Response: I appreciate it, but you should also look at it that if you have an employee that has disabilities like this which are a protected class under the ADA. I was having an issue rerouting a package to be picked up here instead of my residence (it required a signature and I wasn't going to be home) but I was told that UPS has to take care of it on their end because this place is just a waypoint. Good to know, but disappointing as I had already tried the customer service line and wasn't able to resolve my issue. I wasn't allowed to speak with an actual person and the automated phone tree did not give me an option for rerouting my package.

We also needed to have the documents shipped out overnight, and had that done as well. The staff is very friendly and followed safety protocols by wearing masks. They have a fax and copy machine on hand, as well as a pc, all for a nominal fee. If your hungry or thirsty, they have snacks and water as well.

They sell socks, hand creams, random nicknacks but not actual shipping supplies? Make it make sense. They also do not provide shipping receipts. This location is closer to my work, but another location from same company that is closer to my house do sell shipping bags and always provide a shipping receipt for all drop offs. Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies? At the end, i drove to ups store to buy shipping bags then drove back to the postal annex to drop off the item to ship via fedex.

I know they do all the coil binding and specialty printing because I recognized the materials and printers. So for presentations or school projects this could be the place for you. The young woman i had wait on me was immediately there to assist, did all the paperwork and labeling for me and had me in and out in a few minutes. It really wasn't anymore than the post office. I'll be honest the UPS Store is right on my way to work and I am prone to go there to ship stuff off. But I now know Fed Ex is also a worthy shipper of stuff from the office.
