments is due to the fact that a Ford dealership in Hopewell Township, Beaver County closed its doors. Therefore Ford owners from Hopewell/Raccoon/ Independence Townships, Aliquippa, Ambridge, Center Township are now coming to Moon Township Ford for service needs. This has created a log jam at the service department. Lastly, I find it puzzling that the bad reviews by customers, when they listed where they were from, some were from out of state. This review is for the service department - I have been hesitant to write a review over the years with the hope that the "next visit" would be better...unfortunately that "better visit" never materialized. I am a "Ford guy" and as such prefer to have my truck serviced at a dealership. Additionally, I have purchased three of my last four vehicles from this dealership with minimal issues (Z plan)..but between the lack of available appointments, recent quality issues, and unjustifiable prices, I simply can't justify purchasing or bringing any of my vehicles back to this dealership. The specific issue that prompted me to finally pen this review was a result of the estimate for work required as a result of an inspection for my daughters 2014 Ford Explorer. Their estimate for a muffler replacement, inspection, and new windshield wipers was just under $1600 dollars. No longer willing to pay the unjustifiable premiums, I had them fail the inspection and I picked up my vehicle to have all of the aforementioned work done at a local shop for $760 (including tax). I can no longer accept the dismissive attitude of the service managers, lead times for appointments, or price premiums. Unfortunately I will be driving more than 30 minutes north to try another ford dealership in the hope of a better experience in the future. read more

If I could give them a less rating, I would. This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever dealt with. I recently just purchased a car at Moontownship Ford 4 months ago. I was forced into a vehicle that I did not want, but due to them running my credit 5 times I asked what they could put me in. I'm sorry but after the 3rd failed attempt they should have stopped and consulted me. I was only shown one vehicle they could get me approved for and it was a very fast showing of the car, they did not even let me test drive it because it was getting close to closing time. The next day I began to really look at the car. All 4 tires you could peel back from where they were hit along with all 4 rims having abrasion marks, also there was a cracked taillight. The front bumper had scuffs and scratches all over it with paint peeling off. It was obviously wrecked/ hit into something, and I was told it was clear of any accidents. After going back and forth they finally agreed to replace the tires and taillight. 2 1/2 moths later the check engine light came on, so I called the service department, I had been told I was 100 miles over my warranty. Being that I had bought the extended warranty I could take it to any Ford dealership and pay a fee for them to diagnose it. Upon diagnosis I had a blow head gasket, resulting in needing a new engine, the purge valve needed replaced and the back control arm bushing are so bad the service tech informed me it should never have passed state inspection. Naturally the dealership is unresponsive to any of this. Avoid this dealership at all cost's they are scammers and will do anything and sell anything and make a profit oof of you. read more

I bought a used car almost 3 months ago from Brian Grogan. The car has been an excellent investment to date. My issue is their follow through on replacing an item that was advertised as coming in the car as part of the package. It was promised to have Weathertech floor mats. We noticed that they weren't present upon delivery and asked to have them brought to us at that time. They spent about half an hour looking for them coming out later to tell us that they weren't to be found and were told that they would get them to us in a few days. Now, after the time period specified, at this point early November to mid January, and numerous phone calls, of which only two were answered, and several voicemails ignored, we still have not received the promised items. BEWARE!! DO NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES WITHOUT THE ITEMS IN QUESTION OR A WRITTEN CONTRACT STATING WHAT IS PROMISED!! read more

I took my Expedition here for state inspection and an oil change. They flagged my breaks, which were on the cusp. I wasn't surprised by the finding. Generally I'd replace them on my own but I was short on time. They quoted me $850 "out the door". I expected that to mean inspection, oil change, and the break job would be $850. I looked up the parts online and the dealer parts weren't much more than the price I could get. About $600 for parts, the remainder being labor, inspection, and and oil change. It sounded okish to me, dealer labor is always a little high. The problem was that my price kept going up. When I spoke with the guy the next day he told me he misunderstood and the $850 was just breaks. My cost would be more like $950. I wasn't happy, but again, I was in a crunch I needed to get this done. I asked for a discount on labor because it was STUPID expensive. They were unwilling to budge. I begrudgingly gave the go ahead. Mind you, it took them a full day for the initial inspection and I couldn't get ahold of them into noon the second day. Finally, at the end of the second day the guy calls me to tell me that he screwed up and the invoice was actually $1050!!! Sensing that was probably going to show up and burn the dealership the the ground, he gave me a "discount" to get me back to $950. I'm giving them 2 stars, instead of 1, because they offered a free oil change to try to make up for it. I appreciate the effort. Enjoy that extra star baby! Also the cashier was really friendly. In the end, their prices were terrible, service was questionable (2 days, half of one was communication), and the price was a literal moving target. I will never go here again. If you want a free oil change call me, I'll give you the card. I don't trust them with my car. I will not be held responsible for the $600 "free" oil change that you will receive. read more

I've purchased from Moon Ford in the past. There service (advisor) was friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable when service was necessary for her vehicle. That's the good. Now for the bad. Recently I had contacted Moon Ford concerning a vehicle advertised on-line. I was referred to "Z", now that's professional and should have been my first warning. I was told the vehicle I was interested in would be on their lot either Saturday or Monday and he would call me. Hmm, they are advertising a vehicle they do not have. Second warning. Today, Saturday, I telephoned Mr. Z and all I got was it already sold. Third strike. Moon is out. I intentionally passed two similar vehicles at other dealers. It was naive to expect a phone call. Mr. Z will never see business from me. As for Moon Ford, really? You perpetuate the stereotype of sleazy ignorant salesman. I guess it's all for a buck. read more

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the service department at Moon Township Falconi Ford. One clerk there is exceptionally rude. He interrupts and doesn't listen. He criticizes customers and is definitely not service oriented. I've also had situations where it takes them a week to fix my car or three weeks to start working on it when it breaks down and I show up without an appointment. Additionally, they have given me inaccurate information-- like the starter needed to be replaced--but when I show up to get the car, the paperwork says the alternator was replaced. This is nothing new. It's been happening for years. Not sure they know what's going on there! read more

The Escape was a little too small for me but all of a sudden a Ford Edge came on the lot (literally as we were talking). It was beautiful! Took it for a test drive and I was sold. I recently took my 2016 F150 to Moon township Ford for state inspection It has only 28000 miles on it so I thought it would pass no problem. Well it passed but on the invoice it said my rear brakes were less then 3/32 in. And would need future attention. They even sent me a E mail about a week later reminding me they needed attention. So to save money I decided to change them myself. When I pulled the calipers I found the pads in good shape 8/32 at the thinnest point. Because I already had them off I replaced them. But the original pads would have lasted a lot longer. This to me is deceptive and exploitative. They have lost my trust and my business. read more

I made an appointment to take my mustang to this dealership. I have carshield so I only have to pay my deductible. The man at the dealership said that I have to pay for EVERYTHING upfront and they will not release my car until I do. I advised that is not how carshield works. He said well, it has to be that way because we have had issues in the past. That's not my problem. Plus at first he said they do not except carshield then he was like oh, we do, but this is how it works. You can't make up your own rules either you except the term of an outside company or you don't. People were laughing in the background after he put me on hold. I will NEVER take my car there. I do not care how convenient or close the dealership is. That is not the way to treat a potential new customer. First of all, before I go into this I am a first time car buyer so in ways I should've expected to be screwed over. But I didn't expect it to be this bad. First off, I go in and look at the car I like and took it for a test drive. I asked the dealer where my second key fob was. I was LIED to and told that it was in the back and that they were gonna look for it and get it. So a deal was made. I ended up never getting a second key fob. My boyfriend went back in and spoke to the sales manager and we were refused a second key fob. Because a deal was made. They told me they already "lost money" on this vehicle. Which I still can't fathom how you lose money after a big sale. I was told my oil was freshly changed and after only having my car for about a month my car is telling me I need an oil change. Another thing before I end my rant, I was cornered and forced to leave a nice review about my sales man Bill. He cornered me while my mom was busy and physically touched my phone screen to get me to leave a nice review. So, on that note. Be advised before you make a deal with Moon Township Ford. I can confidently say that I will not be returning for any service or even an oil change because clearly honesty and integrity DONT MATTER THERE. read more

We took our Ford Escape here for a service check last week. When we picked it up there was a crack in the center console. This was not there when we dropped it off. We showed it to them immediately. The manager was "tied up" and we were told he would call us later. After they dodged our calls for a week they finally got back to us saying that they were not taking responsibility for the damage. I'm absolutely disgusted by their disrespect and lack of professionalism. We have had several issues with their service department over the past year. I will never go back to this place. read more

They initially lost the car I was scheduled to look at. Turns out the sales manager had ordered it to detailing without telling anyone. When it came back from detailing it had been damaged. Large dent on the passenger side with the paint taken down to bare metal, severe cosmetic damage to the passenger side rear wheel and a chunk blown out of that tire so deep it was almost punctured. Car was severly out of alignment in the direction of the exterior damage. The poor salesman (whom I believe was honestly caught off guard by a bad sales manager) was mortified, but the sales manager was downright indignant and acted like that should play no part in the negotiations. The sales manager even went so far as to low-ball my trade-in by about 1000 dollars in the process of being rude, aggressive and condescending. I have had great experiences with the service department at Falconi Mazda, but would avoid the Ford dealer at all costs. read more

Do not get your car serviced here if you are immunocompromised & concerned about covid-19. No one is wearing masks. There are sneeze guards at the service desks. But while I was in there, 2 of the 3 service advisors were eating lunch at their service desks (maybe they don't get lunch breaks or don't have a break room?). Woman with short blonde hair was eating french fries handfuls at a time, while talking to her coworkers, licking fingers, touching everything, etc. A man came in to request express oil change service, she did not even stop eating to tell him they were booked for the rest of the day and then sarcastically waved at his back when he walked away frustrated. That guy complained to the sales guys out front because apparently they can never fit him in for express oil change. Her behavior was weird & gross, she was not even concerned that I (another customer) was watching. She helped 2 additional customers and I did not see her leave to wash her hands or use sanitizer ever. I get that CDC guidelines are optional for individual businesses but if they can't practice basic hygiene, I doubt anything is being sanitized at all. The service advisor who was helping me was really nice though and wasn't eating. read more

They never fix anything right, and get their business by people having to come get their car fixed because it was never fixed correctly in the first place. When the day came to finalize everything I forgot my checkbook and I was dropped off earlier..they let me take a loaner to go home and get my checkbook! Then I had two recalls on my car and they rented a car for me. The only reason I didn't do a full five stars is because it took them two weeks to get my car back to me because of some issues and they didn't have the parts there. But I did have a rental car for the whole two weeks so it wasn't too bad! I'm so happy I went to Ford. read more

I had a terrible experience getting my car serviced here. I drive on '06 Ford Escape. I went in to have 'The Works' package done on my car. So for $40 you get an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. Sounds like a great deal. However, on their multipoint inspection they happened to find over $1800 dollars in 'repairs' that needed done. I said no thanks and had a local small mechanic inspect my car and there was no repairs necessary and he took care of my inspection. Don't get scammed by this place, if they think they can get away with stealing your money they will try to. read more

Had my truck towed there (which was also purchased at this same location), issues with starter. Ok. Women I spoke to on the phone when initially letting them know I was coming with my dead truck, she had no sense of customer service. After having them fix the starter, I asked them to replace the battery cap and to kindly fix the battery mount. For $700 you think they could do what I asked them. NEVER TAKING ANY OF MY 5 VEHICLES THERE AGAIN. read more

I dropped my 2012 Fusion (purchased at their dealership) off at their service department for state inspection and an oil change. I later received a phone call telling me that they had wrecked my car pulling it into the garage. They did agree to have it repaired and give me a rental car, however, I was told they would not cover the insurance for the rental car. After a few phone calls and much insistence, they agreed to pay the insurance. Now I am trying to find out when I will be able to have MY car back as the rental car is inferior to mine. I have had to call numerous times, they don't return phone calls and when I finally speak to someone they tell me they don't know. This dealership acts like they're doing me a favor by repairing MY car that THEY wrecked. The worst, absolutely the worst treatment I've ever had...and they just don't care. read more

if i could rate moon twp ford a negative 20 stars i would. i purchased a 2011 hyundai sontat from them 2-16-15 ive had problem after problem with this car.. when i first bought it they let me drive off the lot with no brakes, they literally were going all the way to the floor for me to stop, my steering pin was cracked, an it had bald tires on it. 3yrs later ive had to have the rear an front struts/shocks replaced 4 times ive gone threw 6 sets of brand new tires. i also had to replace the starter, my back passenger window had been broken for 6 months which is still under my powertran warranty.. 2 times they ordered the wrong part MY WARRANTY ALSO STATES THAT THEY ARE TO PROVIDE ME WITH RENTAL (WHICH ARE NEVER AVAILABLE) IN CASE THEY HAVE TO KEEP MY CAR OVERNIGHT IN WHICH I ALWAYS HAVE TO GO WITHOUT A CAR FOR THE TIME BEING OR I HAVE TO FOOT THE BILL ON A RENTAL ... when you call they never return phone calls, also when they do have to fix a problem their RUUUDDDEEEE THE WHOLE STAFF.
