Came to these guys with an issue. They quickly figured out what was up with my car and got it taken…read morecare of for me. Recommended quite a few other things I could get done as well. A little on the higher side but definitely helpful and worth it. Easy experience and good customer service.

Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

Had a classic vehicle transaxle benched here, they finished it, I took the transaxle home installed…read moreit and it wanted to pop out of gear. Took the whole vehicle to the shop to see if they could fix the problem, they determined, they wanted me to pull the transaxle back out and bring to them. Not only did I not feel like pulling the transaxle back out, I didn't trust they could fix the problem and I didn't want my vehicle sitting around another 4 months. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund so I could take it to another shop and they didn't refund any of my money. Don't expect any refunds if you aren't satisfied with their service and want to go somewhere else. Epic waste of time and money bringing my transaxle to this shop.

This is the second time I have gone to Liberty Transmission. Great communication, professionalism,…read moreand honesty were consistent during both visits. Their diagnostic approach was logical and uncovered several other legitimate issues. They even saved the replaced parts to show me the damage. Unfortunately, they were not able to identify the cause of the issue that originally brought me in. They were very fair in pricing the work that was completed and were honest when discussing additional options and recognizing the point of diminishing returns for further service. Many shops would have taken this as an opportunity to cash in. Although the original issue was not resolved, I will 100% give them another opportunity based on their candor, honesty, communication, and fairness.

This shop went above and beyond for me, I went to Toyota, had other mechanics look at it too. All…read moreto find nothing wrong with my car, I went in just before closing and was met with understanding and genuine caring people. I was just about to give up on finding a fix for the clutch in my car, but they found the issue in less than 10 minutes and fixed it for me! I was looking for a mechanic that I can trust, and this shop is where it's at. No screwing you with over hours for labor, no bs, just quality service done right. I am extremely thankful for this shop, and as a member of the car community; if you have problems you can't fix. Come to this shop and they will do you right. Thanks again

I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop…read more Our vehicle was left here for diagnostics, and what followed was months of confusion, poor communication, and ultimately an outrageous and unfair "lot fee" of thousands of dollars, yes thousands! The shop claimed the vehicle sat for a certain amount of time, but the dates they used were inconsistent and did not match what actually happened. Even during conversations, staff admitted there were missing notes and unclear records, yet they still attempted to charge storage fees based on those questionable dates. To make matters worse, there were serious internal office issues while our vehicle was there. The front desk employee handling our file quit mid-diagnostic, and a new person took over with little to no understanding of our situation. As a result, paperwork was never sent, invoices were delayed, and we were never clearly notified that the vehicle was ready to be picked up or that storage fees were accumulating. This experience felt unprofessional, disorganized, and unfair. We were willing to pay for diagnostics and remove the vehicle promptly once proper documentation was provided but instead, we were put in a position to pay for their office failures. If you value transparency, accurate record-keeping, and clear communication, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
