Ted takes the time to explain exactly what's going on at every step, genuinely treats your car like it's his own, and works hard to get you the best deal possible while being completely upfront about costs. This time, I came in for a fender replacement, scratched rims, and a windshield replacement. I only wanted OEM parts. Knowing I was paying out of pocket and valuing that I was a returning customer, Ted significantly cut down on labor costs, repaired my rim for free, and comped the windshield moldings. All in, he saved me about $500 simply because I was a loyal customer. For comparison, another reputable shop in Santa Monica quoted me over $800 more (just for the fender and rim) and told me they have highly competitive pricing. Even if Ted hadn't saved me that $500, his pricing would have been significantly less than that quote. The fact that he then went even further to discount the work for a loyal customer says everything about how he runs his business. My car looks brand new and I'm so happy with the result. This was the second place I towed my car to due to the first place being the shop AAA took me to as their default in the area. However, they didn't even turn the car on during inspection. When I took it to Sam's shop, he turned the car on and showed me that the car wouldn't even drive and made extremely loud noises. The team did a very thorough job and got the car to look back to new. As my car was a new 2025 model, I really wanted this repair to restore the car. Sam, the owner, is a nice and detailed person, making sure to check out all other components of the car to ensure hidden damage from the collision wasn't missed. He answers all questions regarding specifics of damages and parts. He is also very responsive to texts and calls for updates during the repair. Even though the repair took couple weeks, the result made it worth it. If you unfortunately end up in a collision and need repairs of any kind from cosmetic to mechanical to structural, I highly recommend this shop. They will get your car back to looking new.
