My car was not able to be fixed and ended up a total loss but he definitely would have been wonderful to have dealt with. He is accessible, kind and professional while still feeling like someone you have known. When I went to the center, the cars that were there are all higher end cars so many people trust them with their business. The guys in there looked like they were working hard but also helped me as soon as I walked in. It was pouring rain and they tried to make me as comfortable as possible while I was there. Amazing job at repairing major damage to my front bumper/suspension and rear damage from a collision. This was the second place I towed my car to due to the first place being the shop AAA took me to as their default in the area. However, they didn't even turn the car on during inspection. When I took it to Sam's shop, he turned the car on and showed me that the car wouldn't even drive and made extremely loud noises. The team did a very thorough job and got the car to look back to new. As my car was a new 2025 model, I really wanted this repair to restore the car. Sam, the owner, is a nice and detailed person, making sure to check out all other components of the car to ensure hidden damage from the collision wasn't missed. He answers all questions regarding specifics of damages and parts. He is also very responsive to texts and calls for updates during the repair. Even though the repair took couple weeks, the result made it worth it. If you unfortunately end up in a collision and need repairs of any kind from cosmetic to mechanical to structural, I highly recommend this shop. They will get your car back to looking new. read more

Received a good price from owner Sam to replace front bumper for my Tesla Model S. Deal included buffer scratches on rear bumper (see picture of invoice). Front bumper replacement was good but needed small touch up paint and slight alignment. Rear bumper did not appeared any different. Sam explained he buffed as much he could without breaking into paint. Sam was happy to take back car to try to better align front bumper and apply touch up paint. When I picked up car Sam went on a long explanation of why he could not achieve better alignment. I skeptical of both rear bumper and alignment. When I got home I went ahead and unscrewed the bracket and aligned it myself that took only 2 minutes. I also buffered the rear bumper myself without any issues. Sam had his chance to make it right to completely satisfy a customer but I think he took the lazy way out and just gave me BS. Sorry Sam you lost my trust and a future repeat customer. read more

I am writing this review about getting my estimate and dropping off my car. Marco was there when I went to get the estimate and was very kind and actually showed compassion and listened to me about the accident I was involved in and it made me feel heard. Sam the owner also treated me with such respect. As a woman sometimes when I've gone to a mechanic, they have been condescending towards me and I feel that is because of my gender. I also feel Sam went above and beyond to get me home safely because I wasn't renting a car. He called me an Uber and escorted me to the Uber. He also updated me as he told me he would on the following. His follow through indicates that he and the work I am getting done will be reliable. These may seem like small things but I believe it is the care to small and detail things that other companies miss. I will update when I receive my car back. I can say I had one of the best auto repair experiences at Automotive Worx. First of all, I came here because it was the most reasonable price I got after comparing with ten other difference places. But the story only starts here. Since I had limited budget on my repair, Sam was willing to meet me half way and took the time to figure out what repairs are necessary and what could be saved for later. This shows that Sam really cares about his customer's point of view and not just all about making a profit. Knowing that I really care about my car, Sam and Diego kept updating me with the status of my car by calling and texting me photos of my car, and gave me accurate estimate of the timeline, which is what I rarely seen from other car shops. In the end, before retuning my car, Sam found some defects on the attachment of my front bumper. He ordered some parts and fixed it for me without extra cost, and he told me this is quite dangerous and that the car dealership that sold me this car is not very honest. Sam helped me write out a letter listing the defects so I can show it to my car dealership. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Sam.
