Although nearly everything was rectified in the end, what was supposed to be a one day job turned into three, destroyed my gutter, neighbors back lawns, and two neighbors blacktop driveways. When wheelbarrows were washed out from the cement, they were dumped behing my shed so I have cement marks and lumps in the dirt now. My blacktop was chunked out by heavy equipment bought in and was just cemented over, not blacktopped as promised. There is no definition now between my pad and the blacktop. Unless the damages were bought to Mr. DiFelice's attention, I do not believe they would have been fixed voluntarily. There was very little communication. On the first day, part of my pad was drilled and then everyone dissappeared for nearly four hours. That should have been a screaming warning sign of what was to come. I lost time from work and had to spend time helping to rectify my disgruntled neighbors properties.
If this were the last masonry company around I'd sooner let my house fall down or do better trying to do the work myself! read more
