Customer service NIGHTMARE! I'm almost certain being a rude person was a requirement to work here. Fitting room ladies were rude. People stocking or organizing were.....rude. And to send you off ensuring your visit was horrible, the woman at checkout were horribly rude. The selection is very mediocre here. Value is s*** ! The Dillard's website has the same items that they have at this clearance for cheaper! Boots i saw at the store that were marked down to $62.99 were $23 on the website. They will not price match or mark down anything for you. However what they will do is stare at you blankly, shut down any questions or concerns you have, and do it all with an attitude. read more

I love a clearance Dillards and try to stop at one whenever I travel because OKC does not have one!! This one wasn't too different from any others. They don't do any special deals anymore (I was spoiled by the "buy two dresses, get one free" days), but the prices are generally great for the selection and quality here. They had a ton of shoes for $15 at this one which was a great surprise. It seems like more things are just being across the board knocked down to like $15-20 to get them sold instead of everything being some random amount of a discount. I always have way better luck at the clearance stores than at a regular Dillards. Also, the dressing room was being managed really well with a woman directing traffic and maintaining the rooms which I really loved. One complaint: this location had only one entrance on the East side, but it took me two tries of walking up to different doors to find that out. read more

If you like being treated like a criminal, this is your place to shop. I was followed from the moment that I entered the store by their security officer. As I turned a corner, he cut me off and directed me to the exit. I am a 68 year old retired man and not threatening looking at all. I felt humiliated. This is a CLEARANCE center, NOT a regular Dillard's. I adore clearance centers, especially when they are good ones that actually carry name brands for 50% or more off the regular prices. This spot does just that. After scoring a $240 designer dress for $15, I had become a huge fan of the Dillard's clearance center in Irving. How delighted I was to know that there is an equally awesome clearance store in my new stomping grounds of Ft Worth. I snagged a gigantic bag of goodies for the hubby & I for only $100! My hubby is 6'3, so his clothes typically cost more. Clearance stores allow me to dress my man fashionably for much lower costs. The clearance stores focus on quality items and pricing, not customer service. You will find workers here who only keep the racks and shelves stocked, and man the dressing rooms. They honestly can't help you find items because what's on the shelf and racks is all there is until they put out whatever items are in the warehouse. Lines for cash registers and dressing rooms are long. I waited about 25 min for a room. I just played a game on my phone while I sat on the floor (LOL) and waited for my turn. The store definitely needs to hire more cashiers to alleviate check out lines. Deals change weekly. You can call the store for a voice message about what already great deals will be on an even deeper discount. I shall return! :-D read more

The gentlemen in the men's fitting room was completely horrible and rude. I grabbed a shirt to try on and it was already out of the package and unfolded. When I rang the doorbell to go in the fitting room the man comes out very very aggressive and asks where we got the shirt. We told him right there "pointing to the glass holder" and he yells loud there is a sign that says do not open packages. Yes there is a sign that says that but it wasn't in the package and already unfolded. We told that to him and he gave 0 cares and told us to not do it again in a very rude way. He didn't want to help us. This was the worst service ever. Never ever go to this horrible store. If I could give it 0 stars I would. NEVER EVER AGAIN read more

I love coming here, it's like going on a treasure hunt. This is bargain basement shopping, so if you are looking for department store service, you won't find it here. I prefer to come during the week so there are less people. You will end up waiting awhile for a fitting room. Everything is kept organized by type of apparel and size, which must be no easy feat with all the merchandise in this store. Every day, they have additional % off certain items. On a recent visit, it was an additional 60% off all dresses (that are already marked down 50-70% off anyway), and an additional 50% off all boots. Some of my great finds on my recent visit: $27 for a Ralph Lauren fully lined suit jacket, originally $270 and Waterford Linen throw pillows marked down to $5 from $65. Oooh and some cute Vince Camuto open toes booties for less than $40! Some suggestions for good shopping experience: carry a small purse with a long strap so your hands are free; fitting room has a 6 item limit, there are no shopping carts so you will have to carry your treasures around, they aren't open on Mondays but Tuesday-Thursday afternoons are a great time to shop. As a tall man I always have trouble finding good and affordable clothing. I live a Dillard's Clearance Center because I can always find something at a reasonable price. They do a great job of organizing the store so things are easy to find by size so long as a customer hasn't moved them. Each week they have different deals but those are also posted in store. Wow for a Dillard's Clearance store this is one of the best. Most of it is highly organized. Highly recommend shooing for men's clothes and ladies shoes at this location. Men's Sweaters for $5, men's Pants for $6, and ladies shoes for $15. The staff is friendly too. Worth the trip but be ready to hunt. read more

I never ever thought in my life that there would be the worst Dillard's in DFW. I was off to go see a friend at the hospital, I was thinking of buying something for her, I didn't have the time to drive all the way to Hurst or Dallas because of conflicting schedules. As I entered through some unknown mall, I went through the mall to see something I wanted for my friend at Dillard's. I found the item I wanted, but there was only a large size available, so like ANYONE would do would just go ask the employee there for an additional size. When I asked her, she went to go check and I waited in the same location for the next 30 minutes and she never came back. I WAS PISSED. I looked everywhere for her and never found her. Also the store is the first ugliest and messiest I've ever been to. I do not ever want to come back to this area, I would rather give the Dillard's at Arlington or Dallas. read more

I went in for a simple pair of black closed-toe shoes, but they had so few to choose from. Okay, so maybe what I'm looking for isn't "simple", but most department stores carry decent leather shoes. I went there today and it's all locked up with signs on doors saying CLOSED ON MONDAYS. Two weeks before Christmas?!?

While this is a clearance center of Dillard's department stores, it does not provide the excellent customer service of a Dillard's. The lines are extremely too long. I waited over 1 hour for this so-called great deals. The store manager, Ms. Ferrell was a bold faced liar. She would be a better representation of an H & M than a department store. If you are looking for last year's bargains and bad customer service, this is the place for you. No handicap help at all!!! Is this the way you treat platinum cardholders!!! Was not even acknowledged once by a single associate. I looked at jewelry for almost 30 minutes, found something I loved, but was still ignored as I tried to flag someone down. I gave up and went to the store at Hulen instead where I was immediately helped by an associate in jewelry even though they were twice as busy. If you absolutely have to go to Dillard's, go to that one instead, where they don't hate their job quite as much as the ones at Ridgmar do. read more

I had left a scathing review back in March when I was last at the store, and it was a dirty pit. Well, I just removed that review, and give the Store Manager credit, because on my visit today, it was as if I had walked in to a new store. It was so clean, and the clothes were well organized. It was easy to navigate the aisles in every department. My opinion of this outlet store has improved, and I would recommend anyone looking for a bargain to give it a try. read more

She even double checked a discount for me right before closing (probably super annoying). I had an extremely bad day and came here for some retail therapy. Excellent customer service! There selection isn't extensive but I always find what I am looking for.

For what it is; it is great! I check the website and phone lines weekly for both Irving and Ridgmar mall. I have read comments that things are out of season; sometimes but not always. I purchased a dress from the clearance center and went to Northpark and Cedar Hill and found the same dress at the regular price. The designer and the ticketing was the same. Come after Christmas and you get a good mix of fall/winter and summer/spring. I personally don't care that things are last season, I still buy and wear. I see people everyday that could benefit from last season; IJS! Anyway, my most recent find was a Nicole Miller gown that is regularly $345 at Dillards and I snagged it for $34. "I ain't mad at nobody". Shoes shoes and more shoes... If you have the time and $50 - $100 bucks, you can get a couple of FITS with shoes to match. read more
