I've stuck with Karly ever since, and am always pleased with our results. The results I see on other clients are top-notch as well. I don't mind paying a bit more than other places when I know I will get the best treatment for my hair. The girls are always learning, and I think Cynthia is even an educator for Chi. I kept having to call for updates, and each time I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. The lack of communication and constant rescheduling was extremely frustrating. When I asked for a refund, they initially didn't want to provide one. Only after I continued to press the issue did they say they would speak with the manager about it. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. I would not recommend this salon based on the lack of communication, repeated delays, and how my concerns were handled.
