However, due to weather conditions she couldn't come to my home as planned which was totally understandable. She gave me the option to reschedule or come to her shop. I chose to reschedule and confirmed the date and time for Tuesday, January 27th at 1 pm. The groomer didn't show up, and unfortunately, I didn't receive any notification or heads-up about the change. I waited for a bit and then tried to get in touch with her but I couldn't reach anyone; which was actually disappointing because I was looking forward to my fur baby's appointment.

By 2 PM I had several missed calls from the owner and the last message sent a deathly chill in me: "You'll be charged $18 for overnight boarding and if you don't come after 24 hours, we will be dropping your pet off at the shelter." Then she even proceeded to give me the number of the shelter. This owner is unhinged. The son seems more reasonable because I called in a panic telling him I was going to be there in a few minutes and he said to relax that they were going to be open until close. There was no reason to leave me that nasty voicemail. This is a pet I have had for 14 years that she was insinuating I would lose just because I took a nap. The place smells so bad take nose plugs before you walk in if you're silly enough to even walk in in the first place. Of all the groomers in the area don't use this one unless every other groomer has burned to the ground. Treats were all expired. This is an insult to someone like me who views pets worthy of basic decency. Why even leave them out? Owners have got screws loose that's why. Seem to way too okay with abject filth. My pet hardly smelled fresh and clean. More like B.O.

When I sent the Pictures of her face and then video of here struggling to keep her eyes open after speaking with the Manager all I got was excuse after excuse of well for her mouth sores it could be skin irritation from Metal food bowl, WTF. Than it was it could be here teeth tubbing against he lower mouth, again WTF. My dog is 8 yrs old and never ever had this happen and those iritations were not there when I dropped her off. As for her being lethargic again it was just a excuse because it was well my dog acts this way and that way. My dog thank god is ok today but I will never ever step foot in this facility ever again and if you love your dogs and I am sure you do please seek an alternate boarding facility.
