My set fee was for all representation required in the case. But a critical document must yet be filed with the court. But when I call, I'm told that he had closed the case (which is clearly false as far as the court is concerned) and he therefore cannot do anything more. I understand that the older brother and owner of the practice is very good, but my experience is that my attorney made well more than $500/hour doing the least work he could.
