Everyone needs to reach out to them and experience the top notch service and quality product they bring to the table. Great job guy Ok folks here we go again. I'm going to update my JCADS review. Today we are moving into a bigger apartment in the same building. Who you gonna call ? We didn't call Ghostbusters. We called JCADS. It seems they're our first call after our family. Well they've come on time, professional and as always amazing at what they do. Moved our TVs and floating shelves. I don't just recommend JCADS I promise you that you will be thrilled. But it's our good fortune to have the multi-generation owned Cos Cob TV & Audio that has been meeting this standard in our area even before my first happy experience with them 30-years ago. The store has expanded from its initial analog TV repair to major home TV theater, security systems and other large smart home projects. They also bring all this to the small residential projects like mine, which is also rare. When I first moved to Cos Cob, the original owner recommended an analog SONY Trinitron VEGA TV whose picture tube still works, but digital has passed it by. I've since bought two smart TVs from them, the latest needing a complex wall installation requiring cable concealment. From setting up the initial site inspection with Joe at the store, to Conner's perfect installation, which is separately charged, they are great to work with. I also wanted to redesign my "too little work space" 4' x 2' home office desk and install Ergotron arms for my computer displays. Their other tech, Jason, expertly took on the home office project, drilling the needed desk grommets, installing the Ergotrons and concealing the cables, giving me needed room to work. After my MacBook bricked and would not turn back on, I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable. So, after doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. So, after searching for local specialists, I found ThinqMac. My first conversation with one of their employees immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. The gentleman corroborated a lot of the information I had found out through my own research. The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. In the end, after being told by UBreakIFix and Apple that my data was unrecoverable and my computer would never turn on again, the folks at ThinqMac proved them wrong. My wife and I just felt comfortable by talking to him, he was not pushy to make the deal, and he explained to me all pros and cons of the equipment to be installed in and outside my house, and asked my to talk to other installer before making the decision. I'am glad selected him to work on this project. They worked to my schedule and did weekend installation so that I can be home to tell my every detail of the installation. They even worked late to fixed all the bugs of my home network so that I can monitor my house via internet connect. All installation have done professionally.
