I experienced a catastrophic CPU driver issue on my laptop at 4:00 p.m., and was freaking out as I had an important presentation the following day. I called Evan at Digitiqe who talked me off the ledge, calmly went through the options he was going to pursue, and indicated he would work on my repair throughout the rest of the day/night/morning, and would get it back to me by 11:00 a.m. the following day. So...... needed a new battery for my iPhone 6. Planned to get it done at an Apple Store during travels for work. I decided to be local and do it in the town I live. I walk in and I am greeted by a pleasant young woman in nice clothes and a stylish hair cut and a handbag that didn't smell like weed. Hum..... am I still in Breck? Dropped my phone and retuned later that day to find my phone working perfectly..... i would have assumed, cause where I live I would show up and get a story along the lines of " dude...... I know I said it would take 30 minutes but like I got way behind when someone came in and asked me a question" Or. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve a shout out. Over the phone, they estimated that fixing my laptop would cost $200. They then called me to say that they had the part in store and the fix would only be $75. When I went to pick up my computer, I was only charged $60. Especially in the high-rent Summit County, it's rare to find things cheaper than you were originally quoted. What's more, while I was in the store, someone came in with a phone that wouldn't charge. The greeter cleaned the charge-port and fixed the problem in five minutes. He received no bill and was invited to charge his phone in the store before leaving. I'd give more stars if Yelp let me. read more

A week after having my phone screen replaced at The Hub, it was popping out from the phone. I took it to an Apple Store and they said the replacement job was quick and sloppy. Screws were missing, and they didn't take their time to replace the adhesive. SUCH a disappointment considering I paid $120+ for the fix. Would not recommend anyone take things here to be fixed. read more

I called about an MacBook charger. The guy was super friendly on the phone, double checked that they had the proper model for my exact computer, and when I got there they were super helpful. He then asked if I had charging problems and we looked at how it was charging. We did some sort of hard reset to the computer to improve its performance. Really great service! read more

Called to get my Mac desktop worked on, the owner James was very helpful over the phone and told me to bring it by. Jordan was there when I brought it in, he was super helpful and willing to answer all of my questions (that would probably be annoying to most tech savvy individuals) without any condescending attitude! Brian did the work on my computer and I got it back the same day for a good price! Couldn't be happier with the service and knowledge provided by these guys. This is the second time I've used them for computer service, the first time was for a MacBook Pro about a year and a half ago and I was also treated right and in a timely matter. Literally an answer to prayer! I had dropped my iPhone into water and was having a few glitches with it but nothing major. My main concern was getting the corrosion out and making sure it was dry so I could charge it. I brought it in and they opened it up right then to give me an opinion on damage and then they were able to clean it out. It took maybe 10 minutes! They didn't try to sell me on fixing my lock button glitch since it wasn't a major issue and something I could easily live with but told me what they could do and the cost if I wanted to bring it back in. When I asked about what I owed them for cleaning my phone they said no charge since it didn't take long at all! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Cute puppy kept me company during my wait. The folks at HUB were a HUGE lifesaver for me today. I got a brand new iphone 7 yesterday that was mailed to me as an insurance replacement for my old one which was stolen. In my excitement to have a phone again, I for some reason, took out the SIM card tray and jammed the SIM card into the phone... without the tray. Like a dumbass. I was so worried that I would never get it out, and that I had ruined a brand new phone within 20 minutes of having it - BUT - I took it to HUB and they got the card out super fast. And they didn't judge me for apparently not being as technologically savvy as I thought I was. I need my phone for work, so this was such a huge relief! Thanks! read more

After finding them closed during posted hours more than once I finally got my MacBook in to have them fix a well documented issue. Rather than fixing that issue they wiped the hard drive and re-installed the OS. For some reason they installed Lion (OS X 10.8) when it had Yosemite (OS X 10.10) on it. Among other issues, they also failed to back up or re-install any of my software. They have failed to answer phone calls or respond to voicemail so as to resolve issue. read more
