I snagged a last-minute 11:30 AM appointment with Marcus for a full cut and beard trim--and I'm so glad I did. ​The shop is welcoming and unique. It was refreshing to find a place where all the barbers are genuinely friendly and the atmosphere is professional, without the loud music or language you sometimes hear. Reached out to Big Chief on Facebook after having breakouts on my neck ever since i started getting fades. I guess i was seeing un sanitary barbers because never did i once see my previous barbers ever spray disinfectant on there tools before doing my cuts even after someone had left before me. So i checked them out and i was glad i did. Aaron is a chill cat and the ambiance is cool also in there. From the doo-wop music to all the dudes in there where like family to the customers. I went in for the first time a few months ago and I've definitely found my spot! My son loved my hair and beard so much he asked to come with me and now he gets his hair cut by the guys. They did such an amazing job, they are very friendly, talkative and very professional. They gave me some recommendations about my hair; ways that I could take better care of it and Stylin it better. It's not JUST the cut, it's also the guy who cuts the hair..... here is one example. My 92 year old father could no longer make it to get haircuts. He lived with me and yes, I gave my father uncountable haircuts.
