I took my dog over to meet the others in advance and to see if she would get along personality wise with the dogs and cats that would be there. Their home is very inviting and there is lots of room to run and play in the fenced backyard. While on my trip I received photos of my dog via email and when I picked her up she was happy and non stressed at all - something I always had to deal with in the past when taking her to traditional kennels. I will bet that now looks forward to my trips as much as I do!

I brought him home and immediately called to see what treatment he was given. Basically nothing!!! When I spoke to someone on Monday, she offered to "work with me if he had to go to the vet." What does that mean??? Then I asked if she had a handwashing protocol between pets. She assumed employees washed their hands! I asked her why a picture of my dog's eye was not sent to me, so I could decide his care if they are not willing to care for it. As far as I recently found out, our pets are left alone at night and no cameras are used. My dog will never go there again!

It was about 30 minutes from where I was staying. The staff was super friendly and made what I thought to be a simple process, simple! She contacted my vet and was able to fill the dose. Spoke to a really nice woman named Dawn who wasn't sure how to go about it, but told me they had room avaliable and would let Laurie know to give me a call later that day to confirm. I head back in around 3:45 because I hadn't heard from anyone. Met with another nice person who also said Laurie had just left but if I left my # she would make sure it would get to her first thing in the morning. I asked to please give me a call even if they couldn't board her so I'm not waiting around all day. I call them up the following day (tiday is January 31st )12:15 to see what's going on as I had yet to hear from them. My call went to the answering machine. I wish I could leave a good review as the staff I met with in person are really nice, but this is a horrible way to run a business. No sense in telling a customer you can provide a service and then ghost them. It really looks like a nice facility and I gave it two stars because Dawn was nice, but other than that, I've had the same experience as the other negative reviews

I called and made my reservations and I was happy to find out the great deal on doggie day care so I booked my dog for boarding and day care. When I arrived I was greeted warmly. As a previous campground host, this was THE # 1 place I recommended people check out while here…read more It's only a 5 minute drive up. It is SPECTACULAR. I cannot imagine why anyone would give it less than 5 stars. While there are only swings here ( marked down by a previous viewer for this reason) there is lots of grassy area for kids to run around far away from the cliffs. Be aware, there are no guardrails at the viewing point... so watch kiddos closely . Enjoy the views of the Minnesota bluffs across the water as you gaze upon the Mississippi river down below and the Alma dam to your right ! You might get lucky and see a barge coming through. There is a steep hiking trail @ the north end of 2nd St in Alma to start your way up. Otherwise, you drive up from the far South end of town. Well marked. Don't miss this "beautiful view"!
