They had been sprayed by a skunk the week before but we had bathed them multiple times and only two smelled when we brought them in. The groomer literally shaved them so bare that their skin in showing. They removed their beards and their eyebrows. Our animals are not even recognizable anymore. The pink of their flesh shows all over their bodies. They also gouged one of our dog's ears so significantly that I fear it may need stitches and we will be taking him to an emergency vet tomorrow for follow up. In fact, they cut all three of our dogs but only admitted to one. Once we got them home, we noticed they had cut our female's ear and our other male's foot. They gave us a $10 reduction in price for cutting his ear - which is ridiculous. They charged us $128 to basically just shave our dogs until they had no hair left at all. I realize getting rid of a skunk smell can be difficult but other groomers use special shampoo or at least leave a little hair. We will NEVER be back. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. As soon as we make the turn that (he knows) leads to LDC, he starts to whine and shake with delight. Once we park, I need only open the car door, no leash required! He launches himself at the front sore and repeatedly splays himself on it until I let him in, continuing to whine with anticipation. When we reclaim him at the end of the day, he's totally spent, docile and compliant. The staff is great and it shows. The workers started laughing at him, saying that he just needed to poop really badly but he obviously felt very uncomfortable having to deal with leftover poop on his butt for the past two weeks. He smelled really bad and could not wait to leave that establishment. They barely sent us any updates and did not even brush his curly hair, which left him very matted and looking shabby. They also failed to give him his grooming appt when we booked this stay almost a complete month before, and they told us the day I was supposed to pick him up that the groomer was fully booked for the next few weeks and they could just give him an exit bath ( which you have to pay for). This is horrible and I do will NEVER be going back and letting my puppy stay there in those conditions. SHUT THIS DOWN AND RUN ME MY MONEY BACK. thankya
