If I have to mail anything, I will not use FedEX and I will certainly ask those business from where I am expecting deliveries to change to a more dependable delivery service! The young woman i had wait on me was immediately there to assist, did all the paperwork and labeling for me and had me in and out in a few minutes. It really wasn't anymore than the post office. I have never been there before and I walked in and found it to be a very clean establishment and I walked up to the customer service section and was asked if I was here to pick up an order and I said no I just needed some paperwork and the lady said it's over there in that other section. I wasn't exactly sure which document I needed and so I went back to her. I said can you help me out and she goes just look at whatever the label says on the copy you have and go look for that name. I must say this is hands-down one of the most unprofessional businesses that have ever been to. it's kind of strange because everybody's striving for business and everybody complains when local businesses aren't getting enough business to stay up and running, but I have to admit the way I was treated was absolutely horrible. I believe this is most likely against corporate policy. It should be inclusive to people who also suffer from disabilities like migraines, allergies, and asthma. I did send an email, but the plug in is still there. I'm not trying to walk into a perfume shop, I'm just trying to get my package delivered. Response: I appreciate it, but you should also look at it that if you have an employee that has disabilities like this which are a protected class under the ADA. You are potentially setting up UPS to get sued if you do not accommodate. That's why most corporations have these policies for a reason. I would reach out to your corporate HR to confirm.
