You can find tons of cute dresses and tops in here. The staff is usually okay. They haven't ever went above and beyond, or delivered excellent service but I guess it hasn't been terrible either. The thing that will forever stick out to me is the prices of the items in this store...it absolutely blows me away to see what they think people will pay for some of the items. I've bought quite a few things here but I have seen things for hundreds and hundreds that aren't even really that nice or "designer"... My most recent visit here, I was trying to get a fitting room but one of the staff members was helping someone else and didn't even respond when I went up to her asking for a fitting room. The other lady was patrolling the clothes they had outside their store. I just ended up not getting the item since I was having no luck getting a room. All in all, I think they have some of the cutest clothes in Billings; I just wish the service and pricing was better.

Aha, unpacked today and there they were, have now put the suckers in the dryer for the 2nd time if they have not shrunk by now will have a bad jean experience. Whatever vanity sizing is required it's not working. Just need a normal pair of jeans that fit a picky petite. Baggy at the knees not the look needed to make me smile. My knees are baggy already. A sea of overstuffed clothes occupied 60% of the store leading to waste. An older lady staff member was just overall rude when I asked her who to call when retrieving a car from my driveway that belonged to JC Penny. She simply replied "Well, just put it in your car and bring it over! Next in line!" Even if I had a big enough car to take it to the store I don't feel compelled to do so as it is not my responsibility to return your property that someone dumped in my place of residence. Later, they closed the main entrance leading to the mall. That turned out to be a mistake, as now people have almost no reason to go through JC penny as one of the most convenient places to park no doesn't serve a purpose. It was later opened again after I'm sure the my realized it cut down on traffic to the store. This JCPenney is dying it needs to be renovated and the organization needs to be reworked.
