Had my exam yesterday and appreciate the facility from the front office staff at DDS that work together to greet you n offer you a seat until staff calls you up, both so kind. Then the nurses were compassionate and made me feel important to them about my well being. The anesthesiologist is the best in the business nothing like a good nap and wake up to another kind nurse, compassionate and made me feel safe and cared for and made the whole experience as painless as possible from the IV insert nurse to the aftercare removal nurse. Just to be clear, Dr. Zimmerman was fantastic. The nurses are awesome. I greatly appreciate their care and professionalism. But the office staff is just grossly unprofessional and downright rude and hostile at times. It really is unbelievable that they can conduct themselves in such a manner. I called a week after my procedure to get test results. I am naturally very curious and anxious to get my results, as anyone would. The first time I called I was chastised and told that the doctor was very, very busy and that they would call me when they could. A really short and rude way to convey the message, but I bit my tongue and waited. I waited all day. I didn't call anyone. I patiently waited. At 4:34 pm the next day, I missed a call by 1 minute and was left a voicemail saying they had my results. I called back literally 2 minutes after missing that phone call and was told I had to wait until 8 am the next day to speak to anyone. I asked if the nurses had literally left the building in the previous 4 minutes to which they told me "Yes they have. So sorry. You're just going to have to wait." Wow. Just Wow. Why the hostility for someone who just wants to get their test results?? I didn't call your office 20 times. I simply called twice in the past 2 days and was treated like an annoying pest. I will post this review after I get my results and then after that I will never, ever come here again. Grossly unprofessional, rude and incompetent office staff. 1 star. ....and only because I cannot give zero stars. Edit: I called at 8 am and was told no one was in the office and that I would have to wait yet again. This is unbelievable. I will never ever step foot in this place again. All of this just to get results that I STILL haven't gotten yet! Edit: I finally got my results. Thank you. It took a lot more than it should have but I am glad to finally have my results. read more

It is difficult to get a return phone call and have had multiple incidences of orders for tests and referrals not being sent. Twice I have had to go to the office and get the orders/referrals and take care of it myself. Dr Haikal is so great and listens and answers all your questions. My procedure was quick and they were so informative and followed up with me even after. I feel like this office cares about its patients and it's a breath of fresh air. It was pretty easy and quick to schedule an appointment. The staff is also great. I've had no issues with the check-in gal and she is so friendly, just BUSY. She has all the customers and phone lines to assist with. I have recently gotten a diagnosis that was unexpected and very scary. I couldn't get through to the office to schedule for weeks. When I finally got in the doctor acted like I was overreacting and barely listened to my issues. I was told to just take Imodium for my daily gastrointestinal issues and pain i am experiencing and that I needed to take a medication starting right away. I was promised the MA would give me a call to set up the prior auth needed for the meds. It has been 2 weeks. I have never gotten a call from the MA. I have had to call daily and was told by the front desk "don't give up on us"? What does that even mean? This is a doctors office. I personally work in a doctors office and prior auths and I know I am being lied to daily. They just haven't submitted anything. There is no communication from front desk staff. I wish I could go somewhere else but my insurance will not pay for second opinion so I am stuff with this awful office. I'll be lucky if I get this medication before I am hospitalized Update: Finally got a call from Ana the MA today. She acted like it was my fault and told me she only just heard about this last week. I told her that I spoke to her in person at my appointment on may 17th and that SHE TOLD ME she was working on my prior auth. I brought this to her attention and she acted like i was an idiot. She gave me info and told me to get a TB and hung up on me before I could ask her another question. I have never been treated so poorly by an office before. I received a referral from my PCP to come here. They had me scheduled months out for an appointment. I arrived early to the appointment where there was no one at the front desk and the counter was open with computer, patient files etc. (Major HIPPA violation) When I signed in, someone had just signed in for the dr a few minutes before me to see the same dr. After waiting about 20 minutes I called to see if I could get someone to answer the phone. They put me on hold for 10 minutes, so I called back. The woman said there was no one at that clinic and to come to the location next door. Next door, I waited for 15 minutes and they finally called my name saying that I cancelled my appointment online. I explained I didn't book online but over the phone and didn't even have their website to cancel. They said there were no available appointments. I explained how I had to change my schedule around at work to come to this appointment and had been waiting for months. The lady at the front desk kept repeating that I cancelled. I just finished seeing Dr Zimmerman and he said that we were going to receive paperwork on the way out so I can hand deliver it to my mother in laws primary doctor. As I walked out the employee said ok i will take that paperwork. I said ok but dr Zimmerman said you were going to give me paperwork. She said no and I said yes he did. First off why second guess patient care giver? thats what he said to me. My mother in law who was 82 said yes dr Zimmerman said that. she was nasty and said wait in the waiting room all irritated. We waited then she came out with the paperwork and I had my handout to get the paper and she bypassed my hand and handed it over to my mother in law.. my mother in law called her a bitch. Then I called get a bitch too.I will never go back to that place again. I cant believe such unprofessionalism is such a disgrace. Shame on them. These ppl should be fired. read more

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! EVER!!! I am in chronic pain from a digestive issue and was referred to this horrible office by my primary care physician. I have Blue Cross, costly health insurance that is active and paid for. The morons at the front desk said I didn't have insurance and were the most rude, incompetent IDIOTS I have EVER dealt with. After arguing with them, I went to my car and called Anthem. The rep called these morons to tell them of course I had insurance and it turns out the morons put my information in wrong. I had asked Kathy in this office to just CALL ANTHEM and she refused. They treated me like a cockroach, lying about having insurance. I called my primary care doctor and got a referral to another doctor. These people are vile, never mind the fact that they had already canceled my original appointment with them. This is the second time I was referred to this business. The initial call with the staff is utterly ridiculous. They tell you in the most rude tone that if you have had consultations or procedures with another Dr. prior to setting an appointment you must get the transcripts or a copy of it to them before you can make an appointment. After you get the info you have to give it to them so the Dr. can review it before you can make an appointment. They don't tell you that you can fax it unless you ask. After I got the info and faxed it to them, there was no follow-up until I called to ask if they'd gotten it. She reluctantly looked and saw it was there. Later, the staff called and asked why did I leave that Dr. In my case my insurance changed. After days of waiting I called to ask the status but the person on the phone would use one sentence replies as if she was upset that you're asking for more information to get an understanding of exactly what the hold up is and how much longer to get an appointment...SHEESE! She says she doesn't know how much longer it will be...this woman never asked my name and says the Dr. Hadn't given her anyone approved by him to be seen. Now, it's been weeks after the referral. I still haven't seen the Dr. SMH! This place (which has 3 separate locations) is a perfect example of a Dr. who is feed patients and doesn't have to work for them. He doesn't care if you come or not because there's always going to be patients being referred to him. The staff represents the attitude of the Dr's. Neither cares for you or their jobs. Now, I have to get another referral from my GP in order to see another Dr. My time was waisted for a month. read more

Dr. Iraninezhad is great. But his business staff is incompetent and engaging in fraudulent business practices. First, they are collecting money before any services are rendered, even though they are told that the health insurance will pay the entire bill. Then when the insurance pays the entire bill, his business staff does not try to return the money they collected from the patient unless the patient tries to get it back. And then, they will not issue a credit to your credit card, even though they put the charge on your card, they will "apply" for a check to be sent in 8 to 12 weeks, thus holding your money for approximately 5 months. This is purposeful and willful fraud. I had to make a trip to their office to show them how much they charged on my card because they were too incompetent to see that they combined bills into 1 charge. Second, the staff could not see that my former Doctor had answered their request for test results several times, when all they had to do was read the info that was sent. I had to point this out to them while waiting for the results. I have no patience for incompetent medical staff because they are found too frequently in too many medical offices. The doctors are usually very good, but then turn around and hire people that screw everything up including record keeping and the billing. There's more to a doctor's practice than just his abilities. He has to have competent staff. read more

Very rude staff, saying "we dont want your business anyway" i have insurance and to say that to any patient/customer just shows you what they think of their average patient! horrible appointment keeping. was first time patient, had 10:30 appointment, at 10:50 I was told, he is running behind and he still had 2 patients ahead of me.... When people stop accepting this behavior of doctors continuously running behind and if you dare question them you get some rude response, then maybe they stop scheduling too many patients . when it hurts in the wallet maybe they start to be more on time or at least call when they are running late. I was called from the staff to bring money, for that they had time, but not to let me know to show up later due to unforeseen delays. But if you dare to miss an appointment then they charge you a fee... who will pay me for my wasted time?? read more
