Smoothest refinance we've ever done. Even faster and easier than any of the online loan sites. Seems to have gotten the lowest rates as well. We did shop around, and our existing lender offered a refi but could not match Matt's rate. He takes most of the information needed over the phone to get a rate locked in, then asks for only the documents that are really needed. If there is adequate loan-to-value, skips the appraisal as well (save money and hassle). We did several refis simultaneously, and he got them done with minimum effort on our side.
