The fellow at the counter suggested I use the UPS option. Well, I tried to reverse my return and take the UPS option but for some reason it didn't want to cancel my return. Went back the next week and tried staples again. I was in line with another frustrated lady and clerk was busy helping another person, the other lady yelled up to the counter and asked if the Amazon machine working yet, NOPE. So I decided to drive 50 miles to return it to Fernandina Beach!!! Well, the next morning off I went. The parking lot of that staples was being fully resurfaced for the local Publix, so I found a parking space a short distance away and walked to the staples. Not having good luck with staples. On the positive side, the clerk at that staples was super efficient and super nice. That's all I know about staples. It was a free return so no cost to me.", other than my 50 mile trip.

Notary at a bank down the road did it without hesitation. Big waste of time. FYI, from FL Statues governing Notaries: A notary can acknowledge a signed document in some circumstances. This is called an acknowledgment, and it's the only type of notarial act that can be performed on a document that's already been signed. A notary verifies that the signer voluntarily signed the document. The signer must be present to confirm that the signature is theirs.
