AVOID AT ALL COST - Diehl Automotive Group has no regard for their customers. I brought my new Ram RHO (which I purchased at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Robinson - Diehl Automotive Group) in on (6/18/25) for a tire rotation & the technicians were evidently taking turns abusing my new truck. I had an appointment for 8:00 AM. At about NOON (4 hours later) I decided to check the Ram Connect app & noticed that my truck had been driven approximately 20 miles since I dropped it off. So, I immediately contacted the service tech and asked for an update. I was told that the alignment wasn't done yet. I then informed the service technician that my truck has already been driven 20 miles since I dropped it off and that someone was exceeding the speed limits (114 MPH to be exact - see photos) The service technician stated that a couple of techs had to drive it to see if it pulled to the right in order to check the alignment. This is complete BS because they actually were using the launch control feature and performance recording which records their actions. They were doing 0-60 runs at a top speed on 114 MPH and .71g acceleration (typical driving is .2g). So, I brought my new vehicle off at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Robinson for a tire rotation & alignment check and they took it out and beat on it while i waited for 4.5 hours during which time they only completed a tire rotation. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for over 10 years with ALL of my vehicles service and have purchased a couple here as well. There was NO APOLOGY and did not even care that the technicians were out beating on my new truck for fun. I filed a complaint with FCA Stellantis North America & waiting on a resolution from them. I also filed a complaint with Diehl Automotive Group & was contacted by Matt Miller (Service Rep) who immediately attempted to inform me that the milage on the Ram Connect app is not accurate & the truck probably wasn't driven 20 miles. I then reminded him that there was a photo of the dash taken by the dealership when i dropped it off. There was also a photo taken at pickup which confirmed that, in fact, that it had been driven 20 miles. I explained to him that the Service counter (Logan Powell) told me that there were 2 different mechanics drove my vehicle in order to "check the alignment". They didn't care at all that the mechanics were out joy riding in my Ram RHO and just said that once it leaves the front, it's "out of their hands". Matt Miller then told me that he was unaware of this information and would look into it. I then received a call back from Matt Miller the next day. He started off by saying that he trusts his guys and they told him that they didn't go out & drive my Ram (except to "check the alignment"). So, instead of getting to the bottom of finding out who is out DRIVING CUSTOMER'S VEHICLES RECKLESSLY AT 114 MPH ON PUBLIC ROADS, he just backed up the employees who just said that they didn't do it. Matt Miller Even went as far to tell me that he visited the dealership & the head performance vehicle mechanic "looked him in the eye" so he believes that he was telling the truth. I then asked if he was at the dealership (which he was very hesitant to answer). I kept pushing for an answer & he told me that he was there looking into the situation at 10:30 AM on 6/19. I didn't even speak with Matt Miller until 1:49 PM that day and he only had a phone conversation at that point, so he is already CAUGHT IN A LIE. He then told me that the performance screen ALWAYS records data & that the information recorded was not from the mechanics. I informed him that I never used the performance features because I wanted to break in the vehicle properly & go through a few oil changes before testing performance. I also informed him that all of the performance results have all shown ZERO since i purchased the truck AND was all ZERO when i dropped the truck off. Matt Miller then informed me that he had messaged the engineer that designed the vehicle (this call was at 3:03 PM on Friday June 20) and that the engineer confirmed that the performance screen always records info & I was wrong. I then asked for a copy of the correspondence so that I can confirm this. Matt Miller then changed his answer & said it was a phone call. So, I asked for the name of the engineer & time of the call & was then told that I don't need to know that information. Again, this was just ANOTHER LIE by Diehl Automotive Group. At this point, I realized that this dealership absolutely does not care about their loyal customers or the dangerous actions of their employees. I sincerely hope that Corina S. Diehl does not condone this behavior at her dealerships & I sincerely hope that SHE actually cares that a LOYAL customer for over a decade (not to mention that I just spent $90k on a new truck there) is just discarded like trash after exposing wrongdoings of her employees. I took my car in to be serviced because it would intermittently not start. We had the battery checked prior, and it checked out as being in good working order. When I brought it in, I mentioned that the battery had been checked. Received the call that it was ready to be picked up. Went in - the one sales associate could barely pull himself away from his Candy Crush game to make eye contact to explain that they could not find a problem with the car. If I continued to have a problem, call them. Annoyed, I went to my car. Ironically it would not start in their parking lot. Went back in. Mr Candy Crush again could not be bothered and asked the young man to help me. He put it on the computer and said it could be any number of things. They could look at it on Monday. Went back in to Service. Mr Candy Crush must have been really killing it on the level, but said he'd have someone look at it Monday. They didn't have a car for me to use, so I had to take mine home. They told me they would call Monday to get me in. I went back to my car. I shouldn't have been surprised, but I had to jump my own car. Mr Candy Crush could not help a woman jump her car in their parking lot to be able to take it home. He had a high score to beat, after all. Shockingly enough, Diehl of Robinson never called to schedule to fix my vehicle. I took it to Diehl of Moon where they were not only able to diagnose the problem, but fix it in the same day. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Their sales and finance teams give you a good pitch to make you excited about your purchase and the "Diehl". Once you need service, you are in for a totally different experience. Commitments of quick response, loaner / rentals, great experiences are all smoke and mirrors. I attempted to schedule my vehicle for routine service. After 5 calls and 2 messages without anyone responding I finally drove to the dealership to schedule the appointment and was apologized to that they were short staffed as they just lost their cashier and had to hire additional advisors. Less than a year after purchase the A/C wasn't working. I again had to drive out to schedule an appointment. I advised it seemed to be an internal issue as I could smell it from the inside only to be told they tested and found no leaks. 3 months later when it was in the 90s I take it out again for them to actually review the entire system and tell me there evaporator core was bad and everything had leaked out. In addition I had a flat tire in which I told them I purchased the road hazard and it should be in their system. 2 days later I get a call with the service advisor quoting me a price to install a new tire which I again told him to check their system. The part for the A/C had to be ordered so I get a notice the part is in and after a week of not hearing from anyone I call and again get voicemail. No one gets back to me until 3 days later. I'm told it will be 1 - 2 days they will have my vehicle. A week later after receiving no calls / updates, etc I call to see if / when I can pick up my vehicle. When I go to pick it up I had a surprise waiting for me, the passenger side door had a nice ding in it. I was told a vehicle's door must have hit it and it was just surface which I said no it's through the pain. Not until they sent it to detail would they believe it was through the paint. Now it will be another 3 - 4 days for them to repair. No surprise they don't have a loaner or rental available. read more

I've always had issues with dealerships after one bad experience a few years ago but had no choice but to absolutely stop in. I honestly was worried like hell because I know what most dealerships do especially to women...not here :) once I walked in I felt comfortable and was treated like I mattered instead of someone's paycheck. The guys here were definitely cool and spoke politely and was honest and upfront. IAN W., Andrew and Josh...you were the main people I dealt with throughout having my 300 here for almost a week. I was sad it took so long cause I love my car lol but you guys...I really appreciate y'all! The Towing service through AAA gets a very poor rating today and makes the dealership look bad. Waited for a tow truck via AAA for over 90 mins. Never heard from the driver as we were told to expect two different times. On the fourth call back to AAA we were told that the driver assigned to us was now dispatched to Punxsutawney and that no driver was currently assigned to our request for service. More than 2 hours later, we still have yet to have a tow truck assigned to our request for service. Is there really only 1 tow truck between pittsburgh and Punxsutawney? DO NOT TRUST THEM! this is taken from my FB page as it is a very long story and did not feel like retyping it. i have a 2010 dodge caliber and most recently, i found out there had been a recall on my cradle (don't ask what that is, all i know is it's under the car and mine was so badly rusted that it crumbled at a single poke from a pen) so i call a dodge dealership, Diehl Automotive Group in robinson to be specific, to see what they could do for me. the woman i talked to initially was very nice and helpful. got me a rental car for the duration of the repairs. she mentioned that i might have to pay for some nuts or bolts, "fine" i said, "can't be more than 50 bucks" (this was before i knew that with a recall, the customer is to pay NOTHING) so fast forward a couple weeks. the day i drop my car off. Spoke with some guy at the shop, not entirely sure what his position is, and for the sake of privacy, we'll call him John. so John tells me what the woman initially told me about pricing "you might have to pay for a part or two" ....not exactly what i was told before so i asked for a rough estimate of what i would be charged and was told anywhere from $200-$500. my heart sank and my wallet screamed. so i told him "call me before you touch anything." cause i'm not paying 500 for this repair right now, couldn't afford it. so i get to work, and i explain the situation to my coworkers, and was told by MULTIPLE coworkers that i shouldn't have to pay anything because it is a recall. so i'm like now, a few hours later, John calls me, tells me it's going to run me over $300. so i tell him i can't afford that and asked why i would have to pay anything at all. so he's like "let me call you back" 20 minutes later, John calls back and all of a sudden, it's fully covered..... so cool, i can pick my car up the next afternoon. no charge. cool. i pick up my car the next day and the receptionist goes "okay, you owe $186" and i go "nope, i was told i wouldn't owe anything" so she leaves the desk for a second, comes back, and what do ya know, I DONT OWE ANYTHING. so i leave, go to my mother -in -laws, go home for about an hour, and then get back in my car to go back to my mother-in-laws, and my car just won't turn on. no click or nothing. i called my mother-in-law to let her know because i was supposed to run food for her catering, and she tells me my battery is probably just dead and that she'll give me a jump. well, in short, the jump doesn't work. so i call AAA (which expired THAT DAY and i had to pay to reactivate my account.) to get them to come test my battery to see if that's the issue or if it's something more serious. in the meantime i also call Diehl to see if they would know why, all of a sudden, my car won't turn on after they've had it for the last 2 days. and i'm told that nothing they did would make that happen, and i'm welcome to bring my car back for them to look at. like i would EVER trust what they tell me. so luckily, my brother-in-law and mother come over and he realizes my battery terminal is loose, and it just needs tightened. AAA still comes and tests my battery and it comes back fine. so please, somebody try to tell my these people didn't keep my terminal loose on PURPOSE, just so i went back for them to LIE AGAIN, tell me something serious was wrong, me pay for it, and thm just tighten my terminal. needless to say, i'm going to the better business bureau read more

I was having trouble with my manual Jeep's transmission. Fortunately for me the car was still under warranty for a few more weeks. The guys down at Diehl made the experience as pleasant and simple as it could have been. I dropped the car off after hours for some diagnostics and the issue with the transmission was confirmed. They couldn't get my car in right away so they wrote up the work order and schedule me to return another day. When the day came, I dropped the Jeep off after hours again and the guys got to work. Though I had to have the clutch replaced out of pocket since it is not a warranty item, they replaced it at an extremely fair price. At no point in dealing with these guys did I feel like I was getting ripped off. Since I was under warranty, Chrysler paid for a loaner vehicle which Tom at Diehl set up for me. I was provided with a rental from Enterprise and when it came time to pick up my own vehicle, Diehl took care of returning the rental to Enterprise. I really can't speak more highly of these guys. Being that I was coming from Beechview, the accommodations they provided made it possible for me to get the repairs done with as little hassle as possible. I will certainly trust these guys with my vehicle in the future. read more

I literally cannot say anythimg bad about this place. My car had MAJOR electrical issues and was stuck in their shop for over a month. I love my Jeep and was not ready to part with it so I took it here and their mechanic(s), service manager, and GM took control. Kevin, my service manager, kept me updated almost everyday (THANK YOU, YOU'RE THE BEST), Gary, the GM, called me and reasssured me my car WOULD be fixed, Ian, one of the other managers, called me and told me I WASNT crazy . Purchased a 2013 Grand Cherokee from Diehl of Robinson in 2015. Initially service was great but over time the quality of technicians has deteriorated as has the service department in general to the point that a new manager was installed. Not only has the service not improved but, in my opinion, has degraded further. After 21 years of Jeep ownership this will be my last thanks mostly to Diehl but in no small part to lack of responsibility on the part of Jeep to assist with issues. read more

I went Diehl in Robinson for a recall on my car and since I was there I asked if they could tell me how much it would cost to fix 2 problems with my vehicle. I paid a fee for a diagnostic. I was told they would need my car for 2 days and it would cost well over $1000 to fix. I said no. They called back and asked if they knocked $200 off the labor price and get car done in one day would I do it. I said no and surfed the internet to find information on how to fix the problem with my car. I found a you tube video that told me the part number, where to order, and how to fix. it took me 30 min to fix my car and I spent less than $40 on the part. I recently purchased a vehicle via a Credit Union Car Sale, and could not be more disappointed (to say the very least) with this dealership. From start to finish it took over 6 hours to complete the transaction - I left the dealership after 8p, I originally arrived at the dealership around 2pm, and was at the Credit Union Car Sale speaking to their personnel before that. I was told a great vehicle was back at the dealership (not the Car Sale location) that I should take a look at. The dealership personnel at the Car Sale called their manager (at the dealership) and told him I would be stopping by within the next hour to see this very vehicle, which I did. When I arrived at the dealership no one knew where the vehicle was, and repeatedly told me 'I'm coming into this cold' - in other words no one had any idea of what was going on regarding me, or the vehicle I was interested in looking at. I should have left then. After test driving another vehicle that was 'like' what I came to see I had to wait to see the vehicle I originally came to see for quite some time. At no time did the dealership offer me anything - not water, nothing. The negotiation for the trade value on my vehicle was also a low balling fiesta. Back and forth we went. Truly a classless way to do business especially when I had a copy of the trade values for my vehicle from the credit union printed that very day. I was kind enough to allow them to copy said document before my vehicle was appraised. My vehicle was low mileage, fresh oil change - always changed on time, clean with very flew blemishes. We finally agree upon a trade price - which I still feel was too low. I wish I could insert the standard time lapse video effects we see on television here, because hours went by for no apparent reason. I was given very few updates on where we were in the process. Then, I was told I better go to dinner because it will be a long time before I can sign finance paperwork. They had taken the license plate off my vehicle and did not offer to pay for my meal nor give me a ride to a suitable place to dine. Again, classless operation. There was damage to the 'new' vehicle that was not noted or mentioned to me until moments before signing the paperwork. When I brought this to their attention, the manager was unwilling to take the situation seriously and do a full inspection of the vehicle with me, clipboard in hand, so we both could agree on what needed to be done. He simply, and casually promised to fix things. When I arrived in the finance office the damage that needed addressed was only partially noted on the paperwork. When I told the finance person that the list of agreed upon repairs was incomplete he immediately called the sales manager in to rectify the situation. Moments later the manager what at the door and said, 'Do I need to be here?' Again, disrespect to me and to his organization. I was told to call the next business day to have the repairs to the vehicle performed. Finally, I rolled out of the lot at 8:03p. I called the next business day, and was told to bring the vehicle in for the needed repairs. I visited the service department. No one knew what was going on. I was then escorted to the Body Shop. No one there ever heard of me. I was escorted to the manager and I had had it. Finally, they got the paperwork for the repairs on my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle with, wait for it, a broken windshield. They stated, 'We didn't have time to get it fixed'. Honestly, what else can they do to alienate a customer? This is ridiculous. On top of that, I'm helping with their advertising efforts by driving a vehicle around with large letters that show their website address. Who in the ^%$# wants to do that?!?! My vehicle has been there for 4 days now, this morning marks the fifth day. No updates on the progress or pickup estimate unless I call. Are you serious? I have purchased *many* cars from other dealerships in the past - this dealership is, by far, beyond horrendous. Never again. read more

Cash, MacBook Pro, Kindle Fire, or Giant Eagle Gift Card. There were FOUR pictures of the $50. Giant Eagle gift card. Only the $50. Gift card was pictured. Drove to the Robinson location and after they collected all of my information, I was handed a Giant Eagle Gift card. In the print that is so tiny that you need a magnifying glass, it is disclosed that only ONE $50. Giant Eagle gift cad is available out of 16000! 15,995 $5. Cards! When I called to complain about the deceptive advertising, a smug sounding man who identified himself as Matt Diehl told me that he had not promised a $50. Gift card. I have a 14 grand Cherokee and have always gone to Three Rivers for service and the (many) recalls. Nothing bad about them but Diehl was much more convenient to my house so I gave it a shot for oil change and something wrong with my brakes. They just weren't very responsive and my pedal was making an air sound when pressed (I didn't tell them this on first visit) In at 1030 on a Saturday, home by noon for an oil change and replaced rear pads/rotors. (71k miles on a 14, I know it was needed) Although the brakes were better, they still weren't normal. In honesty, I didn't know the pedal air was abnormal because it'd been doing it for so long. My husband drove my car and told me to take it back in. Called a place more convenient to work and was informed they don't do brakes on newer cars? Three Rivers turned me away because Diehl just worked on it. Called them and she said Saturday techs don't diagnose any brake problem but pads, etc...and she could put me in the next day. (Brakes were coasting at this point) Told me about the loaner vehicles, which are a huge bonus and not offered at Three Rivers. Drop off was smooth, really like the text messages from them and direct access for questions. Was updated by Kevin as promised and a previous fixed brake recall 3 years ago with a "shield " on my brake booster had failed and they replaced the brake booster, all covered, including the rental car!! My only out of pocket that day was gas to refill the vehicle for return. Kevin was great at explaining and very friendly. Will take my car here from now on. Bonus with oil change, their service wall is glass so you can tell when your car is being worked on. read more

2 hrs for an oil change. And then tell me they didn't have time to fix a blown sensor for windshield washer fluid and call back for another appt. And prior to that they couldn't diagnose my TPMS indicator that stayed on. So I went somewhere else ... South Hills. And guess what ... State inspection done, 2 sensors replaced AND they washed my van in under 2hrs. So what gives? I thought Diehl was supposed to be better than the previous owners Mick's .... Guess not. Booked my appt online for safety recall. It worked and was confirmed. Even let them have a few days to order parts. Day of appt get email saying my service was changed to a lube, oil change and no mention of the safety recall. Even the advisor was changed. Showed up 10 mins early to have be told I couldn't have recall done. Apparently you can't schedule anything like that online but I did. I have gone there in the past and have had horrible experiences and stopped. Only go because of the recalls but this is getting annoying. At least the service write was nice and basically told me not to worries and it's not a bad deal because they make mistakes and rarely check what's being scheduled online. So why be worried! Avoid at all costs! Maybe they will try and fit me in before the end of the year. read more

I made an appointment ahead of time to test drive a vehicle and they didn't have it when I arrived. I test drove a similar vehicle, and would've bought it. Unfortunately, I was presented with ripoff prices. I believe that I was being swindled deliberately as a young woman and being perceived as gullible. The sales manager is incredibly condescending and rude. I have never felt so much disdain toward a salesperson. All they care about is making money and making the sale. Today this is 1 star. Tomorrow it could be 5 but that will depend on the dealership stepping up. I took my 2008 Grand Cherokee to this dealership to have a wheel barring replaced. While doing that they stated there was a recall software update they would perform. I drove off the lot and instantly had problems. The service 4wd light came on and the wheels bound up making turning near impossible. When I went back to the dealership they said the recall didnt take so they performed it again. Again I left the dealership and again the Jeep did the same thing. On my 3rd trip back to the dealership they discovered a laundry list of items that are now wrong with the Jeep including the transfer case (which oh by the way the part alone is $1600). The dealership sent me on my way stating there was no connection with the recall and my wheels binding up. After getting shot down from Chrysler directly (because they say I have to deal with the dealership) I spoke with the service manager who told me that YES there is a direct connection between the recall and my wheels binding up. He also stated there are 3 other cases just like mine that he is working on getting Chrysler to pay for. Its been over a month since this began and the only driving Ive done with my Jeep is to the dealership and to the rental car place because I cant use my vehicle. If you have a Grand Cherokee or a Commander around 2008 DO NOT ALLOW THE RECALL UPDATE!! Do some research as there are many many cases of this happening. I'm backed into a corner right now because the repairs are in the thousands and neither Diehl nor Chrysler will step up. I just want my vehicle to run the way it did when I took it in the 1st time. It drove great when I took it in. And today I basically cant even drive it. The behavior that is being displayed is truly disturbing and I would caution anyone against Chrysler vehicles and Dealerships at this time. read more

Took OVER 90 minutes and 7 calls to AAA to finally get Diehl Towing to finally arrive (less than 5 miles from their location!!!) they lied about their status and claimed to have arrived 30 minutes earlier. It then took them OVER 2 hours to tow my car 37 miles!! No apology, empathy or remorse. Shame on Diehl AND AAA for employing such a bad tow company. I have heard nothing but bad ratings for Diehl towing and wonder why AAA uses them (especially for 42 year GOLD MEMBER)!?!? DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!! Terrible service and rude employees!! I bought a vehicle from with in the last month, it was a "as is purchase" no warranty with in a week the radio comes on an off on its own, now last week found out that it needs a front wheel bearing. its funny that when I bought the truck it was just inspected ( you would think they would of caught that), an the rotors are scored an need replaced, I haven't even put on a 1000 miles on it yet. I was in a car accident involving one of Diehl Towing's trucks a few days ago and they could not have been more sketchy in the way they handled the entire situation. I was waiting behind one of their tow trucks at a stop sign when out of nowhere the truck started backing up. I laid on my horn, but the tow truck continued to back up onto the entire hood of my car, all the way up to my windshield. When I got out of the car, the driver of the tow truck admitted that he heard me honking, but it didn't "register" fast enough for him to stop backing up. I tried to give him my driver's license so we could begin exchanging information, but he stopped me and said his company would rather take my car to their dealership and fix it out of pocket so they don't have to report it to insurance. I told him I was not comfortable doing that at all and would just like to exchange information and be on our way. He said he had to wait for his boss to get there to handle that. I understood and waited the 15 minutes it took for his boss to get to the scene. Neither the driver or his boss ever asked me if I was okay at any point. The boss then continued to make the same offer that the driver already had. I told him we had already had that conversation and that's not how we were going to handle this. The boss then refused to hand over any information. I had to call the police to come out at this point. The two police officers that responded explained that even if I agreed to deal with this out of pocket, they were still legally required to exchange insurance information with me. Diehl Towing finally cooperated at this point and we both gave our information to the police officer. My car unexpectedly broke down yesterday and I was in quite a spot. AAA dispatched Diehl, and they arrived in record time (which was fantastic, as it was after 6 pm and still 92 degrees). had truck towed in and after FIVE days they tell us it needs cam sensor/crank sensor/new wiring kit and they can get us 'out the door' for $745!!!!!!!!! this is AFTER they just charged us $1999.99 for u joint one month ago plus the THIRD cad converter that was covered under warranty at the same time the u joint was done. this is over $4000 of repairs in 2 months on a 2005 dodge ram hemi 1500 with UNDER 52000 MILES! needless to say, we had to towed to our own mechanic and he fixed it for &600 less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The dealership was above average but the service department/customer service is lacking. We bought a Jeep Patriot from them and from day one had issues. We would bring the vehicle back repeatedly for the same issues and they never seemed to be able to figure out what was wrong. The final straw was when we took the vehicle in for the check engine light and they told us it related to the fuel system and that they weren't sure what it was but quotes a $600 fee. We asked them not to fix the issue and when we got the vehicle back the vent hose was blocked and we couldn't pump gas. We called them and they told us the vehicle was older (2014) and we should think about buying a new car from them. We took the car to another dealership to find they clamped the vent hose. We called back and they reassured us no work was done to the vehicle and when asked why a clamp was on the vent hose they said the technician was trying to diagnose the problem. Not only are they deceitful and can't find the issues but enter into predatory sales tactics. I would not recommend this dealership or service department to anybody. read more

I wouldn't even give this service dept one star, but it's the lowest I could go. If I can save one person from the hassle of dealing with anyone at this location, it will be worth it! I finally am getting around to writing this, but I spent almost 3 months this summer back & forth here, sometimes with them keeping my van for over 13 days at a time to fix the air conditioning (mind you, it is still not fixed), and them also breaking several other things in my van to boot! They cracked & never put back together correctly the side and back panels in my van. One time I picked it up & the cracked pieces were sitting in my back seat & they tried to tell me they can't believe they didn't notice it. There is now a mechanical issue with my lights flashing on my air/defrost control panel, that another Chrysler dealer told me would be over $1000 to fix. Their service manager is a complete joke (I will leave names out, but they know who they are). He will tell you lies upon lies, that is when he actually returns your calls. Some days (while they had my van there) I would call for him to see where they were at with my van & they would tell me they didn't even know where he was for hours. He would tell me to bring in my van for an appointment & they wouldn't even begin to work on it until 3 days later, he would tell me this was normal & that they don't promise your appt time is when they are going to start working on your vehicle, this didn't even make sense. The service advisors were not helpful either. One appointment, the one guy was eating his pizza while talking to me, telling me they were 45 mins behind because their lunch was late. That is not the customer's problem. And my personal advisor that was handling my case, would always tell me my van would be fixed, yet, as soon I would get into it & start it up, the problems would begin to occur. He was very rude & not customer friendly at all. He would flat out tell me, "I don't know what you expect" and I would say, i expect to have my car fixed without you guys, 1-not fixing the problem (and eventually making it worse), and 2- not breaking other things in my car that were fine until I brought it to you! At some points, they would even tell me we honestly don't know what is causing the problem, but would tell corporate Chrysler they would fix it. I was working with them too because this whole situation was a nightmare. I had to take it here because this is where I bought the car & Chrysler suggested that they "might" help me with the costs if I went there. I could go on & on, but in the end, I guess they won because, like I said my van is still not fixed & it has other problems. I could have continued going there, and yes, it was my choice to leave, but I was seriously afraid of what else they were going to do to my van, 3 months SHOULD be long enough to correct a problem? It was such a complete waste of my time, my van was in better condition when I first took in with the problem than when I left. After sitting in the waiting room plenty of times and listening to other customers complain & seeing some other reviews on here, please to maintain your sanity, do not take your vehicle to serviced at this dealer. It was one of the worst experiences I've had at a mechanic/dealer, aren't they supposed to be "specialized" in fixing their brand of car? My last 3 vehicles were Dodge/Chrysler, but never again will I buy this line a vehicle. Too many issues! read more
