At checkout, the total somehow came out to around $167. After looking at the receipt afterward, it appeared that an additional membership/subscription or other charge may have been added that my friend was never clearly informed about. What's even more concerning is that another person apparently had a very similar experience at this same location with a woman working there. Customers should be told about every additional charge before they're added to a transaction, especially when the customer didn't ask for it. I'd recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving this location and making sure you're only paying for what you actually agreed to.
