Their amazing COVID protocol has me wishing they ran every business in Ohio - the high level of care doesn't drop either. I will always be a client mama. We sadly lost one of our fur babies a week ago and the continuation of his fabulous care and the compassion towards our entire family during his passing and after is something of a level I have never experienced; these folks are amazing. All of my fur babies will be seen here and in my opinion there is no other vet that could touch paws with them. We picked our beloved Bucky up tonight and the thoughtful package design for cremation services between The Animal Clinic and Western Farms is something so comforting and beautiful to me. Thank you again for ensuring Bucky passed with the same respect he lived with.

We were seen the minute we walked in. I gave them her history while the tech went over my Tonks. Literally within 30 minutes, we were on our way home. She's on another dose of antibiotics. I love the fact that everything and I mean everything was handled in a private exam room. From paperwork, to payment. It kept my tiny calm. The doctor was AMAZING! The staff was super friendly and the wntire place was wicked clean. We will definitely be back. Even with urgent care prices, it wasn't that expensive. Thanks for caring for my girl!

I recently went on a 4-day trip and was very anxious about leaving my two spoiled kitties. I hired Rachel because I did not want to board them in a facility. I contacted Rachel through Yelp. She responded almost immediately. We met a few times to go over details and for her to meet the kiddies. One of my cats is diabetic and needs injections twice a day. Rachel has been a vet assistant and was very experienced with giving injections. Every day that I was gone, she communicated with me and sent pictures of my babies. She fed them, watered them, cleaned litter boxes, and played with them daily. All their needs were met. Rachel was very responsible and professional. Her fee is fair and affordable. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

I took him to a training class there the next day and he could hardly contain himself when we drove onto the grounds - I took that as a positive response to the boarding. (Which they don't expect your dog to do and if your dog does hell have no fury like a angry cleaner of your dog) Dog was abused because they had to clean diarrhea as dog never coward to humans or hide under benches at vet but they managed to take the happiest friendliest dog and beat him into their warped submission for having diarrhea from the overdose of medication they gave him! Then Ciara the groomer was to bath him from his horrible stay and she decides to razor cut his dick and balls to bloody hell causing need for more antibiotics. For a $600 vet bill on top of their boarding. Worst place to take your dog if you love it. Imagine your son crying as someone cuts up his privates - this dog definitely was crying with over 25 razor cuts on his balls and dick! Our family recently had an unfortunate experience with K-9 Kingdom. I am writing a negative review…read moreto share our experience and hopefully prevent others' pets from negligence. We did research before choosing K-9 Kingdom a few years ago and had a few personal recommendations. It seemed like a reputable and safe place to leave our goldendoodle while we were away. We went away for an extended weekend over the 4th of July. The last day of our trip out of state, we received a voicemail from K-9 Kingdom informing us that our goldendoodle had been bit by another dog. We were told that our dog was administered "first aid" and then returned back to group play after a brief separation. We had to request documentation/photo evidence of the bites (which ended up being several punctures and lacerations), we asked them that they take him to the vet next door to get examined by a professional, and we had to demand that they isolate our dog from the other animals for the remainder of his stay. *What should have been a standard protocol for a bite incident, wasn't a consideration for K-9 Kingdom. After cutting the vacation short to urgently return home same day, my husband arrived at the kennel as was shocked to see the condition our dog was in. He is a large goldendoodle with a thick coat, which made it almost impossible to see the extent of his injuries before he went to the vet to get examined/shaved. He had multiple injuries and was clearly scared. There was no apology from the staff, over the phone or in-person at pick up. They failed to properly supervise the dogs and had allowed them to interact without proper precautions or vetting other dogs behavior prior to group play. Most worrisome, they failed to provide proper medical care (until we demanded it), as our dog clearly needed professional medical attention and antibiotics due to the bite(s). While I appreciate them paying for the vet bill (which the owner initially stated was "unnecessary"), it does not change the fact that my dog suffered physically and emotionally because of their negligence on handling the situation. Accidents happen, but how they handled the entire situation and care afterwards was despicable. The kennel's lack of compassion and care for our goldendoodle was inexcusable. Had we not advocated for him (while out of state) to be seen by a professional, further infections could have developed. Had we not requested he be removed from group play, another bite could have occurred. I strongly advice pet owners to think twice before entrusting their beloved furbabies to K-9 Kingdom. We are still having follow up appointments with our current vet to monitor his wounds, continue additional antibiotics, and administer laser treatments to encourage healing, blood flow, and new skin growth. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing and traumatic for us and our dog. I hope that by sharing our story, others may find another kennel where their dog is prioritized and treated as a family member instead of as income for K-9 Kingdom.
