Think twice before switching to Verizon. We switched because Verizon promised to pay off our AT&T…read morephones, and they failed to uphold their end of the deal due to their own mistake. They eventually claimed the payments were sent, but more than two months later, we still have not received them. Now we're facing the devastating consequences of Verizon's failure: AT&T is sending us to collections for a balance Verizon promised to cover. We did everything Verizon asked us to do, yet we're the ones being left with the financial damage and stress. What's especially upsetting is that this was completely avoidable. Verizon made the promise, made the mistake, and now we're left trying to clean up the mess. If Verizon can't honor a promotion this basic, I would seriously think twice before trusting them with your business.

The whole process was smooth and efficient, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The representative who helped me was courteous, friendly. The only thing I found a little strange was that the name badges don't include names they just say "Sales Associate." It would be nice to know exactly who helped me so I could recognize them properly. Other than that, it was a very positive experience.

Octavio came across as a genuine guy "looking" out for me after an abhorred experience with phone support. He effectively committed commission fraud selling me a S26 Ultra when I was abundantly clear S26 was the desired. Out of pure exhaustion after an 8-hour ordeal I did not catch it until arriving home. The manager was dismissive and condescending making excuses for Octavio even after showing him my original order that for my S26 (over the phone). How do you in good conscious charge someone a restocking fee for a phone they did not want nor open.

Total ripoff. After returning from decades overseas I was told that my Samsung phone would not work…read moreon the Cricket network and suckered into buying a brand new Samsung A53. I later found out that my old phone worked just fine. I had no time to argue as I needed a USA phone #. The reception on the new phone was terrible and I kept losing signal during conference calls at my new job. When I switched to another provider I was told by Cricket that they wouldn't unlock my $500+ dollar phone. I now own a 500 dollar paperweight since they won't give me a refund or unlock the phone. The kids at the store have no idea what they are doing (apart from ripping people off) and claim there is nothing they can do. Horrible experience I will badmouth Cricket any chance I can.
