Im going to start off by simply listing all of the things that brought me here to leave a 1 star review. DISCLAIMER: (the ONLY kind girl working for him was the fair skinned Cuban girl with ginger red hair and freckles, none of this applies to her) DISCLAIMER 2: keep in mind I am only 25 years old and 5'5 and 124 lbs, I am very healthy and active, I did a skinny bbl and breast lift with augmentation solely because I wanted my hip dips filled in and my breast to be a little higher * no proper 1 to 1 contact with surgeon * entire consultation done over text and RUSHED like cattle * no prior information given to me about details of my surgery * the front desk girls and RUDE AND will speak of you poorly in French assuming you do not know the language :) "She is very needy she just needs to sign the papers already" "She has to pee she doesn't know how to wait" * no 1 to 1 consultation with surgeon, one of the rude nurses did my entire consultation which was EXTREMELY alarming. * when I voiced my concerns I was spoken to condescendingly and was pretty much ignored * did not prepare any type of handbook, or pre op essentials guide for me ----NOW FOR PRE- SURGICAL EXPERIENCE---- * my only 1 to 1 contact with the surgeon was for a few minutes while he was marking my body. * the pre op waiting room is a tiny room with 2 grandpa style rocking chair couches that they have you sitting on buttnaked * me asking to use the bathroom before surgery annoyed them ----POST OP EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS---- * upon waking up from surgery, pain was 10/10 * I told the nurse about my pain level and she literally said "are you on your period? It's probably that" ‼‼‼‼‼ * I voiced my pain concerns and was literally ignored * 45 minutes out of surgery, I was shoved out in a wheelchair already. * I received no compassion whatsoever * immediately out of surgery, I was placed into an XS stage 2 faja. It was unbearablely tight. So much so that the nurses, and massage ladies (from different companies) around 10 different people all asked me why am I in this faja, and that it is way too tight, all confused about what my surgeon put me in * because the faja was so tight, I became purple almost black in the area under my breasts because the left over fat was BULGING out so bad that it bruised. * since day 1, my right breast has been VERY hard and VERY swollen. Extremely painful * I have called and texted the office around 20 times and nobody will get back to me. I am being FULLY and INTENTIONALLY ignored. * DID NOT RECEIVE A "DEVICE IDENTIFICATION CARD" which we are all supposed to receive for our implants. It is literally an ID card for your implants for you to keep and have. DID NOT RECEIVE even after asking for it * And now for the grand finale * STAPLES. THEY USED STAPLES. I got a breast lift and augmentation with the Lollipop Anchor technique (which I was not told I would be getting) And they used staples to close me down. * I have two random staples on my ribcage that 10 people have told me they have no idea why I would have these random staples in my body and what purpose they serve. * THIS INFO WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME. NOBODY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE USONG DISOLVABLE SUTURES OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN THIS SURGEON OR COMPANY * the skin around the sutures is folded, and creased. It all looks extremely unpleasant. * I have a seroma that to this day nobody has addressed * still have not heard back from anyone * I have texted and called for weeks with no response * i have messages on instagram as well * I have commented on instagram posts asking for them to get back to me, to no avail. I was absolutely forced to leave this review. I am so beyond disappointed and heartbroken about this entire experience. I tried extremely hard to have this situation rectified but again to no avail. I ultimately regret having chosen 305 Plastic Surgery and the office of Dr.DiGeronimo entirely. The first time I knew of Dr. DiGeronimo was in 2002 when I went to work for a company that was located in the same building. I would see the patients leave out the entrance on the 2nd floor parking garage to their cars bandages on their heads from their plastic surgery. Who would have guessed 18 years later I would be one of those patients. As my last review described I came here for a Groupon for Botox years ago. While there he noticed other growths on my face that he successfully removed. I say successful as one included a growth on my nose that I have been having removed for the past 30 years so he got to the root no visible mark on my face. He truly has the gift of looking at you and telling you what is needed. Last year while getting Botox I said Dr. when will I need my face lift? He said no just upper and lower eye lift. Unfortunately with no vacation time left I plan for 2020. Who would have known Covid would hit. But actually Covid is the hero in this story. I go in June for a consultation for the eyes but he said you need the face and neck too. Listen he wasn't telling me something I didn't already know. So sit with his lovely wife who goes over the prices and options in anathesia. At this point fear set in and I said I would get back to her. The next week at my colonoscopy I asked the anatheiologist his opinion. He said Twilight Sleep. Hey I woke up from that procedure fine so I figured I had my answer. So I scheduled and chose Twilight Sleep. Dr's wife said same price listen no argument from me it's my face and the surgery is three hours long. I go the day before for a blood work up. The day of surgery hubby brings me I come in my pj's all ready for surgery. Spoke to my anatheiologist prior made me feel better after meeting her. In surgery they start with the eyes lower and upper. After the drugs killed my sensitive tummy as it did 30 years ago when I had my nose done. So puking was a given thankful for the nurse who stayed with me all night at the facility. Hubby came and visited but I was a bit of a mess zero pain but the nausea and me having to pee all night with the IV still attached to me. Alejandro the nurse was a saint. Sorry he got zero sleep. Got me cold compresses for my eyes and ginger ale with ice and a straw. Hubby had soup for me but couldn't do it. Alejandro told me of one women with a tummy tuck ate immediately as soon as she woke. Hey I rather be nauseous. The next morning the Dr. changed bandages before I went home. Also they give you a hospital bracelet with his cell number if you have to call him day or night. Thankfully that didn't occur nor did I take the sleeping pills and pain killers prescribed only the antibiotics so I didn't have infections. Four days later I get the stitches out from my eyes a week later the stitches out of my head. This is where Covid comes in he always said you need two weeks which he is right. However who has the time! Thankfully I am working from home so between that and face masks the secret is safe with me. I have known Dr. Digeronimo (Dr. D) for over 20+ years and during that time he had a good reputation, as far as I knew, as a plastic surgeon. Back then, there was no Yelp and other sites for reviews. But outside the fancy office lies the truth about the INHUMANE way they treated me following a disfiguring surgery on my chin! Not only is it a disgusting way to treat a patient, but I am a United States Air Force veteran and his lack of compassion for me as a human being who he took an oath to "do no harm" along with his staff surgery booker, Lillian, who works for him is dehumanizing! I didn't come back from service to this country disfigured, but I did from surgery at his office! If I would have known that after 2 botched surgeries he would desert me and treat me like a homeless dog off the streets for surgery I paid for, I would never have gone back to him after a problematic rhinoplasty with him over a decade ago, which resulted in him accidentally suturing hair inside my nose that grew into scar tissues inside my nose obstructing my breathing for many years! At that time I saw that as a mistake anyone could have made and spent years driving over 5 hours from my home to S. Florida to him for other treatments. About a year and a half ago I had chin lipo with him and it did not heal well. I was left with a sagging chin that was WORSE than when I initially consulted with him prior to the surgery. I was not given the proper post surgery garment after the first surgery which led to the problems. He did a 2nd surgery that extended the original scar and left me with 'dog ears' and a terrible scar under my chin as well as parts of it still drooping. As a plastic surgeon for as long as he has been in doing surgery, he should have known this would happen. I have spent the better part of a year and a half reaching out to him via text messages AND though his surgical booking employee, Lillian, whom I have also known as long as I have known Dr. DiGeronimo. All Lillian cares about is money! She never returns phone calls! She lies and lies and when I do manage to get her on the phone, she isn't concerned in the least about my problem. She tells me about her medical issues and her life. There is a total and obvious disdain for me and my issues that were created there! And as a black woman, its like I am relegated to accept whatever results I got where I know the monied clientele he gets would have been treated differently! I have been asking for my rhinoplasty surgery records for another local surgeon where I live, and a refund for my chin surgery which she has repeatedly said she was speaking with the Dr. D about. During our last conversation well over a month ago because she still doesn't return phone calls and she stated that it would take Dr. DiGeronimo to do a lift of some sort of the entire chin area back to my ears for this to be fixed. Then she asked me if she could get Dr. D to do it, would I come there for the surgery. I told her no because of the cost of getting there now in this economy, and not being able to have immediate access to him for post surgery care and citing the past issues I have had. Since that day I have NOT heard back from her. She has purposefully avoided all my calls and voicemails. She is a selfish person who only cares about bringing in money for Dr. D and NOT for me as a patient and a HUMAN BEING with a issue due to surgery performed there. Dr. D. and Lillian know I suffer from PTSD and that this is causing me immense anxiety and depression, but none of that matters more than money and avoiding me in hopes that I will just go away. I guarantee you that had I accepted her alternative surgery with Dr. D solution, and she saw a chance to charge me more money again for the surgery and anesthesia, she would, like she has in the past over the years, be calling me non stop to secure the payment. It is my desire to never see someone else suffer like I have been for the past several years because of bad surgery, poor post surgery care and follow-up, and then a slap in the face to a patient by turning their back on you in your most vulnerable time when you need the most care! A good surgeon would own up the problems ensued following surgery with him! You cant hide your face from everyone, even in this time of many people wearing masks. When you take off the mask, the reality of what happened after surgery with Dr. D is right there staring at you in the mirror. I don't know what happened to the kind and caring man I knew before the chin surgery, but I am sure that his assistant Lillian was key part of this entire situation. She couldn't bear an imperfection in the surgeries she has had with Dr. D, but wants me go live with the obvious defects from mine! Bottom line is if his office doesn't care about me as a Veteran who fought for this country, they wont care about you! read more

I just called the office to let them know that my botox never took effect. Just like the patient under me, the doctor did not even read my file. I made it clear I wanted the treatment on my glabella (between my eyebrows) and he injected the product all over the forehead and crows feet. I do not need those areas in the first place. The receptionist told me I was the first one in 1 1/5 years complaining about this, I guess she is right about the time frame according to that previous review. Safe your $ and go somewhere else. I'm a small/medium build and teach aerobics. I went to Dr DiGeronimo for lipo of my stubborn love handles. That's it! Worst results I've ever seen. He widen my hips. Right side up high and much bigger than the left. My right buttocks is now way bigger than my right. My panties, jeans and dresses all look weird on me now. My stomach is unevenly suctioned. I have fat pouches in weird places. My right hip is also square. They transfer your fat to other places. I don't think they have a bio disposal process. Do NOT go to this facility. They ghosted me once I sent in pictures and emails of my results after 4 months. No one has responded to my numerous emails. Made Botox for forehead with this doctor , worst experience ever! Eyebrows and eyelids went down, totally destroyed my face! He was trying to make a shot next to my eyes when I never asked for it! This review is for what I view as the capability of Dr. DiGeronimo. I purchased a Groupon for Botox. I wanted to try this office as I had been considering some surgical intervention (blepharoplasty). Here's the scoop with this place. I did not have to wait long at all for either my appointment of for the doctor to see my after I arrived. I also found the doctor and staff to be extremely nice. The concern however is that the doctor had zero memory and I would be scared as heck to use him for anything. While in the room (with doctor and nurse), the doctor administered Botox. The doctor then starts making some small talk and about a minute later says okay we'll do the Botox now. The nurse had to tap him on the shoulder and let him know that he had just administered it! Now that is scary! The nice (but forgetful) man then walked my around his roman inspired office as he was quite proud of the place. He had asked where I was from when he gave me the botox, and asked me again while walking around. All pretty scary for a plastic surgeon! I went ahead and got a quote for the work I was considering and his price was exactly half the quote from two other reputable doctors. There is no way I would let this nice forgetful man do a procedure on me even for free. read more

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for 4pm for Botox and was called 30 minutes before my appointment (as I'm bolting out of work to make it on time) for them to tell me they have to reschedule. I attempt to make another 4pm appt and the receptionist proceeds to tell me "we don't do 4:00pm appointments". Then why book me at 4 the first time??! I work full time and that's the only time I can come but they would not accommodate and don't do weekend appointments. Very poor customer service. read more

I have visited a few cosmetic surgeons over the years, however, I never was able to find one that I really liked. It felt that they were just concerned with making money and not about my safety. I decided to schedule a consolation (free by the way) with Dr.D. as advised by a friend which I am soooo grateful to her for. Dr. D is a extremely nice man who provided me with ample advice regarding a breast lift procedure that I was interested in. He wasn't pushy at all, but was concerned with me getting what I needed in a safe and efficient manner. While I was there, I decided to get some Botox injections as well, and I was quite impressed with the results. I look forward to my follow appointment regarding my Breast lift and future procedures. Do not select this. Plastic Surgeon - DiGeronimo MD as to perform your surgery! After careful search and recommendations I decided to choose this Animal, Plastic Surgeon - DiGeronimo MD as the "professional," to perform the surgery. All was well until the so call professional received payment. Mind me I did not take a loan or required any credit for the surgery. Payment was completed as required. I in returned expected an adequate procedure, recovery and follow up. To my surprise after the surgery I was placed in practically a closet. With left over furniture, cabinets not Television etc. I will gladly furnish anyone with the pictures. After about 5 hours I ask for a relative to pick me up because I had not eaten since dinner the previous night and I was not even offered a cup of water. The conditions of the room were deplorable. Therefore went home. The Dr. Did not even call once to follow up for about a week. I returned for the stitches to be removed and obviously in great pain and several blood clots around my neck. They wanted to remove the stitches cold turkey. Wailing in pain the Animal treated me so poorly. Practically yelled at me because he could not comprehend the pain I was in. He later turned around and began to prepare an injection of which to this day I do not know of what. I asked the nurse and the animal what was he preparing and he in turn yelled at me to turn around and lie the other side. As if that was not enough our dialogue was always in Spanish. He never thought I spoke English. I could not believe what I heard next, he turn over to the nurse and tells her, "I HATE THESE TYPE PATIENTS." As you can see I would have never expected such unethical behavior to what I assumed was a professional. What exactly do you call this lack of professionalism, discrimination or elderly abuse. This is not my first surgery but this is surely the first unprofessional treatment I have ever encountered. I would have never thought it would happen in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
