I dropped my stuff off the middle of May, did not go on the floor until the middle of June. First check was at the end of July. I was told July 26th that I had $30 on my account but when I asked what my Check would be in August, I was told nothing and I would have to wait until September. I just called September 18th and I was told that I missed the 15th cut off so I would not get a check until October! WHAT! They have no clue what they are doing and will just argue! I'm done and can't wait until this nightmare is over!

Was a little more expensive than the aforementioned box chain stores that can stretch out the discounts and push product faster. This location is in an upscale market area with the likes of Tiffany's, Jimmy Was, Gucci, Neiman Marcus, etc, so that pushes the price up a bit, I get that. Demographics and all. Was a neat little store. Had a lot of the new items, geared for cold weather right now, I'm sure the items change. Some of the spring stuff was arriving. The products speak for themselves as far as quality. However that's where the quality runs out. There was a staff of 3 there this day, but not a single one of them said a thing to us the entire time we were there, we were there for 20-25 minutes total. Two of them, younger ladies, just stood there talking to each other while leaning on the clothing racks up front. They glanced at my wife and I and went back to their discussions. Gave me a reminded reference to the scene in Pretty Woman, when Julia Roberts character walks into the classy boutique on Rodeo Dr, and the lady's shun her for not looking like she can afford anything. Sad thing is, we buy these items all the time for our adventures, rides, and hikes, and if they work off commission, then they just lost a huge amount of commission and sales cuz we looked, saw a few items we thought of grabbing, but left because of the snobbish and stand offish atmosphere. This store is located in a small plaza with plenty of parking around the area, so no need to worry about that. The shop itself is really nice with plenty of open space to shop around. They had a lot of very unique pieces you can't find anywhere else, and also carry just a small amount of each size so if there's something you really love I would recommend just buying it because you might not find it again. They also have a small sale section by the changing rooms which also includes some of their accessories. Overall, the store is amazing and I think is a must for those that like to wear one-of-a-kind items!

Fincher's at the Stock Show where they had a booth selling Justin Boots -- and the experience was outstanding. Earlier that day, we visited several other booths and honestly felt disappointed. There was very little assistance, and most places seemed overpriced and uninterested in helping customers. Then we wandered into C.B. Fincher's booth and were greeted by J. Morton -- and everything changed. J. helped fit our twin boys and was incredibly patient with them as they tried to figure out what they wanted. He had them try on multiple boots in various sizes and took the time to teach them what to look for in the "perfect fit." He didn't rush them or push a sale. Instead, he focused on making sure they understood the fit and felt confident in their choice. He also made sure we, as parents, were completely comfortable and happy with their selections. The boots worked out great, the price was very fair, and the quality is excellent. What really stood out wasn't just the product -- it was the service. J. Morton was a true salesman in the best sense of the word. It was obvious that he cared more about making us feel welcome and taken care of than simply making a sale. Great prices. Great quality boots. But the real star of this western store is the people. Real quality products and real quality people. We'll absolutely be back.
