My tween daughter and I serendipitously ended up here for dinner on Friday night. I'd heard of it but am rarely in the Ardmore area at mealtimes, so didn't give it much thought as an option. When we happened to park in front of it while looking for a quick meal, I suggested we try something new. We are both happy we did! The restaurant was bright and chill, with a kind of urban-hipster vibe. The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing -- so fresh and delicious! I got a Custom Dig Protein Bowl with Crispy Tofu, Herbed Rice, Cheesy Cauliflower, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes w/Hot Honey Sauce. My daughter got a kids' custom bowl with salmon, brown rice, and carrots, and couldn't stop raving about how good it was (especially the salmon). There are beverages available for purchase, as well as complimentary water, which we appreciated. The only reason I can't bring myself to give 5 stars is because our table was a little sticky and the silverware was not clean. It seemed clean enough otherwise, though; so I would probably give 4.5 stars if I could. I'd welcome the opportunity to dine here again, for sure!

New TooGoodToGo and they were training employees when I was supposed to pick up the bowls. Bowls already prepared. Great experience and I can't believe that I am the first review! Seating area available. Replaced Hip City Veg. I wonder if this was the one that had the social media frenzy on the worker payment issues or if it was an easier 'target' because it is in the suburbs. One day after I got the TooGoodToGo, they raised their platters $3 at both of their locations. Still a deal but feels like such a big increase from a consumer perspective.

I order a customized pick 4 vegetarian bowl. I ordered the cheesy cauliflower, kale salad, and 2 portions of carrots. Everything was amazing!!!!! The service was great too. Everyone was very friendly.

The menu options are well labeled and it's easy to find the vegan options (all sauces are vegan by default)

We have been to the new Dig Inn twice now. It's really excellent! We tried the crispy tofu sandwich which comes with pickles, special sauce and lettuce on a bun - so good! We also tried and loved the "build your own veg bowl" with crispy tofu and three sides. For sides, we have tried broccoli, sweet potatoes, cucumbers and tomatoes, and the seasonal crispy lime chili brussel sprouts. Everything we've had was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. All of their sauces are vegan and the menu is overall VERY vegan friendly and well labeled. We will definitely return. I was sad that Hip City Veg closed at this location in Suburban Square. However, this new restaurant has a ton of well labeled vegan options and so many perfectly cooked vegetables. Every single sauce on the menu is also vegan by default. We can definitely recommend this as a new favorite in Suburban Square!

I did not what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The sweet potato brownie was better than other brownies I've had. I have already told my 19 yr old daughter about their Brussel sprouts and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food on a budget.

Great location, especially if you wanna grab some good home cooked style meal after a day of shopping in the square. Cute outdoor seating area and nice spot to hang out and catch up with friends. Quality food for a great price. Bring your kids on Monday for a free kids meal.

Run! Do not walk! Friendly inviting customer service. The menu is seasonal and changeges which keeps things seasonally fresh, fun, and exciting! I dined in for my first time visit at the Ardmore PA location. The prices were extremely reasonable for the portion sizes, freshness, and most importantly taste!! The kitchen is an open concept so you can see how clean, organized, and professional the staff are as they prepare the food. The food! Yummy. Roasted herb chicken with a cider onion jam, with mashed potatoes & gravy and a side of chilli brussel sprouts! First, I want to purchase the cider onion jam! Delicious. The mashed potatoes taste grandma is in the kitchen cooking. The brussels good! Best part for me, the food was served in ceramic bowls with real utensils! Dessert- a sweet potato chocolate brownie that's flourless! I repeat, run don't walk good! Drink a ginger mint lemonade (carbonated) was tasty! Great perk kids eat free on Mondays!

Stopped in for lunch on NYE. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of healthy options. Dishes are highly customizable. Amount of food is quite substantial and reasonably priced. Table and counter seating available. Great soundtrack playing above. Highly recommended.

What a delicious family meal that is healthy and affordable. Cheaper than pizza with way better leftovers.

Great little neighborhood pub that is probably overlooked by their flashier competitors up on…read moreLancaster Avenue. I've never been disappointed with my food here, and you like pub fare you're sure to find something on the menu that will hit the spot. The brisket grilled cheese was phenomenal (though more meat than cheese) and their roast pork rivals anything you'll find in the city. They have a wide variety of options on tap too. Worth checking out.

I've been to McCloskeys a few times recently, and while I've heard great things about them...I've…read moreyet to experience it. I ordered the roast beef sandwich with fries...my friend ordered muscles and the ham sandwich special. The muscles arrived cold. Not warm, not tepid...just cold. They were sent back for a trip in the microwave which is a place that shellfish should never journey too...if you want them to remain tender. When I ordered, I asked about a few items and was assured that "people love the roast beef". Now I've had "French Dip" style roast beef before at other restaurants, and when done right...it's a memorable experience. Crusty toasted torpedo style roll brimming with thinly sliced hot beef...provolone cheese melted over the top and down the sides...served with a side of au jus dipping sauce, that you would want to slurp down a soup bowl full. But this...was not that! The sandwich arrived on a hamburger style bun...the meat was piled "adequately" in the center but sloped off considerably as it headed for the edge of the bun. There was no need to worry about meat falling out as I took a bite...as none of it protruded past the buns edge. The cheese was there...a single uninspired round slice covered the cold and somewhat soggy bottom of the bun... and wasn't melted...at all! I suspect that the kitchen assumed that the meat would melt the cheese...but the meat would have to be hot for that to happen. In this sandwich...the closer you got to the middle of the "meat mound"...the colder it got. And little did I know when asked if I wanted provolone on the sandwich...that it would be an additional charge. Now for my fries. They weren't hot...they weren't even warm...they were "ice cold"! I sent them back light heartedly joking that there must be a door open in the kitchen (it was a cold evening) and the server returned shortly with hot fresh ones...minus the pickles that were on my plate. This goes to show that fries can reach the table...hot. The hot ham and cheese sandwich "special", served on a pretzel bun, wasn't hot...and wasn't special. I saw no melted cheese...only thin dry slices of ham, stiff as roofing shingles, protruded from the roll. There was no mustard...no sauce...no "something special" to make the "special", special... just stiff little sad ham planks...wondering where they went wrong On both recent visits...the service has been "spotty". (I know that cell service in the pub isn't spotty, because on my first visit...both servers had their heads buried in their phones). It doesn't seem like there's a real system in place for insuring that the customers receive "attentive" service. To their credit...they did remove the muscles from the check without us asking...but I never got a feeling that the next party to walk through the door...would have a better experience. When you find a good local pub with great food...it's like going to eat at grandmas house. You know that you'll always leave feeling warm, wanted, and fed really well. And you'll be excited by the thought of a return visit. I'm still looking.

This was probably the best breakfast/brunch I've had in a very long time. The service was immaculate. They do not do reservations but if you go early enough, you can get a seat. My wife and I shared the full stack pancakes, and I had the breakfast burrito while she had the chicken waffles (plenty of leftovers). The star of the show were the pancakes. Now I've had a ton of pancakes in my day and make pancakes every single weekend but these were the best pancakes that I've ever had (on the record). I will be going back to this location every time I come back to Pennsylvania.

We went on a Monday around 12pm. It was busy, but we were seated right away. Our waiter (Zacharius) was very nice. He helped my daughter decided between sweet and savory. She decided on Chicken and Biscuits (savory). Little did we know, it was a new item on their menu. It took a little longer to prepare. She didn't mind the wait if it was going to be good. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as anticipated. She said it tasted ok but the chicken was overcooked and the gravy was too thick. She let them know, and they seemed glad for the advice. The waiter said he would let the chef know so he could improve it. I decided on the Brioche French toast w/ strawberries. A side of scrapple and coffee. The French toast just tasted like toasted brioche bread (unfortunately). The syrup did the heavy lifting along with the strawberries to make it good. My advice would be to dip it in the batter (if there was any) longer to give it more flavor. I will not get that again! The coffee was pretty good. I also ordered a side of scrapple. Not telling my age......but I've been around for a while! Never in my life have I ever seen scrapple stand up (see photo). It was hard! Crispy like a potato chip! I was surprised that they had the nerve to serve it to me! I did break a piece off, because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Then I sent it back! I rarely send food back, but this was unexceptable. I must say they soon came back with some properly cooked scrapple. It tasted fine! Lastly, they have metal chairs. The chairs are very uncomfortable. Not sure if this is so you don't stay too long or not, but if that's the strategy....it works! I really don't like to give bad reviews. I try my best to find the positive if I can. Unfortunately this wasn't a very good first vist to Sabrina's for me, but they're staff was very nice and pleasant. The atmosphere and decor (except the hard chairs) was nice as well! That's why they get 2 stars. I will try another location sometime in the future and definitely order something else.
