She is extremely gifted in reading pups' behaviors and needs, as well as training people to understand their furry friends and support them along their journey. Erica's teaching style helped us practice strategies with feedback to make sure we were using them effectively. She gave us strategies to help our extremely anxious pup build confidence. She not only helped with behavior training, but also identified when training, alone, was not enough for Ren. She connected us with a vet and behaviorist to get Ren the medical treatment she needed for anxiety and GI issues. And when we had questions, she was super responsive and thorough. We've made huge leaps and bounds...we have all become more confident during Ren's transition from a rescue. A few months after training with Erica, Ren is now adjusting to big changes and experiences we weren't sure she could handle. All thanks to Erica helping us be the puppy parents Ren needs us to be. We decided to have our carpets cleaned again before moving in and it was important to us that only non-toxic plant-based cleaners be used in our home. We found Naturally Clean online and called Aaron, the owner on a Monday. To our surprise, he managed to fit us in just 2 days later. Aaron arrived right on time and we were pleased to find that he was both friendly and professional. He efficiently calculated the square footage of our home with a laser measure and his quote almost exactly matched his phone estimate. He carefully let us know what to expect in terms of which stains would come up and which might not. With the 10 year old carpeting we didn't expect miracles. Before he started, Aaron took the time to get to know us and what we did. After 10 minutes of chatting, we felt very comfortable leaving him alone in our house for the next 2 hours. When he was finished, the carpet looked far better than it had. Many of the worst stains had been removed and there was a fresh and naturally clean scent throughout the house. There were none of the chemical odors that can persist after conventional carpet cleaners. We are very pleased that Aaron was able to get our carpet looking and smelling so much better just days after it had been cleaned by another carpet cleaner. Both of our dogs were happy and well taken care of when we picked them up 4 days later. We were somewhat concerned how it would go since this was the first time we had left them with anyone. Very happy to find there were no problems and both of them enjoyed playing with the other dogs. The staff nicknamed our German Shepherd "Goofy" for his silly behavior. We were very pleased with the care they received and will definitely use Sunrover when we need to leave again.

We have adjusted to her anxiety and have worked around her issues. Thinking back to the day we picked her up at Lori's trailer, the dog's parents were also "yippy" and anxious. I have since been contacted by three other people who bought poodles from this breeder. All have had issues with her dogs. Definitely, BUYER BEWARE!

I flew all the way to Oregon from Florida to get one of Lori's Miniature Poodles and I'm so happy I…read moredid. Lori spent a lot of time with me on the phone, showing me videos of him and even taped his temperament test. Something a lot of breeders don't do. She also promised me second pick, as I was the second to make a deposit and she keeps her word. He is a perfect puppy : smart, outgoing but not too much, unafraid of any of the agility equipment and is already doing sequences in agility at 7mos. He gets along well with my other two big miniature poodles which is tricky, since they are very competitive. He is a bit smaller than my other two which I wanted. He is in perfect health and has all his parts (which btw don't fully descend till they are 6 o 7 mos old)

I'm so glad they didn't have any reservations available for us, because we were then able to find Playful Paws in Bend. They gave us more time for the same amount of money. These cats are all well taken care of and friendly. We visited during a lazy time of the day. The playroom was big and cozy. Be aware that you need socks to visit the cats, but she sells them for a reasonable price of $2. She also sells gift items which was perfect because I had three little cat loving nieces to shop for. She was friendly and it didn't feel awkward at all. My daughter was easily able to make our reservation online. There were two other guests playing with cats with us. Later that night we ran into them at the concert we were in town for. We were at the merch table and they were like, "YOU PET CATS TOO!" Lol so that was a super fun interaction. Oh and you get to choose a drink for your cat time. Love this place. Wish I could adopt all the cats but we already have four.

This is on a beautiful property where she/the staff walks your dogs and plays with them. She accepts all breeds even bullies. When we take our dogs she puts them all in one big kennel so they can play with each other and don't get lonely. My family has been taking their dogs their for as long as I can remember I'm the third generation to board their animals their. These are people that remember you and your animals for life. There's no place we trust more! Our dogs require some special care and they are just great. Our dogs actually get excited to go there and start whining as soon as they recognize where they are going.
