I asked her, do you know everything that is in this store? She says no I've only been here for a week. Ok so new employee. Then the manner Jessie walks over to "help" and he just seems like he does not like working at this place at all. Just a horrible experience at this store.

It was so bad, I had to board her when family visited.. especially my parents. The last straw was when Maggie ran through her collar border and I had too track her down by tackling her and hanging on until my neighbor brought a leash. I sent Ashley a plea for help. Maggie spent two weeks in training. The results were incredible. My parents, sister and brother in law (and 2 little dogs) finally came to visit. Maggie sat, listened to "leave it" and laid down when told. She never jumped on anyone. We are going to be able to introduce her to my 95 year old Grandmother this Thanksgiving. If your complaint is about the price, then perhaps you shouldn't be taking on being a pet owner in the first place. Healthcare is expensive, period. Sure, I wish it wasn't so expensive but trust me, they're not taking you for a ride. Vets and their clinics have to work much harder than a hospital or clinics meant for people.

I would imagine that if you spend time talking to a sales person who takes your dimensions and helps you understand what you are going to receive, that you would then receive that thing in the mail. Shayn took my order and I made sure to give her the correct measurements for this "made to order" insert. I double checked that everything was correct and when it arrived, it was 6 inches too short. With the inserts that they sent, it just barely fit and was very very janky. All for $571 dollars! First, they sent the wrong instructions and included some random extra parts instructions for another product. The extensions were bent and didn't fit appropriately into the dog door. And the most important thing THE DOG DOOR INSERT THAT I MEASURED AND DOUBLE CHECKED WAS ABOUT 6 INCHES TOO SHORT. How the hell does that happen? When I called to tell them about the issue, you could tell that others have complained because there was immediate attitude. They said that I would have to eat the shipping cost and pay to return it. Also there is a 16% restocking fee. Which meant, after spending $571 dollars I would get around $122 back and the hassle of having to send them this bent POS dog door that looks terrible in my patio door.
