BIG shout out to this T-Mobile store! My son and I dropped in here four nights in a row, trying to work through major issues with leaving an old family plan and creating our own. I'm used to crappy customer service that's dismissive, but these T-Mobile employees were a breath of fresh air. Every time, they were incredibly kind and super helpful, walking us through each and every step for solving our problems. Not only that, they also got us the best deals possible on a new family plan and new phones. My Samsung was FREE at an $800 value, and my son's iPhone was 50% off! We even walked out of there last night with a new internet deal that's much cheaper and efficient than our current WiFi setup. Sweet! I recommend this store, hands down. TMobile customer service told me my home modem is fried. They offered to exchange vis ups in 3-5 days. However they also said a TMobile store may be able to exchange for me. The store would not help. Said I must wait for unit being shipped. They can sell you a new one but not help an existing customer. Weak. read more

I went to the T-Mobile store on Baseline and Dobson to find an iPhone protector for my iPhone 12, and none could be found. A young man named Nate was helping me. I decided to splurge and asked him to donate my iPhone 12 and set me up with a newer phone. He was very professional and walked me through each step. I appreciated his expertise and patience. He found a plan that fit my needs. I felt very comfortable and waited for each step to be completed. Nate assisted other customers as my new phone was being updated and checked on the progress every few minutes. When the update completed, he doubled checked each screen to ensure everything was updated and transferred correctly. Nate is an asset to T-Mobile! Walked in while it was not busy. After about 15-20 mins we finally got greeted and checked in. One guy that was just standing around finally came over to check us in and informed us that he was only the "floor manager". The only thing I needed was to change my screen protector. We walked out because we had lunch plans and zero communication from anyone on wait time and there seemed to be zero desire from anyone in the store to help. I did not want to wait for them to potentially not have my screen protector in stock, as it happens from time to time. Another girl walked in and was not acknowledged as well. Had the greatest pleasure of becoming a TMobile customer after 15+years with Sprint. Was taken care of by MELINDA with our purchase of 4 new Samsung S9/S9+ phones. She worked so hard to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchases and plans. No pressure BUT a lot of help with services. BRANDON , assistant manager installed our screen protectors and ensured the sensitivity setting was appropriate for our new phones. We left being thoroughly excited to start using our new phones and relationship with TMobile. Will definitely visit when we are in town from Socal. Definitely worth the drive. read more

I just tried to walk in to T-Mobile on Baseline and Dobson, before I could even get the door open I had some Karen Employee barking at me about a mask. She was incredibly rude about it,so despite her I went two doors down and bought a mask from a friendly nail salon. I went back, this other guy politely opened the door and thankfully another amazing guy helped me out. Booooo to that older (50+ white lady, pushing 60 for sure). There's a nice way to handle customers, the other dudes were spectacular. I give 5 stars to the two helpful gentleman and 0 to that Debbie downer old lady who needs to relax. Horrible experience switching from Sprint to T-mobile using my old iphone 5. I recently bought an iphone 7, and wanted to give my mom the iphone 5 since I will no longer be using it. I wanted to verify that my old sprint iphone would be able to work on the T-Mobile network, so I decided to visit this store on a Saturday. I was informed by the sales associate it would work, even going to an extent of switching his sim onto my old phone to verify. I then asked him a question of why the carrier name is not appearing on the top of the carrier, he replied back saying the phone needed to be unlocked and to call Sprint to unlock the phone. I then just needed to buy a micro SIM card for the phone to work. Nonchalantly, I took his word for it and went on my day. Fast forward to today, I go back to the T-Mobile with my mom to buy the SIM card and was informed that a Sprint phone will not work on a T-Mobile network. This was after I paid $21.34 for the SIM card. I then informed them of the sales associate that told me the phone will work. Since I just bought the SIM card, and the phone was not compatible, I proceeded to ask for a refund. The lady sales associate informed it was not possible since the SIM was already activated. I found that answer unreasonable as the old SIM card on my mom's phone was working fine, and would only be practical of refunding my money. The manager stepped in, and was able to issue me the refund that was rightfully mine. Overall, experience was terrible resulting in my mom switching plans to Sprint at a lower rate. This specific store is filled with uninformed sales associate that need to be better educated in compatible phones, and desirable customer service. read more

I have had an alarm app on my phone forever but the last couple days it hasn't been going off and when I check it it says it was disabled due to another app on my phone. I went through all the faq on the app waited another day and again it didnt go off. I couldn't figure it out why it was being disabled I thought I will go into the store they might know. Walked in a blond girl greeted me i explained my situation she shrugged said the typical customer service response of "I can see how that would be frustrating " then told me to remove the app and just use the one that came with my phone. Whenever we go to this location we regret it. The service we receive is subpar. One of the rudest things an employee can do is be in the middle of ringing you up and start helping another customer. This has happened twice here. This current time I just needed to pay a bill but apparently they don't know how long the wait will be...it already had been a long wait. It was so long of a wait another customer who was there before me left saying very loudly "I'm going to Verizon!" before they ever got assistance. This location makes me want too switch companies as well. The lady who appears to be the one in charge here has no idea what she is doing. I feel bad for the other workers who do attempt to help you but can't because of her. Hopefully, they get new management in there fast! I've also heard multiple workers exclaim to customers about the phone they are selling "we are all out" or "this is our last one". Really? Are you that low in stock? I switched over to T-Mobile from sprint .. Stopped at this location because it happened to be close to where I was. Regret going to this location. The customer service was very unpleasant. The gentleman almost seemed like he didn't know what he was doing.. I felt overcharged. He didn't transfer over all of my pictures .. Said that they would eventually be on the phone.. But they never showed up. He was so eager to erase the items off my old phone be .. Almost like he didn't wanna keep looking into why things didn't transfer over. I was in the store for almost two hours, never asked if I wanted water.. If I wanted to take a seat .. Or if I wanted a case or some type of accessory. Came there yesterday to pick up the phone that the warrantee exchange that I had, provided. First off, to Ashley, who sold me the warrantee exchange plan--Thank You!! I might have gnash Ed my teeth a bit when you first mentioned it as an option, but it was completely worth it. Now, to Sherina, who helped me transfer info from old to new phone was very personable, efficient, and expedient. She has one of the best engaging work personalities, and also helped make my day. The customer service I received from the staff here was surprisingly great! Unfortunately they didn't know what to do to fix my phone. Naturally they tried to get me to upgrade to a new phone and renew my contract but I really didn't want to do that. It ended up being the battery causing problems with my current phone and not one of the three staff members I dealt with had considered that possibility. read more

The online call in was horrible. I been a customer for quite a few years. But never once experience a bad situation like mine. I order a Ipad online. And realize the wrong delivery address was interned. Since I moved not so long ago. I called in. The guy cancel that order and made a new order. Not so bad. But two days later I got a email saying my item was shipped. But it was still the old address. I didn't want to put for an item that I'm not gonna own. Called in and the problems began. Spent over an hour trying to find a way to not have that item shipped to my old address. She told me how she emailed her manager. Insure me things gonna be okay. And I told her I didn't want to process a third order. Since this wasn't my fault. The previous guy told me he fixed it. She told me I get a email from the manager telling me they order me a new iPad. So I waited the enter weekend and nothing. I called in and found out they have to wait until the ipad gets back from ups and process to order me another one. What drove me crazy. I didn't hear anything back from them when they told me they gonna fix it. Second. The first person who I originally called in was suppose to cancel it and make a new order wirh the correct address. I end up giving up on getting an iPad. I don't see the point. I don't recommend T-Mobile. And to call in it's like an hour wait to call in now. read more

The store was very clean and organized and staff was great considering the rude customers they probably deal with on a daily basis (I witnessed one while there). I had a charger cable short and burn out. The cable itself is now useless, as is my 12V USB adapter, and the 12V system in my car. The guy told me that since the cable is so old (5 months. 5 MONTHS) they won't be able to exchange it and since it's not in working condition it wouldn't be covered anyway. ...why would I exchange a cable in working condition? Perhaps he misspoke? Maybe they do it on purpose? No sympathy, just a $55 sales pitch. No proration, nothing. Not the greatest interaction (they won't even talk to me because I'm not the account holder), not the greatest customer service, substandard mobile service. I would recommend going anywhere else. read more
