I gave them an opportunity to requite, but they stood firm. I was a little disappointed having read the reviews on Yelp and wanting to patronize a neighborhood business. I first came here last year when I scrapped the entire passenger side of my car against a concrete post. I found M's Body shop on google and went straight over -no appointment. First, you should know that I worked at a car lot for about 8 years. I dealt with body shops all the time. When I started researching which shop to take my car to after someone backed into me, I found M's on Yelp. 100+ 5 star reviews is no joke. I came and got an estimate. Nima was quick, knowledgeable and professional. I felt like his estimate was fair. I then got two other estimates. M's was the cheapest. I scheduled the drop off and Nima worked with me to drop it off a bit early. He offered to set up a rental for me--called the company, got me a great rate and gave them all my info. All I needed to do was show up, swipe a card and sign a paper. Nima even dropped me off to get the rental. I dropped it on a Monday and Nima told me it would be ready on Friday. On Thursday, he sent me a picture of the car and it was ready. The quality of work was excellent, and I'm pretty picky. Prep work was excellent, paint laid down smooth and the clearcoat excellent. Nima even arranged for the rental company to come get the car from his shop--a pretty slick concierge style experience. I picked up the car a day earlier than promised, cheaper than the competition and nicely done. It's a solid 5 stars from me. read more

Had a really f'ed up issue back in April-ish, where some crazy Nazi didn't like my political views and attacked my truck while I was inside a Ralph's store doing some grocery shopping. Major vandalism, including the guy kicking and punching my the tailgate and sides of my truck, and climbing up onto the soft tonneau cover on the bed of the truck and jumping up and down until he had destroyed it. Anyway, I had dashcam videos that I posted online, word spread about what had happened, and I had TWO separate unsolicited references to M's Body Shop. Just to clarify, not just 1, but 2 separate people (who I don't think even know each other), said "Go see Nima at M's Body Shop! They do great work! You'll be so happy! Nima is so nice! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!" I'm paraphrasing of course, but you know what.....they were right! - Nima was fantastic and nice and professional and handled everything, taking the paperwork off my plate! - They had my truck repaired in less than a week, an efficient amount of time, considering the extent of the damage. - They did some quality, solid bodywork! - They did a fantastic job matching my somewhat rare Ford factory color of "Sunset Metallic" Set it up with my insurance who was totally fine working with M's even though they were not in my "specific insurance network", and everything went smoothly. I was minding my own business at a red light on Pico, when another driver rear ended my Audi Q5. While the damage wasn't severe, my lease was ending, and I needed the car fixed. M's made the whole process SO easy. Nima even organized a rental car for me, and then he personally drove me to a rental shop where the car was ready and also similarly spacious and luxurious as my car. My car was done exactly when he estimated with no issues. I was offered a couple options for repairs based on how much I wanted to pay, and I chose to get it all fixed like new since everything was covered by the other driver's insurance company. That being said, the price to replace a part was not exorbitant nor dishonest. It was what the insurance company quoted, plus a little more for an extra paint job, which M's got covered. Post repair, there's no sign my Q5 has ever been hit. read more

I went to this place to get an estimate my repair my vehicle. When I stopped in front of the shop, nobody came out to check what I needed. I saw a man on the phone inside an office, so I went to check with him; however, he paid no attention to me at all though I was inside the office with him. Then, I found a worker, so I asked if I could get an estimate to fix my car, but he referred me again to the same guy inside the office. Apparently, I had to wait till he finished his long phone call for him to acknowledge my presence. I waited for over twenty minutes for the man to finish. However, once he finished, I found him getting another person who came after me to invite him to the office. When I told him, "Wait I was here before the other customer" he claimed that the other customer had an appointment. I do not mind this policy, but at least see what I needed, and let me know that you had an appointment if I wanted to wait or not. This place is so rude, and I though if they do not care about my business, how would they care about my vehicle. I NEVER RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE AS THEY LACK THE BASICS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
